Hermosa casa totalmente reformada en un lote arbolado. La casa de diseño está en las etapas finales de una renovación intestinal y, cuando terminemos, actualizaré las fotos de la lista de alquileres de mediados de fines de septiembre. Encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos nuevos, baños de mármol con cabina de ducha en el piso principal, pisos de madera de nogal, sala de estar con chimenea de gas y gran sala que conecta la sala de estar / comedor y la cocina. Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de Warren Dunes, y central para todo en Harbor Country.

Lovely 3 bedroom home in a great location. Lake Michigan beach only a 4 minute drive away. Plenty of restaurants, shops and antique stores in the area.

So many things to love! -- pet friendly -- modern decor -- bathrooms stocked with essentials -- kitchen had coffee maker and microwave as well as a dishwasher and washer/ dryer -- surrounded by trees and lots of birds -- close to Warren Dunes, like 28 minutes walk. -- close to St Joseph beach (30 minutes drive) -- hosts were very responsive to messages -- soft sheets --ceiling fans in each bedroom We would definitely stay again and highly recommend

This place served as the perfect “home base” during our stay as it provided easy access to Warren Dunes and several local breweries. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the back yard everyday as well!

Finally, a well-stacked vacation rental!

This property was very comfortable and had all the fixings of home--extra blankets, pillows, plenty of dishes, great coffee making supplies and more. The homey-ness was much appreciated after a long day of playing at the beach.

This was the perfect place for us to use as a home base to go to Bridgman, Baroda, Stevensville, New Buffalo, etc. I would highly recommend it as a centrally located, newly renovated home. It's clear, well stocked, ans perfect for a long weekend or more! You could even work from there with how good the wifi was.A few things to know that are probably called out in other reviews and I didn't read them lol....- It's very close to railroad tracks and they are used quite a bit, so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs and/or a sound machine. - It's very close to the highway so if you're thinking of hanging out in the yard, bring a speaker to cover the traffic noise. - My husband jokingly called this place "Aracna-home-bia" because there were orb weaver spiders all over the place. (I only got one pic because they give me the heebie jeebies but maybe you're into arachnids) Lol- Drive slowly on Maple because there are a full family of deer that meander around in the early morning and evening (it's pretty fun to watch the young ones play)- Squirrels love to play in the walnut tree - DON'T PARK UNDER IT. Dents will ensue. )

Great Place!

We had a perfect stay! Location was 10 minutes to DC Cook Nuclear plant. When you work 12 hour shifts, you really want to be close like this!We had no issues with the residence. Will definitely try to stay here next time we are in town.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is as advertised. Very clean and really good quality items throughout the house. The location is great for hiking the dunes and visiting the breweries and restaurants.

Fredericks and Stucker vacation

Super location for us, plenty of room and over all a great place for us to stay. Visited the dunes, Benton harbor Michigan city and Notre Dame. Would definitely go back this area!

Stayed with family - including 3 year old and older small dog. Super convenient to Warren Dunes State Park (beaches and hiking trails) - there is a dog beach a the far end of the parking lots. Easy access to coffee shop (loved Infusco), restaurants (loved Susan's) and Sawyer Garden Home center - which has terrific fruit veggies and all your grocery and most beach needs. On a quiet low traffic cul-de-sac too. Very comfortable stay!

This home has a lot going for it. The location is fantastic—minutes from Warren Dunes and close to 94 without feeling like you’re right on top of the highway. The interior layout is lovely, and the California king bed was wonderfully comfortable.A few things to be aware of: the tree next to the house gives squirrels easy access to the roof, and they were pretty active (and loud!) over the upper bedroom. I also found a handful of lady beetles inside, and there was some dog hair left on the couch. The outside space could use a little freshening up to match the inviting feel indoors.Overall, a pleasant stay with great potential if a few details are tightened up.

Great location, so easy to get everywhere. House and layout - super cute, comfortable and clean, hostess was great to work with. This is certainly not a big deal or a dealbreaker, but a little suggestion - big plant and stand behind the sofa could be moved out to provide more space. Would recommend for sure!! Thank you

Gorgeous place

Wonderful accommodations including a fabulous bed, furnishings, kitchen appliances, and the softest sheets and blankets!! The decor was soothing as were the plentiful windows. Showers, marble floors and wood floors were exquisite! And there are robes!!! Hosts are fantastic and so accommodating.

The location of this property was on a lovely and quiet road. We especially loved seeing the deer in the backyard. We were literally 3 minutes away from Warren Dunes State Park ( our primary destination). We brought our dog and the house was perfectly suited for pets. The decor was tasteful and contemporary. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed and the bathrooms felt like a spa. There were many books, games and puzzles, as well as 50 inch tv. I would HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by adorable little towns.

Comfortable and inviting

We had a great time here, and we appreciated and admired the attention to detail in design and furnishings--it was excellent. Carla has created a relaxing and inviting space! I also liked that the home book was provided to help enhance our stay, and was not a list of "do nots". Great location with easy access to all the local towns and Warren Dunes beach. Highly recommend.

House was recently remodeled and very clean. Street is very quiet overall. Traffic from nearby highway is audible but not visible. House would benefit from some beach accessories: umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels. Also some more towel hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful.

Close to Warren Dunes State Park. Went to New Buffalo for restaurants. Firepit out back did not have firewood and chairs were upside down upon arrival. The home was newly renovated and everything was comfortable. They want you to wash sheets and leave in the dryer upon departure. Take out trash and throw all the towels near laundry machine.

Wedding Weekend

The property I feel is a little pricey for what we anticipated. I was told by the owner that the cleaning crew needed to clean the property and she would get back to me because we were seeing what time we could go to property to drop our belongings there. When we entered the facility there were spiders and cobwebs all over the corners of the rooms and in kitchen. The fireplace did not work. Nor were there any instructions for that. Back yard was messy. The lock box for the key was very difficult to get open. The stove in the kitchen was dirty. When we attempted to heat something in the oven smoke came out setting fire alarms off. The rooms were nice to sleep in. Not sure if air or heat worked. Instructions left were outdated probably when they first opened. area was okay but off the beaten path. some of the furniture was very dirty looked like resale stuff. They said washer and dryer was not to be used in manual but how do you clean and dry your towels. When they say Beach House it is not on the beach nor is the beach close. Other than that it was a fairly nice place but would not stay there again.

Unfortunately, you cannot please every guest no matter how you try! We tried very hard to get the guests in hours early before check-in. We were not notified of any issues, and if were given the chance would have given instructions immediately to remedy this stay. We wish we would have been notified about the oven, as that's a safety concern for us. The next cleaners attended to it. We also give permission to use the laundry when asked - we have instructions for it to make sure it stays nice for all our guests. We always strive to be responsive property owners and provide our guests the best level of stay. As far as the furnishings, we like a mix of vintage, designer pieces that are made from solid materials. We really wish you had reached out to us at any point during your stay.
