Beautiful view

Beautiful views from all windows. Great location. Walking/bike paths all around. Amphitheater and the Marina are just a quick walk away. Close to numerous restaurants. Would definitely recommend

Amazing property

The remodeled condo is absolutely stunning. The pictures don't do it justice. Well equipped in the kitchen, the furniture was comfortable, and the views could not be beaten. Check-in and out were extremely easy. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place for ski trip in Summit County

This condo is in a great location, has a beautiful view of Lake Dillon, and was just the right amount of space for our group of 6. We loved the pool area and hot tub! Beware of the garage entrance height - we had a ski rack on our rental car and it was too tall.

Wonderful Lakeside Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful stay at Point Dillon 401! The property was well-stocked and very clean. The three bedrooms and three baths was fantastic for a group stay. We enjoyed the use the onsite hot tub and pool as well as playing board games by the fireplace in the evenings. The view of the lake from the property was incredible - on our last day we even saw a double rainbow over the lake during a passing rainstorm. The location of the property is fantastic as we did outings to nearby Keystone, Breckenridge, and Frisco. There is a City Market and other shops right across the street from the property which was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Point Dillon 401 and hope to return again soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in Dillon. This condo has incredible views of the lake, and the size was perfect for our needs (family of 4). It was clean and had a cozy living room with fireplace. However, the master bathroom was tiny. Biggest issue was that the elevator was very dicey. Another resident told us to avoid it, and a SRG staff member also told us to avoid the elevator due to frequent issues. This was very frustrating as we wouldn’t have rented the condo without the elevator. Moving all our bags at the end of our stay was especially difficult without the elevator. Otherwise, this is a great rental. But for this level of rental, the elevator should not be a hazard.

Beautiful View!

This condo has been updated and is nice. The view from this building is always amazing and this time didn't disappoint. I can only give 4 stars because the elevator didn't work and we didn't know that until we picked up the keys and the lady said "hope the elevator works." I have bad knees and the stairs are a problem. The couch blanket which is needed during the winter had dog hair all over it, it wasn't washed before us. There is a temperature control panel in the bedroom that has so many LED lights it lights up the bedroom. I had to hang a sock over it. The 3ft of snow on the side balcony for the master and queen rooms wasn't cleared so we couldn't use that area to enjoy the view. The shower in the hall bath is up about 12 inches off the floor and very dangerous to get in and out of. The positives are the condo is quiet, the kitchen is stocked, the refrigerator is large and the view is amazing! We had a good time and it was nice to be able to all stay together. It would be nice to just have a code to get in instead of going to the management company but that's manageable.

Fabulous snowy mountain views

This property is exactly as it looks online. The condo had extraordinary views of the mountains and lake. It was stocked with everything I need from kitchen cookware and utensils to the bathroom toiletries and towels. Two items that were disappointing. The online descriptions of the condo said the elevator had been out of service since June. I rented the condo anyway. Upon checkout Summit resort Property team members told me the elevator was working. That would have been nice to know before I spent a week here going up and down four flights of stairs. I was not given any garage door openers. No one from Summit Resort Properties bothered to tell me that once you are in the garage and trying to get out, you have to pull a string to open the door. Max from the property company came on my first night to help me get out of the garage and carry my groceries and luggage up 4 flights of stairs. He was wonderful!! The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Overall I had a great experience but was unhappy no one communicated to me about the elevator working and how to get out of the underground garage without a garage door opener. I would stay here again!

The property and view are beautiful. Location was central to many things in Summit County. We were on the fourth floor (quite a climb) but an elevator was available. The fourth floor view of the mountains was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Active Vacation

Wow! So beautiful. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We loved the proximity to the bike path and the Tiki bar was a bonus. We golfed at the River course and rented e-bikes riding to Breck and then around Dillon lake. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was one of the nicest we have rented. I cooked thanksgiving dinner and had everything i needed except a pie plate! Very clean and the people at Summit were very easy to work with.
