Esta propiedad ha sido completamente remodelada para brindarle las comodidades modernas y los lujos de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Esta casa te lleva de regreso a la isla de Balboa en 1940. En el momento en que entres por la puerta principal, notarás los detalles, desde los pisos de madera originales hasta la encantadora chimenea a gas. Esta unidad tiene una casa frontal con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños grandes, una cocina totalmente equipada, un área de sala / comedor para disfrutar. ¡Un garaje para aparcar tu vehículo, perfecto durante los meses de verano! Aire acondicionado y wifi en toda la casa.
La unidad trasera es un área separada de loft con 2 literas (para 4 personas). Este loft tiene una pequeña cocina y un baño con ducha. Es un gran hogar para que compartan dos parejas, especialmente si tienen hijos. Un lugar perfecto para que los niños se junten, con su gran televisor y su sistema Xbox.

This vacation rental is definitely 5 star!

AMAZING!

The property is absolutely beautiful! It’s well laid out, accommodated six adults easily, and was of course, close to everything. It was only enhanced by the beautiful weather we had. Our host was genuine and kind. No complaints whatsoever. Property was very clean and just what we were after. We will definitely come again!

Pristine Cottage

This property is our favorite of all VRBO’s we have rented. It is conveniently located, clean as a whistle, a layout perfect for entertaining, and a cozy living room complete with TV, fireplace and two comfortable couches for lounging.

Cottage Charm

This is our third stay at this perfect gem on Balboa. It is so beautifully organized with every amenity you could think of, great location, immaculately kept, and great decor. The loft over the garage is such a great room I almost wanted to camp out up there for a night. Really a great stay!

Coral Cottage sets the standard for 5 stars

This was not our first stay at Coral Cottage and it hasn’t changed. It still has that newly renovated beach cottage feel with all the accessories that made us feel right at home. There is so much thought put into the preparation for each guest and we truly appreciated the effort.

Birthday Family Reunion

This was probably our favorite short-term rental that we've enjoyed. Kristin was very communicative and was so accommodating of our requests. The property itself lacks absolutely nothing and was just stunning. The impeccable attention to detail was very much appreciated. Recent stay at Balboa Island Cottage

This little cottage was a gem and feel blessed to have stayed here. Much appreciation to the owners for providing a superb experience, would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. It was very clean, bright, well decorated, comfortable beds and incredibly organized down to the tiniest detail, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. I don't know Kristin personally, but wish I could drag her to TX to organize my house.

Corral Cottage - A hidden gem

This was our second summer staying at the Corral Cottage, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Kristin has created an immaculate, organized, and beautiful home that truly feels like a getaway haven. Our stay at the charming Coral Ave Cottage was fantastic. The house and loft are so well decorated and well stocked, modernized, spotless and clearly well maintained. All of the amenities are premium and many unexpected items like pots and pans, spices, coffee, tea and sweeteners, storage are included, Every potential need is thought about and handled. The host is wonderfully communicative and we had the best time. Cannot say enough good things! We would love to come back!

Wonderful Fourth of July week

Our week was wonderful at this property. The house was darling, so beautifully decorated and every attention to detail was taken care of. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed during the week to make meals at home. We were comfortable, and the loft Space upstairs was absolutely perfect for kids. The owners were wonderful to work with, and they did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful week at your home!

I’ve always loved the simpler times. This home makes me feel good, like I stepped into the past. Of course, it’s fully equipped with all the modern technology of today.
Our goal was to try and make our guests feel the charm back when this home was built. Built in 1938, with all the precious details. We restored the original hardware and fixtures. We even decorated the home with photographs that were taken during 1940’s Balboa. Our place has style and class. It’s cozy and comfortable. Not to mention, all our linens and beds are luxury, 5 star. We thought of every detail so you can really enjoy your stay and feel like you’re on vacation. Welcome to Coral Cottage - Balboa Island’s cottage by the sea
