Balboa Island Retreat - a great location for a fun-filled vacation!

The ground floor of the house features hardwood flooring and a spacious living room that connects to the dining area and kitchen. On this level, there is a bedroom with two double beds and a 3/4 bathroom located just outside the bedroom. Moving up to the second level, you'll find a carpeted floor with three additional bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is a queen-sized room with its own attached full bathroom. There is also a bunk room with a full-size bed on the lower bunk, a twin-size bed on the upper bunk, and an additional twin-size trundle bed. The second level also has a full bathroom in the hallway. The master bedroom, located on this floor, is furnished with a king-size bed, an en suite 3/4 bathroom, and a small balcony. The laundry facilities, consisting of a stackable washer and dryer, are conveniently placed on the second floor as well. This home is equipped with air conditioning, an interior dining patio, and two parking spaces in the garage.Move In Move Out Times: Move in 4:00 PM Move Out 10:00 AM

Notes for Arrival and Departing:

Arrival : We will send you a keypad code for the front door with in 24 hours before arrival. There will be a four digit code then hit enter into the keypad and turn the key knob to open the lock. Next to the kitchen counter there are two sets of keys for the front door and the back door and one garage door opener for the two car detached garage. The entire garage is yours with the front house. However, the parking space on the side of the garage belongs to the back unit over the garage. Please make sure to check street parking signs for days.

Heat and Air conditioner: Please make sure that the fan is turned to off when departing. And the airconditioning need to be set to off when departing.

Departure: We hope you had enjoyed your stay with us here on the island! When departing please strip the beds of the sheets and pillowcases and towels that were used, so our cleaning crew to be able to efficiently clean for the next arrivals. please set the keys and garage door opener back on the kitchen counter.
