Ocean City Beach Block - 2 ° piso

Nuestra casa está ubicada en la cuadra 32 de Central Ave., Ocean City, NJ. Somos solo una casa de vuelta de la playa. Es un corto paseo de 50 yardas a la entrada de la playa sin calles principales para cruzar. Recientemente remodelamos el exterior con nuevos revestimientos, escaleras, barandas y cubiertas. También instalamos nuevas cocinas con encimeras de granito y remodelamos los baños. El tamaño de la unidad es de aproximadamente 1500 pies cuadrados, con cuatro dormitorios y 2 baños. La suite principal tiene una cama king size y un baño principal privado. Para su comodidad y conveniencia, también tenemos aire acondicionado central, lavadora / secadora, Internet inalámbrico y 3 televisores (40 "LCD en la sala de estar, 32" LCD en el dormitorio principal y 32 "LCD en el dormitorio de la reina) y DVD. También se incluye una cocina completamente equipada, estacionamiento en la calle, y duchas exteriores y almacenamiento. También comenzamos cada año proporcionando 4 etiquetas de playa para su uso. Solo alquileres familiares por favor. No fumar ni mascotas.

Great plac on the Gold Coast

We had a wonderful time with family; we had both units, top and bottom (each with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths); super close to the beach. Restaurants nearby, plenty of beach space, great weather; just a reallly great vacation.

The location was great, the house was great. Only downside for us was that other people were staying below us and with our 2 year old making a lot of noise, we feel like a house to ourselves would be more fitting.

Perfect location, perfect for relaxation

We loved staying here! It’s modern, has excellent cookware/kitchen supplies and high quality central HVAC. It is also fairly soundproof. Great for kids who nap. Location is two blocks from ice cream, pastry shop, awesome playground, and the beach! Can’t get better than that. Even groceries were maybe 5mins or less by car. We saw dolphins swimming in the mornings. Lifeguards said they frequent the waves near that part of OC. A nice added surprise for early risers. We can’t wait to book for next year!

Wonderful, Comfy, Clean, Updated... BONUS= VIEW of OCEAN!

We spent the week of "Hurricane Ian" at this lovely home! Even though it was cold and rainy 5 of the 7 days we ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE!! Comfy and cozy!! As an extra BONUS, we had a good view of the ocean's tumultuous hurricane activity from the front window (between 2 oceanfront houses), so that was a fun extra we didn't know we would have! And once the sun did come out, we could see the sun's rays shining like diamonds on the water!! The Hosts are wonderful and very communicative. They even offered an extra night to make up for the lousy weather! Everything was SUPER CLEAN. Very ""clean lines" decorating (no pictures on walls, no beach-theme-knic-knacks.) So it is easy to care for and non-stimulating...a very relaxing atmosphere. Bathrooms were large, modern and very clean. The couches and chairs were comfortable with lots of pillows to lounge around with. I brought throw blankets for extra comfy-ness. 2 lovely decks are provided. Front has BEACH VIEW!! Large TVs are in EVERY bedroom, but we only used the main one in the living room, which worked well & we were able to connect our laptop to it for our own apps to use. Here is a list of what to expect and not expect: The kitchen was well supplied with LOTS of dishes, cups, mugs, pots, pans, utensils, baking pans, bowls, plastic wrap/foil etc. There is a huge crockpot, blender, mixer, 4 slice toaster, towels and potholders, & Dishwasher/washing soap. Drip Coffee maker (NO Kurig) There are NO condiments, spices, oil, etc. Washing machine and dryer are very modern models and so convenient in the hallway (with folding doors to cover) Plenty of detergent when we were there. You must bring your own sheets and bath towels. There is a 100% Cotton King sheet set provided that looks really COMFY. (I brought my own King sheets as I didn't want to possibly sleep in microfiber, but, the cotton king sheets provided look really nice.) The first week of October was really lovely once the hurricane passed and one of the days was actually hot enough to want to go into the water on the beach! NO Sand-chairs or umbrellas are provided. The boardwalk was lonely during the week, but on the weekend it was packed with most things open and working! The main shopping avenue had some wonderful shops and restaurants. Lots of great restaurants & ice cream shops are within walking distance of this house. LOVED EVERY MINUTE!! THANKS!!

Awesome Place

Very nice, well-appointed and clean property. You can see and hear the ocean from the back porch. Minutes to walk to the beach and a quick drive to the action-packed portion of the boardwalk. I imagine the entrance to the boardwalk is within walking distance, but we did not do so because the boardwalk does not really start to pick up until 14th street.

Perfect getaway!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The property was well-maintained, and it is evident that the owner takes great pride in this home. The home was well-equipped, and included everything we needed. The space is well laid out and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The location was perfect to walk to the beach, and there were many places to go within walking distance or a short drive. The house was generally clean, however there was a lot of sand throughout the main living area and kitchen that was on the floors when we arrived. We also found some dirt under the couches and coffee table that had not been cleaned up in awhile. It was nothing that a quick vacuum or sweep couldn’t fix, though. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless. Beds were comfortable and included clean mattress covers. The furniture was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. Overall, we were quite happy to stay at this home and would stay here again if we are vacationing in the area. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Had a great time

Clean bright home and only 4 houses from the beach entrance. Nice to have outside private shower with hot water and storage area with beach cart and toys. Close to playground, Wawa and Acme. Lifeguard on beach to the closest entrance. Parking for one car behind property.

Perfect Vacation Home!

This house has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! Location! Views! Easy beach access! Not to mention the house is beautiful, updated ( love the bathrooms!), and has everything you need to feel right at home! The owner was great to work with and promptly answered any questions! Great location and house!

We loved this house! The best one we've rented. Bright and clean, tons of space, back deck view of the ocean complete with evening shade and a cool breeze, and just a quick walk down the alley to beach access. Pride of ownership is evident.

As a child, our family would vacation at Ocean City one week each summer. In 1999, my wife and I decided to come back to OC with our own family of 3 young children. We fell in love with OC all over again. We spent a rainy day during our week looking at houses, and bought this house a couple months later.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We wanted to be close to the beach and this house fit our budget. The house needed some work, and the first winter after we bought it, I repainted the entire interior, installed new carpet and replaced the furniture and appliances. Each year we would make some improvements, and in 2011 and 2012, we had the entire exterior of the house redone and in 2012 new kitchens with granite counter tops. In 2019, we completed our remodeling with new bathrooms.
