Con un hermoso lugar directamente en el lago Pontoosuc, la nueva cocina, baños, chimenea y sala familiar acristalada se benefician del paisaje idílico. ¡Hay una vista desde cada habitación! La casa tiene 5 habitaciones y una sala de juegos convertible con un futón. 2 habitaciones tienen literas más una cama de tamaño completo en ellos. 2 habitaciones tienen camas king size y 1 tiene una reina. La suite principal tiene un baño en suite y su propio balcón con vista al lago. Hay mucho espacio para 14-15 invitados. Hay 2 televisores de pantalla plana, una chimenea, una estufa de gas y muchas otras actualizaciones y extras.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful lake house. We loved the location and the size of the house. It was a perfect place to celebrate our 75th birthday, 8 longtime friends who have known each other for over 60 years. We loved sitting on the deck looking out on the lake at all times of the day. It was great to have the kayaks for an easy paddle. We had a fun time around the fire pit on our last night with a full moon to make it even more special. Thank you for having the perfect place for us to celebrate our 75th birthday!

Great place to stay!

This is a beautiful lakefront home. Clean, spacious, great for families. We loved watching the sunrise over the lake in the morning.

Berkshire Lake house - family vacation

The property was as advertised, but we did have issues with the amenities. The first day, the AC did not work and considering the temps were high the house went up to 80F in the downstairs. The property manager did get it fixed quickly though.Then the room with the washing machine had a mildew order the cause, we found out later, was the washing machine was leaking.

Great location near Jiminy peak

We had a very nice time, the house has lots of room for a large group and had what we needed for a nice short ski vacation. The frozen lake was a very fun experience as well. Owner was responsive helpful and informative. The house is in a great condition, everything is new and updated. Thanks for the stay we hand a very nice time

Lake Life

Great visit to the Berkshires! House was terrific! Loved the different "wings" of the house so there was some separation of guests. Great spot right on the lake, perfect for fishing, kayaking, swimming and just enjoying being lakeside. We had a terrific time.

Family meeting place

The layout of the house is great for a family gathering. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are a perfect size for hanging out together. The bedroom arrangements work for different sizes families. For instance, there is a bedroom with a bathroom on the main floor for anyone with limited mobility. The other bedrooms either have their own bathroom or are adjacent to a bathroom. Beds are pretty comfortable. The outdoor area is a little small but has lots to offer. There is also a park a few minutes walk up the street. Stores are close and you can get Instacart delivered. Parking is able to hold five to six cars without anyone being blocked in or parking on the street. My group is already talking about coming back for future gatherings.

An amazing experience!

Walked in & immediately said "the pictures dont do this home justice." The home looks beautiful in pictures, so you can only imagine what it was like walking in and saying that. Breath taking view. Complete relaxation and comfort. Centrally located. I will definitely be back. I loved everything about the home.

Great location

Our family had a wonderful stay at the home. It's in a great location, the proximity to the water was a plus, and we enjoyed hanging out in the very spacious common area. We also loved that there was almost like a separate wing/area for each set of bedrooms. It worked out really well for our group. Would definitely stay again!

Ideal family vacation on the lake

Our large family had the most wonderful vacation in this lake front property. it is everything pictured and more. The host was readily available if needed. The home was spotless and spacious with a large open kitchen and brand new appliances. Every bed was comfortable. The lake was just a few steps from the deck and our family loved using the kayaks. The views of sunrise and sunset were spectacular. There is a bike trail nearby as well as shopping, miniature golf, theatres ,concert venues at Tanglewood and more. We left with many happy memories and we are ever grateful to Rhonda Greenberg for sharing this family home.

Outstanding Weekend

9 of us (ranging in age from 16 to 83) spent the weekend. We cooked in for most of our meals. The grill and kitchen were great. We found everything we needed. The views are spectacular. We rented a pontoon boat and all 9 of us spent Saturday afternoon on the water. We have already reserved next year.

Wonderful Lake Experience

The house is so spacious and well designed. It was also spotless when we arrived. It is a perfect location that just invites you to relax. There is so much room that even a large group where everyone can have their own space. This is a special place, Enjoy it!

Luxurious Lakehouse!

My family and I rented this lakehouse as a family retreat on Lake Pontoonsuc. We had ten adults and two teenagers, and we never felt cramped. This lake house home is clean, spacious, fully eqipped and has a fantastic view of the lake. It is also surprisingly very private. My family and I barbequed, had fire pit nights, fished off the dock, kayaked, swam, played board games at night at the large dining room table and by day, lounged on the deck watching the eagle and the ducks soar by. We had a wonderful stay and made many happy memories. We have no complaints or criticisms about this gem, and we would happily return again. Book this place! You won't be sorry!

Great location - could use a deep clean

The house was well laid out for our family and the house manager was awesome. Checkin/out very easy. The location is wonderful and beautiful views. Overall, the house was fine and was surface clean. However, it would benefit from some maintenance (grout in primary bathroom floor was missing, decks could use a fresh coat of paint) and deep cleaning. We had to wash the sheets and duvet in one of the bunk rooms as they did not look clean. I am thinking that if the people who stay at the house do not strip all the beds (which we didn’t do either if we didn’t sleep in the bed) or out the unused towels in the laundry area, the sheets/duvets/towels do not get washed in between stays. Thus, the linens collect dust and dirt even if they weren’t used.

We've had such a great time sharing this special place with other families that when another home became available on the same block, we snatched it up, remodeled it entirely. We now own 4 homes on the lake and truly enjoy sharing this magical spot. We hope you love it as much as we do.
