Perfect launching point for our adventures

Our condo was lovely! It was exactly as described, with a great view of the ocean from the bedroom and living room. We made use of the cooler and chairs - a thoughtful extra, saving a bit on our rentals! There were extra fans available, too. Definitely needed in the bathroom/hall closet area - that's the only place the wind didn't do a great job of keeping the temps perfect for hanging out.I loved it because my husband doesn't like to snorkel, but I do. We were within 10 minutes of several great snorkeling beaches; he'd drop me off and pick me up a few hours later when I'd had my fill of swimming with birds and turtles.We'll stay here again whenever I can talk someone into going with me. We loved everything about the location and the condo. The only thing I'd advise is navigate a bit away from the condo for food. The two nearest restaurants within walking distance were "meh" (captain jack's) and "worse than a 70s frozen pizza" (dollie's pub and cafe). But if you're into long walks, there was great food available, or you could hop in your car and take advantage of all kinds of yumminess within a 5 minute drive.

Being able to see the ocean from both the living area and the bedroom was such a plus. And they had everything there that one could need.

We stayed at this condo for 6 nights. While it was at a good location (right next to the water), we were disappointed by all the cockroaches and bugs in the unit. The cockroaches seemed to be mostly in the kitchen area. The very first night we got there, we killed at least 4 cockroaches, and then at least a few a day after that. These were the mini-sized variety--with lengths up to about 5 millimeters or so, not the large ones. There were Combat roach baits placed throughout the kitchen. But these, as indicated in the box, were for large cockroaches, not small ones. Perhaps that was why they were not working as well. We did contact the rental management office during our stay, and they did provide an extra box of Combat roach baits (for large roaches). In addition to the small roaches, there also seemed to be an infestation of small gnat flies in the condo. They liked to gather around the ceiling area above the bathroom sink at night. We didn't know what those were exactly. Not mosquitoes for sure, but some type of gnat fly. Not as alarming as the roaches, but they were still a major annoyance. We killed about 10-20 of those each night. Other issues: *Box of starter Kleenex (facial issue) was not even provided. *No in-unit vacuum provided *This is an older condo that showed its age. For example, frame around main door was full of rust. The patio screen doors (especially the one in living room) did not lock. Gaps around doors were probably allowing some of those to fly in.

Incredible views

This property is beautiful. The views from the lanai are amazing. We had beautiful sunsets and daily rainbows. We loved the little beach that is just steps from our condo. We had several turtles that hung out the whole week and they were fun to watch swimming. The breeze you get when you open the front and back doors is great if the condo starts to heat up. We never really got to warm and there are lots of ceiling and standing fans to use. Customer service was excellent. I had the carafe on the coffee pot break, and it was replaced immediately. The only negative I would have is the kitchen could be a little better stocked with a few more pans. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted to bake a cake but there was no 13/9 pan. There were also no large pots (for boiling pasta for instance). The pans that are there are in pretty rough shape. Having the beach chairs and ice chests was great and made our beach trips much easier. We loved it.

Amazing oceanfront view

Beautiful condo with spectacular oceanfront view from both living room, kitchen and bedroom. Looks exactly as pictures. Bathroom is a little small, saw few tiny roaches and ants at night only. We did not have any food out for this to happened..notified property management and they said this is not uncommon in Hawaii during this season. Also they only gave 1 sample size shampoo and no body wash for party of 2 for 3 nights stay. Notified property management on this as well but no response. We went and bought what we needed. It was not that big of a deal. We enjoyed the amazing evening sunset on the balcony. Everything else was clean so they still deserve my 5 star rating.

Ocean sounds

I loved falling asleep and waking up every day to the sound and view of the ocean and feeling the breeze. I was worried the bed would be too soft/ unsupportive for us but we had no issues falling to sleep quickly and sleeping well and waking up refreshed. The bathroom is a little tight and the exhaust fan was very loud. But overall - great stay. I really enjoyed the laid back location in Maui.

For my wife and I this unit was amazing it was everything that was in the post and much much more it had amazing views you could see the sunset from the bedroom or from the Lanai outstanding property close to bars and restaurants!!! I’m already trying to book for next year

Beautiful Getaway

We loved our stay! The room had a beautiful view and we loved the location. It was just a few minutes from the bigger resorts which we loved because we were away from some of the crowds but close to all the attractions. The room was clean and quiet and we absolutely loved falling asleep and waking up to our ocean view. I think our only complaint was we were pretty warm at night but the listing said there was no AC so that’s not really a complaint and if you opened the front door and balcony door it cooled everything pretty quickly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation,

Great end to a Hawaii vacation

Super clean, well set up if you need to cook, great view and light, easy to deal with property. Slight snafu getting the key due to an incorrect code provided but late night team was quick to respond!

Beautiful with updates!

The unit was nice, clean, and had been updated, although it could use some detailed cleaning (floor boards, behind doors, cabinets). We didn’t check in until 9:00 pm and couldn’t get in but the property manager was quick to call us back realizing we had the wrong code to the door. Please note there is no a/c in this unit and one of the fans wasn’t working but the property managers were quick to deliver a new one. Each night the people at the neighboring pool were very loud which didn’t bother us but could be annoying for some. Overall great place to stay with great managers and beautiful views!

Home away from home!

When we rented the property description had stated the unit was dated. Much to our surprise the unit was updated and they did an amazing job. The views are awesome. When we had to contact the management office, they were prompt to respond😊 The only minor negative is the pool at the neighboring resort can get loud in the evening.

Great views

Disappointed in the upkeep of the condo, “Dated” is one thing but the carpets were so soiled I wouldn’t walk barefoot on them. The kitchen was well supplied but had foul smelling cabinets. The pool was not heated nor did it have any umbrellas nearby to get in the shade. We wished there had been some place to go for a walk other than the busy street. We so enjoyed the view from the balcony & watching the numerous whales!

Easy parking Clean facilities Neighbors pool noise and pool view both ways was was minor negative. You could still see a panoramic view of the ocean and hear the surf. Good value!!

Loved this place, we will stay there again

The only problem we had was trying to coordinate with the check in office to get our parking permit, which is not the fault of the rental group. The check in has limited hours, like maybe 8 to 5 snd we were usually up and gone before they opened and didn't get back before they closed. It was very frustrating. But we loved the room, the view was totally amazing and I loved that there was beach chairs and a cooler available to use. They provided everything we needed. It was very clean. We loved it and would highly recommend and we would definitely book there again.
