La canción Big Thompson River Song está perfectamente situada con vista al río Big Thompson, ¡tan cerca que sentirá que puede alcanzarla y tocarla! Rematá todo con vistas de Prospect Mountain y los nevados de Continental Divide y tendrás el retiro perfecto de Rocky Mountain. Desde nuestra casa, se encuentra a solo un corto paseo de Town of Estes Park y a una distancia de 1. 5 millas de la entrada a Beaver Meadows del Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas.

La sala principal del nivel principal tiene una chimenea de gas de roca de musgo para reunirse con vistas al río y a la montaña ... ¡no se necesitan obras de arte en estas paredes! Este es simplemente el lugar ideal de reunión familiar con su área de cocina y comedor contigua totalmente equipada. ¡Contempla las vistas del cielo, el río y la montaña de Colorado, perfectamente claras!

¡Desde la gran sala, puedes salir a una fantástica terraza para disfrutar de excelentes vistas de las montañas junto con las vistas y los sonidos del río Big Thompson! ¡Tómelo todo mientras disfruta de una taza de café de la mañana, un vaso de vino por la noche, leer un buen libro o cocinar la cena en la parrilla a gas!

El acogedor dormitorio principal en suite también se encuentra en el nivel principal. Abre las ventanas y deja que los sonidos de Big Thompson te adormezcan para dormir.

Una segunda habitación familiar se ubica en el nivel inferior junto con dos habitaciones (una king en una de las habitaciones y 2 gemelos en la otra) y un baño completo. ¡Desde este nivel puedes caminar hacia el patio y observar alces y otros animales salvajes a lo largo del río Big Thompson! ¡O simplemente siéntese y relájese y disfrute de la vista!

Un espacio de garaje adjunto para dos automóviles viene con este alquiler. También contamos con un lavadero en planta principal.

Como nuestro huésped, disfrutará de acceso a las áreas de pesca comunes compartidas por la Asociación de Propietarios a lo largo del río Big Thompson.

The location is one of the best in the area: the river runs behind the house and there’s a clear walking path that goes along the river. The home is very close to the downtown area, stores, restaurants, coffee shops. The area where the house is located is very quiet and peaceful. It’s just down the road from entrance to RMNP. House is very clean and well-maintained. The downstairs has its own living space for multiple guests to spread out. Plenty of closet space and shelves for clothes. Communication was excellent throughout the stay.

The place was beautiful, online description was perfect. The managers of the property were available before the trip and during with any and all questions or problems that occurred. All was taken care of immediately. Loved the neighborhood, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Wonderful place for a vacation. Animal viewing from the house was lovely!

Communication with the house managers were fantastic! The house was ready at check-in and incredibly clean. They thought of everything. The kitchen had so many extra items that we cooked many meals at the house so we could spend time looking at the view. The location is perfect for either downtown or RMNP. We will return here! I can't say enough good things.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The house was so beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious and very comfortable for our family! Our favorite thing was the view off the balcony of the river. We saw deer each morning come up to graze in the grass. We will definitely come back to stay here the next time we are in Estes!

Amazing Property!

This home is the perfect launching point into Rocky Mountain National Park. The home was clean and well organized (kitchen organization is unlike any other place we have ever stayed)! The sound of the creek outside is amazing and the views out the window are unmatched. Fantastic communication as well with the host. We will stay here again!!

Amazing House on the River

The house was so very wonderful. Love, love the location right on the River. We have rented over two dozen luxury VRBO homes and this was one of the best. Very very clean. Had everything we needed. Very much appreciated the crib, baby gate and high chair. A perfect family place. We will definitely be back. The hosts were awesome with their communication and checking to make sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful clean cabin

This cabin was flawless. Everything was top of the line. So clean and comfortable. The hosts answered questions immediately. The location was in town but felt like we were in the woods. We will be back. I recommend this cabin with no hesitation!

Rocky Mountain Christmas

The house is clean, spacious with a decor and atmosphere in keeping with the wild & beautiful location. The house had everything we needed to prepare and cook our holiday meals. All kitchen appliances functioned well. Beds were comfortable. The view is beautiful. A quick drive into RMNP for easy sight-seeing day trips. But the town is accessible by walking so no need to hunt for parking. A really great place for a mountain family holiday!

The Best Place I've Stayed in Estes

We have stayed in Estes Park many times and stayed in over a dozen different rental properties. In all honesty, this property is, hands down, the best place we've stayed with regard to the property, location, and the management. The place was immaculately kept and furnished. We enjoy cooking our meals, and I can't tell you how many times we've found our rentals missing basic cooking items (sharp knives, corkscrew, salt & pepper, grilling tools, etc.). The kitchen at this home had all the utensils we needed to prepare our semi-gourmet meals! The property is near a walking path along the river and is less than a mile from two of Estes Park's better restaurants. The manager, Sue, was incredibly hospitable and helpful. The check-in process was a breeze. This home will be our first choice for a rental during our next trip to Estes.-Mark (Cheyenne, Wyoming)

Perfect in every way

This house is gorgeous, so inviting, and the setting could not be better. We spent every night sitting on the deck on the very comfortable furniture, listening to the river, sipping libations, and watching for shooting stars. In the morning, we saw several elk, deer, and some wild turkeys strolling by. The house itself feels like home as soon as you walk in. Very well stocked. High-end pots, pans, etc. Beds were super comfortable. High-quality linens. Plenty of room to spread out. Easy walk to Coffee on the Rocks and very close to lots of good restaurants. As others have said, Sue was awesome. You will not regret staying here.

Anniversary Trip

Without a doubt one of the best rentals we’ve ever had!! Sue was very helpful and available during our stay! Mark came over and replaced a battery in the garage remote that had stopped working! They even helped point us to some wildlife viewing spots!! Could not have had a better stay!! Thank you for the use of this beautiful home!!

Perfect Stay in a Perfect Location

"If you're still searching for the perfect place, stop now and book this home before it’s gone! The house is absolutely pristine, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. You’re just minutes away from all the major attractions, and the town’s incredible food and charming shops are only a quick 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. The Thompson River flows right behind the house, so if you have a fishing license, you can wade right in for some fly fishing. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness—the house was spotless, and we felt completely at ease letting our toddler crawl around. The beds were super comfortable, and the wooden crib for our baby was perfect and easy to pack away. We spent just as much time outside the house as inside, enjoying the beautiful view from the deck and meeting the warm and welcoming neighbors. When we return to Estes Park, we’ll definitely plan our trip around the availability of this property. Can’t wait to visit again!"
