Cross Creek 308 es un hermoso condominio de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños que admite mascotas, ubicado en el corazón de Frisco en el río Ten Mile. Duerme 8. La decoración del lodge es genial para los niños. Amplia cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y mucho espacio para preparar. La unidad tiene un garaje adjunto para un automóvil y se encuentra en el primer y segundo piso. Pantalla plana en la sala de estar con chimenea de leña de río, WiFi gratis y cable. Mesa de comedor asientos 6 y barra de cocina asientos 4. Salir por la puerta de cubierta al río. Complejo tiene amplios terrenos. Terrazas privadas orientadas al sur con vistas al río y al monte. Real. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, baño privado con bañera profunda, pantalla plana y terraza privada con dos sillas y mesa. Escucha el río por la noche. Primer dormitorio de invitados tiene reina y cubierta compartida con la unidad de al lado. El segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales y ventana al río. Sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar con medio baño fuera de la cocina. Lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Dos entradas - una en cada piso. A solo minutos de distancia de Whole Foods, Safeway o Natural Grocers en Summit Boulevard en Frisco. 7 minutos a Copper Mountain, 20 minutos a Breckenridge o Keystone, 25 minutos a Arapahoe Basin o Vail. El Condado de Summit Recreation / Bike Path está justo al otro lado de Main Street. Una hermosa y conveniente ubicación.

Great location and cozy experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loved staying at this home together. The fireplace and the views of the trees and river right out our windows was beautiful. It was incredible to have our dogs there - the location blocks from Frisco and near a trail was fantastic. The beds were comfy and the living room easy to hang out in, even if not large. The Summit Group were so helpful - giving me updates on the weather (big storm) so we could travel better and extended our checkout by a few hours to help us out when we were jammed as we departed. The only thing I would say (which lowered my rating a bit) was that the sheets were really scratchy and pillows were so flat - bedding just wasn't up to par with the rest of the experience. We actually went out and got some sheets at Walmart for our stay to use. And... the knives (our family loves to cook) were super dull - with no sharpener so it made it hard to cook which was a bummer. Even though there were a few drawbacks, I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to others! Thank you for our stay~

Being right next to the creek and walking distance from restaurants and shops was amazing! The unit is cozy and comfortable. We noticed a few things that needed repairing with windows and the garage wasn’t usable because of some construction happening, but neither were a big deal. We also thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and pool. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our long weekend at Cross Creek. It was below zero outside but we were able to stay warm with the help of the wood burning fireplace (it would have been cold on the main floor without it). The property description was accurate and the place was very clean especially for a dog-friendly property. It was great to be able to take our dog right out the back door. The garage was clutch on such a cold weekend although it would be a little small for anything larger than a RAV4. The property management company was accommodating of early check in for us since the place was unoccupied the preceding night. The place met our needs well and we would happily return.

Ski Get Away

Great location, short walk to Main Street in Frisco and a quick drive to Copper Mountain. Spacious with the third bedroom and the convenience clubhouse was a great addition for traveling with teenagers.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice clean condo. The staff was very responsive! Would have liked a few more seating places in Living room. Condo is for 6 ppl but living room has seating for 4 maxAlso need to clarify that the grill is not at the condo but down the road

Met needs

The place was a good location. Good spacing for sleeping and gathering together. The stairs are loud and seem to be unsafe. We didn’t have any issues but worried when we walked. Ultimately the spot met our needs to sleep and eat and get to the mountain activities we wanted. The biggest issue is had was the need for us to get and return keys to a location in a different town. With technology, I am sure there is amore customer friendly way for people to access the door. Its not far, but an inconvenience for people that want to move along with their travel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Cross Creek condo worked well for our family and dog for a quick getaway to Frisco! The layout is great for a family and has plenty of space. It's a few blocks from downtown and super quiet along the river. I have never stayed in a rental with so many towels provided - you won't run out! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. It is an older building so the stairs are a bit creaky and narrow. Otherwise, it's in great shape. There are plenty of board games to keep kids entertained.

great location for summit county get away. walkable to main street frisco, trails and the great sound of a rushing river by the back door. If you're a light sleeper this may not be a good place for you, as the upstairs and next door neighbor activity can be heard at all hours of the day / morning /night

Perfect location in cute little Frisco

This condo is older but well maintained. We loved the location right off I-70 and one mile walk to Frisco. We skied the Epic mountains so all were within 45 minutes. We loved cooking in and relaxing in the evenings at the condo. Pool, Hot Tub and Dry sauna were awesome after a day on the slopes. We would definately return!

A beautiful mountain creek on property!

The setting of the property is beautiful. It's very park-like. Condo backs up to Ten Mile Creek and is close the Main Street in Frisco. The condo is very cute, but is somewhat worn with old looking doors, cracks in the floor tile, very creaky stairs, and the hall shower floor feels rather unstable. For the price, the condo needs a facelift. However, the beds were very comfortable. Lots of cute cabin decor.

Great location/Needs Updating

First the positives: the location right on the river can't be beat! Close to downtown. Unit was clean. This unit is VERY dated. Kitchen and bathrooms are run down and straight from the 80s. The kitchen supplies were also old and in bad shape. Beds are terrible. The stairs are so worn down it feels like you might fall through. Living room furniture also run down and not comfortable. If you are planning to just use this as a home base and be outside it is acceptable. For time as a family inside it was seriously lacking. Would not stay again.

Nothing bad about this place really. A reasonable place to sleep. The kitchen is ok but has some older low quality cookware and dull knives. There is a broken stair tread and nder the carpet on the way up to the bedrooms. A pretty typical older condo that is a bit worn around the edges. Probably a bit overpriced for what it is. The beds aren't super comfortable. Feels like an older bed with a memory foam topper hoping to get some more life before having to buy a new mattress.

Great Spring Skiing Trip!

Our family had a fantastic time here! The location is so convenient. The hot tub, pool and club house were a wonderful treat after skiing. Plus, we were able to bring our dog with us. We will definitely stay again!

Nice size nothing fancy. Great spot to enjoy with our Golden Retriever. Was dismayed that other pet owners DO NOT pick up after their pet . “Backyard” is a open space & lots of poop! Garage is VERY small and the manual handle also needs replaced….harder to open barehanded. Unit needs some general work like broken dryer & steps going upstairs. Loved being able to walk into town & also the walking path along river. We would stay here again.

Unexpectedly Wonderful

Everything about this condo was perfect for a holiday family trip. The river view and park-like grounds were unexpected - exceptional location! Bedrooms are spacious, living room is comfy and enhanced by fireplace, and kitchen/dining room arrangement is conducive to family dining and game nights. Drive to Copper Mountain is an easy 5 miles. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely return!
