It is fully equipped and there's also a pool table to play while at home. Close to restaurants, bars & shopping.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1800sqf house includes beds for 10 people plus a queen air mattress, which is very comfortable, so it can sleep a total of 12 people including families with kids. It is fully furnished & equipped, TV with cables, WIFI and washer & dryer. The primary suite features double closets, and a stunning ensuite with a spacious stone tiled shower. There's also a pool table to play while at home The backyard is a true gem featuring a stunning deck with hot-tub overlooking the North Hills Golf Course and the lake and has plenty of private and street parking. You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with view to golf course and lake and Hot-tub. There is also a private patio to sit and relax with BBQ area.

Located right next to the North Hills Golf Course. Convenient to the airport, Loop-1604, I-35, I-410 and Wurzbach Parkway, close to many hot spots including theme parks, shopping, military bases and only a 20 minute drive to downtown's attractions including the Alamo and Riverwalk. Close to Loop 1604 and HW 281. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Outdoor backyard is not fenced to provide an open view to the lake and the golf course.
- Any event requires full pre-approval and planning with the host directly prior to booking. While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. If you would like to arrange a small gathering or an event, please reach out to me prior to booking so we can discuss options or additional requirements. Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Hot-tub will not be heated prior to arrival. You can set it up as soon as you arrive. Please note it might take a couple of hours to heat up.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.
