Welcome to your San Antonio golf course retreat — a spacious 1,800 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room for up to 10 guests. Relax in the private hot tub overlooking the lake and golf course, enjoy the large deck or challenge the family to a game of pool in the converted garage game room.

**HOT TUB, DECK & VIEWS**
The backyard is the highlight of the home. Step onto the spacious deck and enjoy open views across North Hills Golf Course and the lake. Relax in the private hot tub, fire up the BBQ or unwind under the covered patio with plenty of seating for the group. String lights create a relaxing atmosphere in the evening while the open backyard lets you enjoy uninterrupted views of the course and water.
Please note that the backyard is intentionally not fenced to preserve the open views of the lake and golf course.

**GAME ROOM**
The garage has been converted into a dedicated game room featuring a pool table and space to hang out with family and friends. Because the garage is used as the game room, it is not available for vehicle parking.

**SLEEPING & COMFORT**
The home accommodates up to 10 guests with the following sleeping arrangements:
• Primary bedroom — King bed
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 4 — Twin bunk bed
• Queen air mattress — Sleeps 2
Inside, you’ll find an open layout with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The primary suite includes double closets and a private ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. You’ll also have fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and a drip coffee maker. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

**LOCATION**
The home sits alongside North Hills Golf Course with beautiful views of the course and lake right from the backyard. You’ll have convenient access to San Antonio International Airport, Loop 1604, I-35, I-410 and Wurzbach Parkway, making it easy to explore the city. Downtown San Antonio, the River Walk, The Alamo, shopping, theme parks, military bases and other popular attractions are all within easy driving distance.

**PARKING & ACCESS**
You’ll have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the spacious deck, hot tub, covered patio, BBQ area and game room. The garage is used as the game room and is not available for vehicle parking. Parking is available in the driveway and nearby.

**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**
• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• The backyard is intentionally not fenced to preserve the open views of the lake and golf course. Please keep this in mind when traveling with young children or pets.
• Small gatherings or events must be discussed and approved with me before booking. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.
• The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. You’re welcome to turn it on when you check in; please allow a few hours for it to reach your preferred temperature.
• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
