Escondido en la hermosa Adirondack Village de Lake Placid, se encuentra un recientemente renovado y soleado 4 dormitorios (2 en suite), 3. 5 baños, hogar de alta gama. Cocina gourmet, jacuzzi, ducha de vapor, chimenea WB, chimenea de gas en la cocina para comidas a la luz del fuego. Las dos áreas de estar separadas, las dos cubiertas y el pozo de fuego hacen que sea una excelente vida con niños y adolescentes. Camine hasta Mirror Lake, bares, restaurantes, películas y regrese a la serenidad de nuestra hermosa casa. Hecho para la familia que le gusta cocinar y disfrutar de las Adirondacks.

Esta hermosa casa tiene todo lo que el viajero exigente (y posible cocinero gourmet) está buscando en una casa de vacaciones. La cocina gourmet cuenta con electrodomésticos Wolf, Subzero y Bosch. La chimenea en la cocina ofrece el ambiente para una agradable cena o un café por la mañana. Dos habitaciones en el piso principal tienen baño privado y ofrecen privacidad en su propio y hermoso espacio. Dos cubiertas: una para descansar al sol y la otra para barbacoas y cenar al aire libre. Las sillas Adirondack alrededor de la fogata en el patio tranquilo completan su velada. Dos áreas de estar separadas hacen que la vida con los niños y adolescentes sea excelente: envíelas al piso de abajo para ver películas, etc. Diseñado para permitir espacio para grupos, pero también espacio para trabajar o leer en el estudio o en muchos otros rincones de esta casa espaciosa. Todo en la villa olímpica está a poca distancia a pie, pero nuestra cuadra está fuera de los caminos trillados, lo que es una ventaja enorme en los meses de verano. Sin tráfico. Great location, very close to town. Interior and exterior of home is incredibly clean and had every amenity we needed to have a wonderful stay. Homeowner is very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at the house. The house was cozy and perfect for our party of 8. We loved the fireplaces, hot tub, and kitchen. It was a great location and an easy walk into town for shopping and restaurants

Great house . Super clean with high end appliances. Everything you could need was available including little shampoos, conditioners and body wash . Loved all the separate living areas giving everyone their own space. Close to town . The hot tub and foosball table were a great bonus . Quiet neighborhood as well . Very thoughtful host.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was such a comfortable house for our group. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well sized. The cozy atmosphere and classic Adirondack decor really elevate things. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful winter week

We had a memorable week at this beautiful property!! Snowy weather greeted us and stayed all week which allowed skiing, skating and sledding. We loved everything about the area and look forward to visiting again soon!

107 Grandview is Grand!

Beautiful property conveniently located near Main Street, just a short walk to all the shops & stores. House is very comfortable with all the amenities one needs for an extended stay. My family had a wonderful time and I wouldn't hesitate to book again next summer.

Peaceful north country retreat, quick walk to town

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful- perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the cozy fireplaces and kitchen full of high end appliances. Very quick walk (about 5 minutes) to the center of town. The owners were very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic stay at fantastic property!

This property completely suited our needs for Iron Man race week. Impressed with the cleanliness and the little touches that the owner provided. Beds were super comfortable. Love the outdoor space. Communication with owner was quick and exceeded expectations. Wished we’d had more time to enjoy it! Look forward to returning for another stay!

Fun trip to the mountains!

Beautiful home in neighborhood 5 minute walk from town. Excellent layout with two family rooms, and plenty of area for our three kids -- late teens and early twenties. Lots of beautiful hikes, kayaking and biking all close by. Definitely want to come back! Owner very responsive to any questions.

Great family getaway

This home is great, everything was as described. The home is beautifully furnished and the neighborhood is quiet but within walking distance to town. The kitchen was well equipped so the Mrs was right at home cooking for us all. I can’t say enough about this wonderful property owners are prompt answering question and are very gracious. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful stay in Lake Placid

Our stay was perfect! This is a beautifully appointed home with high quality craftsmanship built for active families. The kitchen layout allowed for multiple cooks to prepare for family meals. Beds were very comfortable and we all really enjoyed the hot tub after hikes and bike riding. The neighborhood is walkable to town center yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Property owner was highly responsive and the management company was quick and on top of details. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this was the best yet!

Amazing Location

This house met all the needs of our party of 10. It was very spacious, clean, updated and had great amenities such as multiple decks, grill, game room and hot tub. Plenty of room to spread out if needed as well as to gather in various parts of the house. We walked down to Main Street several times during our stay and it was super quick and easy with great views. Highly recommend this house to anyone wishing to enjoy Lake Placid and all it has to offer.

4th of July trip

Great stay! We had a blast. The house was beautiful and a great location to walking downtown or to the beach. The house slept our large group comfortably and the kitchen was fantastic. Plenary of room to spread out and the bar/ping pong setup in the garage was fun! Plenty of bathroom space for a large group as well! Like many houses in the area, there is no air conditioning so the summer time stay was a little hot especially with cooking for a group, but there were fans in every bedroom which made sleeping comfortable. Would definitely recommend this house!

Central Location

This property was perfect for our girls trip. We were a group of 6. House was very clean and had everything we needed from the perfect location that enabled us to walk to everything, to cooking and cocktails on the deck. We were in Lake Placid to hike Mount Marcy and this property was a perfect spot for us. Hot tub was great reward after a long day of hiking. The property manager reached out to us before we arrived and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to come back and stay again!

Beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! The house was well stocked (kitchen and bathrooms) and beautifully furnished. I especially loved the den area...so cozy!! We spent most of our time on the deck with the hot tub and enjoyed the privacy that the landscaping provided. The house is a short walk from the Main Street-very accessible to everything! We would love to stay here again if we are fortunate enough to find ourselves in Lake Placid another time! Peggy was very accommodating and wonderful to work with!

Great Place and location

We loved staying here! Peggy and anomie were wonderful hosts! Peggy checked in to make sure we arrived and had any questions. The location was perfect! We split the house with 2 other couples. Plenty big enough!!! It would be great if there queen beds. It’s a little tight. But I guess a good reason to snuggle. 🙄That was the only minor thing. Thanks for sharing your home! We absolutely enjoyed the bathrobes!!!!

Clean cozy spacious home!

We absolutely loved staying at your home! It was not only incredibly spacious but well maintained, cozy, and in an excellent location! The kitchen is fully stocked with every single utensil available. The gas fireplace in the kitchen is so warm and easy to use. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. We walked down to Main Street during the day and back with no issues even though it was quite chilly out during our stay. At night we took an Uber downtown to dinner and back which was easy and convenient because your home is so conveniently located. We truly enjoyed our stay and I will certainly recommend your home to others in the future. Thank You!

We are professionals from the Saratoga area who have vacationed in Lake Placid for over 25 years. We purchased this home for the place where we can get away and relax. Since we are all still working full time there are many times when we can't use it so we want to share this opportunity with others. We hope you love our home and Lake Placid as much as we do!

This beautiful home has everything the discerning traveler (and possible gourmet cook) is looking for in a vacation home. The gourmet kitchen has Wolf, Subzero and Bosch appliances. The fireplace in the kitchen provides the ambience for an enjoyable dinner or morning coffee. Two bedrooms on the main floor are ensuite providing privacy in your own beautiful space. Two decks: one for daytime lounging in the sun and the other for BBQs and dining al fresco. Adirondack chairs around the fire pit in the quiet yard complete your evening. Two separate living areas make for great living with children and teens - send them downstairs for movies, etc. Designed to allow for group space but also space for work or reading in the den or many other nooks in this spacious home. Everything in the Olympic village is within walking distance but our block is off the beaten path - which is huge plus in the busy summer months. No traffic. No looking for parking in town. Walk to bars, restaurants, movies, songs on the lake and more. - all while being able to return to peace and quiet at our lovely home. It's less than three years old and sits nicely on the property for privacy and space! Made for the family who likes to cook and enjoy a nice bottle of wine. Driveway holds three cars
