Ubicado en el 4to piso de Phoenix VII en Orange Beach, AL, este espacioso 2 Bed | El condominio de 2 baños duerme 8 con comodidades maravillosas y vistas impresionantes del Golfo de México. Este condominio es una unidad de esquina con grandes ventanas y puertas de vidrio de piso a techo en las áreas de sala y comedor. Disfrute de relajarse después de un día divertido en la playa en este condominio recientemente actualizado con azulejos nuevos. con un gran televisor de pantalla plana. Tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito renovadas. El comedor tiene capacidad para 4 en la mesa y con espacio para 2 más en el bar de la isla.

La sala de estar incluye un sofá cama doble y 2 cómodas sillas laterales. El espacioso dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un televisor de pantalla plana, además de una hermosa vista de la playa desde las puertas de vidrio de piso a techo. El baño principal tiene un gran tocador y cabina de ducha. La habitación de huéspedes tiene 2 camas matrimoniales, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado. Este condominio tambi��n está equipado con una lavadora y secadora apilables para su conveniencia.

Estacionamiento: Pases de estacionamiento están disponibles para la venta en la recepción. Se le pedirá que compre un pase de estacionamiento. Será una tarifa única, por lo que el pase será válido durante toda su estadía. Solo podrá comprar hasta 2 pases para 2 vehículos en este condominio.

Great location beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay the view is beautiful! The condo was very clean and well maintained! The only 2 things I have to complain about is there needed to be more towels and the drain in the guest bathroom had to be held up to drain! All in all we loved it and would rent it again!

Great place and great view!

Easy check-in process. Nice view and great unit. Only complaint is the sliding doors need a little WD-40..they were a little hard to open. But loved the view!! Would recommend!!

Perfect for our family. Very few people for spring break vacation but then we realized that all the units were being remodeled so it was loud. I now understand the great discounted price. Beautiful & clean

Good stay

Overall, we had an amazing time in this condo! It was clean and came stocked with a lot of essentials in the kitchen and around the condo. I liked having a small vacuum to get sand up. Loved the ice maker. Our only complaint are some of the pans in the kitchen are severely damaged and scraped and there was no hand soap in the kitchen. Other than that, amazing and would stay again!

As described but not very clean

This property serves its purpose - a place to stay while you go to the beach. But, for the hair in the shower, mold on shower curtains, sticky floors, and just generally feeling dirty in the apartment, this Vrbo is definitely overpriced. Not to mention, they only provide 1 bar of soap, 1 roll of TP, 1 bottle of each toiletry, 1 roll of paper towels - again, this felt stingy and cheap for the cost to stay here. We liked the condominium, but would rather stay in a different unit next time.

Spring break getaway

Enjoyed this visit to the gulf very much, however I was very surprised about the extremely high price for a parking pass $36/ per car and then we found out it was only $7 to park in the adjacent parking lot. No mention of this on the itenerary details! Secondly, cleaning needs were lacking in this unit! Very filthy floors, baseboards, bathtub, and furniture was stained! Floor still had sand in and around the living room. Otherwise, it was a good trip.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The first thing you mentioned is the charges for parking passes. Every condo association has a per vehicle charge. The $7 plus tax to park in the underground lot is a per day fee while the $36 is a one time fee that's good for your entire stay. The condominium association dictates these fees. We do have notifications that it is necessary to purchase parking passes on our website, in the Rental Agreement you signed and in the Arrival Instructions. I'm very sorry to hear that you had this experience with housekeeping issues. This is certainly below our standards. We show no record of your contacting us regarding these issues so that we could have addressed them in a timely manner. This has been brought to the attention of our staff and we have added additional support to inspect each condo after a cleaning and before the next guest arrives. I am happy to know that you were able to enjoy your time at the gulf and would welcome the opportunity to have you stay with us again so that we may wow you in the future.

Stay elsewhere!

Location is amazing! However, floors throughout the condo were unclean. Trash on floors. 2/3 televisions did not work. Called maintenance. Maintenance told me to call direct tv (major hassle!). One of the showers did not work! Towels were very worn and had holes throughout. Not the best bang for your buck, by far!

Issues

We were not aware ahead of time if $55 parking pass. We were told that we didn’t need to check in at desk..that was not true. The condo had broken light bulb in lamp in the master bedroom so had to read with overhead ceiling fan light. Sister had only 1 out of 5 bulbs working in her bathroom.

The parking pass fees are regulated by the Home Owners Associations that run the condo buildings themselves and some do require you to purchase them when you arrive. Since the door code we provide allows you to go straight to the condo, you're not required you to "check-in" . We all have to buy these passes when staying at the properties. I am sorry that about the lack of lightbulbs and can assure you that they have been replaced. Please, call us next time so we can take care of this more quickly. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you'll be back very soon.

Wish the space was cleaner

Property manager got someone out to clean couch after it smelled like urine but it still smelled badly after the cleaning. Shower head was addressed. King sized bed was uncomfortable and needed new comforters. No comforter to go on couch in living room not that you want to sleep on pee smelling couch. Teeneager ended up sleeping in recliner. Property needs a thorough deep cleaning. I worked on dirtiness/crumbs on recliner. Will not return to the VRBO

Only the View was nice

This condo needs a lot of TLC. The refrigerator had no ice maker (cracked plastic ice cube trays in the cabinet) so there was a stand alone ice machine in the kitchen. It did not produce ice so we called the maintenance number. No one ever showed up to fix it so we bought bagged ice all week. The pull out couch was filthy so we put a sheet over it before anyone sat on it. Holes in the bed linens, dirty dishes in the cabinets and hardened grease in the kitchen sink. I could go on for hours. I was refunded the cleaning fee that was charged for my visit.. .

Nice Condo

This condo was cute and comfortable. Being located on the 4th floor was a plus because we used the stairs a few times when the elevators were busy. I liked that there were grocery carts downstairs to carry your groceries back to the condo. This condo also has a very large built in ice maker. The ice maker was a huge plus. We could fill up a large cooler before heading to the beach and still have enough ice to make frozen drinks in the blender.. It is directly over the pool which means the noise level could be high at times , but it never was loud at night when we wanted to sleep. The view is beautiful! I would stay here again.

We had an awesome stay in this condo. It is lovely with everything we needed. The view is gorgeous from the living area and the master bedroom.. the balcony is very nice as it wraps around. All of the pools and hot tubs were great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The entrance is beautiful. We had a fantastic time and hope to book this unit again soon!

Mostly Adequate

The condo was very clean but the living room furniture is tired. Not very comfortable and the bedroom pillows are the flattest ones I’ve ever tried to use. As for being right above the pool area, there was a lot more nighttime noise than expected. On the plus side, there is an ice making machine in the kitchen. We had a very nice week but will choose a different property next time.

Dated/dirty furniture

Overall stay was good. Great location and views. However, the furniture throughout the condo was dated/dirty. We had to put sheets down on the couch to feel comfortable sitting on them. The comforter in the master bedroom had stains all over it and was ripped in a couple places. Master shower had mold/ black gunk built up on the doors. Quite a bit of dust built up in some areas. Would stay again but would be interested in seeing if other units in this property needed as many updates.

Excellent Choice

The condo was clean and well maintained. The property manager checked with me to make sure everything was ok. There was a chair on the balcony that was torn and unusable but the iron set and lounger were in good shape.
