Apartamento muy tranquilo con vidrios dobles. El dormitorio da al patio.

El apartamento está situado en la prestigiosa Isla de San Luis y el Saint-Louis en l'île de la calle es la calle principal de la isla, muy animada durante el día, con muchas tiendas (panaderías, vendedores de queso, carnicerías ...) y restaurantes de renombre, pero muy tranquila por la noche. Usted se siente en la isla un ambiente como ningún otro lugar en París, una atmósfera de pueblo pequeño. Todos los edificios de la isla datan de los siglos XVI XVII y '.

MUY BIEN UBICADO - a pocos pasos de la Quartier Latin, el barrio del Marais, y la famosa catedral de Notre Dame - es el lugar perfecto para descubrir París a pie.

We had a great stay! Unit was fully stocked, quiet, and had instant hot water! Lots of shops and restaurants on the street. Our favorite was Le Paradiso for excellent dining, ambience, and a wonderful hostess, Camille. And of course, all the big attractions very close by.

Wonderful place in ideal location

Comfortable even on hot summer days. Convenient to so many landmarks plus great Boulangeries, restaurants, cheese shops, a little market and ice cream. Would love to stay again.

We had a lovely stay in this historic and atmospheric apartment on Ile St. Louis. The location was top notch, walking distance to Notre Dame, the Marais and all the attractions of the left bank. Despite being in the beating heart of Paris it was quiet. Almost like living in a village with a bakery, butcher and fruit and vegetable store close at hand. Also lovely restaurants and coffee shops close by. The apartment was clean, warm and the kitchen well appointed with everything you would need to prepare meals. The host and his representative Rebecca were attentive and responsive to our needs. When our flight was cancelled at the last minute they responded immediately with an offer to change our transportation to the airport and allow us to stay an extra night. Would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting an authentic Paris experience.

Beautiful apartment, great location.

We had a lovely week’s stay here. The central location is spectacular. We enjoyed the apartment and it is well run and managed. Definitely recommend the car service if flying in from abroad. Not a single complaint.

I wish I could have stayed longer. As others have said, it feels more like a home than other places listed. I cooked some simple meals and was pleasantly surprised to see excellent pans in the cupboard. The hot water is almost instantaneous in all faucets which I also appreciated. The bathroom and living area is spacious with is also rare to find in Europe. The neighborhood is charming and neighbors helpful. There's an amusing cat on an upper floor who walks herself down to the ground floor and waits for the next random resident to unlock the atrium door and let her out for a stroll. Don't hesitate to book this home, you will be comfortable and may just feel like at local.

Had a wonderful trip

We enjoyed a four day stay here, and have to say that it was a wonderful home for those days. It is located in if not the best, one of the best parts of Paris. We loved that it was quiet and had a neighborhood feel, and “coming home” to it at the end of the day was a luxurious feeling. The flat is spacious and the kitchen outfitted with everything one can need (spices, flatware, glasses). The bathroom has a tub and a wonderful heated drying rack. We enjoyed crepes at one of the nearby creperies and there is an adorable bakery literally next door. Philippe and Connie were extremely helpful and available for any concerns, which we didn’t have any. Really, not much to complain about this great flat. We are thankful for our delightful time here and hope to come back again in the future!

Spacious apartment in an excellent location

We loved our 9-night stay at Philippe’s apartment. It was a warm, cozy place with a large living/dining area and plenty of space to store our luggage. We always travel with a white noise machine, so if there was any noise we didn’t notice. We didn’t meet Philippe face to face, but communication with him was excellent. Rebecca manages the apartment and was very helpful and easy to contact as well. There was absolutely no problem entering or leaving (always a concern for us) as Rebecca was there to let us in, and the taxi driver used by Philippe for getting to CDG was prompt and friendly. The location was ideal, as there were three metro stops not far from the apartment. My wife and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The only downside was having to carry our bags up to the second floor (3rd floor US). Also, the internet was a bit spotty for the first two days but a repair person came by on day 3 and everything was fine after that.

Fabulous Apartment on ILE SAINT-LOUIS

Everything about this lovely apartment is perfectI It looks out on a delightful street filled with restaurants and inviting shops; it is well-maintained and charmingly furnished; you can arrange to be met at the airport by Jean Pierre; and on arrival at the apartment you will be met by Connie. She made us feel welcome immediately, and was quick to share suggestions for our time in Paris. Connie was clear on how to reach her during our stay, and encouraged us to phone her if we encountered any problem. My husband and I relished returning to the apartment at the end of each day, and it was lovely to have the expanse of an apartment rather than a hotel room. Some restaurants we recommend from our recent stay: Le Caveau next door to the apartment; Chez Paul, L'Ange 20, and Au Passage in the Bastille area; and our favorite - L'Estrapade near the Pantheon. My husband and I look forward to returning to Paris, and can't wait to live the Parisian lifestyle again in this delightful apartment!

Hermoso departamento en un lugar único como Ile Saint-Louis. Cuenta con comodidad suficiente para 5 personas y está muy bien equipado. Philippe es un excelente anfitrión que hasta nos obsequió una botella de vino como cortesía de bienvenida. Recomiendo a todos los que deseen conocer Paris no duden en alojarse en él. Pasamos mi familia y yo 5...

Pasamos mi familia y yo 5 dias maravillosos en Paris y en la isla San Luis , lugar donde habia sido bautizado allí,(en la iglesia de la isla) casi enfrente de este hermoso departamento, mi bisabuelo hace mas de 100 años. El departamento es muy cómodo,perfectamente arreglado, tiene todo lo necesario y más. Connie nos recibio muy bien y nos explicó todo el manejo del mismo. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la heladera que seguramente ya está solucionado. Recomendaría esta locación y ojalá pronto podamos volver. Saludos a Monsieur K. P. que nos atendió excelentemente

"Hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy buenas en París. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, el barrio a pesar de estar en el centro es muy tranquilo.Todavía se conservan algunas buenas costumbres de pequeños comercios de barrio, y siempre es interesante ver como viven las personas del lugar. Una de las cosas que más destacaría es que el propietario fué un persona muy amable, muy atento en el trato.Tuvímos un pequeño percance en el apartamento y se portó estupendamente con nosotros, de lo cual estamos muy agradecidos.Sin lugar a dudas recomiendo este alojamiento."

"We spent three wonderful days in the appartment. I may say the flat was one of the main reasons our stay in Paris were perfect. Great location although it´s not necessary you can go everywhere by walk.I highly recommend it. Nosotros fuimos cuatro y dormimos los cuatro en camas distintas,el piso está guapísimo con las paredes de piedra de sabe dios que año, el metro de Pont Marie está a un paso aunque es más útil el RER de Saint Michel-Notre Dame, que te lleva al aeropuerto por ejemplo. No obstante se va andando a todos los sitios viendolo todo encantao.Sin duda, muy muy recomendable."

"Apartamento enclavado en un lugar ideal, abajo una boulanguerie, una frommagerie, tienditas de regalos por si hay que llevar algún detalle a los amigos, restaurantes caros, baratos, heladerías. La casa tiene mucho encanto. Tal vez debería renovar el sofá cama, el colchón es demasiado fino y resulta incomodo. Por lo demás todo muy bien"

Perfect accommodations for us

The apartment was just as described on the website. It is charming with all the amenities we needed including stove, refrigerator, lovely large windows overlooking the street, TV, audio system and tons of books.

Lovely apartment on Ile Saint Louis

We loved this location but would warn older people of the stairs anywhere in Paris. Most buildings don’t have elevators and it’s awkward to get suitcases up and down. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and we’re able to walk to most of the sites in Paris. We also had lots of shops, restaurants and galleries on the island.
