Great place and Quiet

Everything we needed away from home was found here very clean unit and so close to the beach The only downside is that they need to have a curtain in the spare bedroom as the security light shines through other than that it was a wonderful stay

What a great stay. Condo was everything it said. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. Only complaint we had was the air conditioner unit was very loud.

Great place to enjoy the beach

We loved staying here. Clean condo, well-stocked kitchen for cooking and we appreciated several other amenities (books, games, puzzles, beach toys, etc. Easy beach and pool access. The beach is so beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and everyone is so friendly here. We highly recommend Navarre and this property as we had a very nice and relaxing week at the beach!

Old friends meet

Had a great time catching up with old friends. Condo was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that they don't provide beach service as do the other condo units in the building. I would still come back again.

Nice place to stay, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. FANTASTIC view. Awesome to be able to see the sunrise and sunset and spot dolphins from the balcony. Beautiful beach, great sand.

Short fall break getaway

Changed plans because of hurricane and decided for Navarre beach and emerald. Stay Was great but too short! Cosy and very comfortable furniture, feels like home. Love to come back!

Places rarely live up to the photos. But I can honestly say that the photos of this condo don't do it justice. Condo was clean and well stocked. The agent was terrific. We had a great vacation and look forward to returning and staying in the same unit.

Very good experience

Tv in bedroom was either all squiggly or blank screen. Volume on tv in living room didn't work. Fitted sheet kept coming off. The only other thing is, would have been nice to have an ice maker.

Pros and Cons

Overall the condo was wonderful, it was VERY clean (more on that below), in a great location, and we loved the art work! My deposit was also returned on time, which I appreciated. What really brought it down was the overpowering chemical odor from the cleaning agents! We stayed outside (except for sleeping) on check-in day, but the second day it was so overpowering that we had to turn off the air and open all doors and windows. Good thing it was only in the low 80's that day! Also, just a note that there was ONLY salt and pepper. There were no other spices or cooking oils stocked.

Wonderful place

Really enjoyed staying here. The building itself is a great location. We appreciated the covered parking and super easy walk out to the beach. As to this particular unit, first off, I have to mention the artwork. One of the owners is a very talented artist and the apartment is filled with a bunch of oil paintings that give the place a character you don't usually find in a vacation rental. The kitchen area is fairly spacious, making it easier to prepare meals. I also have to mention that the cookware was pretty good quality - a big step up from many rentals which have really cheap pots and pans. As someone who cooks a lot, I really appreciate this. Nice large dining table, great for playing bord games as well as eating. The living area has one wall of floor to ceiling mirrors, which I thought might look cheesy, but instead actually created a sense of spaciousness. Master bedroom and bath were large and comfortable. My only real complaint was the mattresses. They were way too soft for my taste, making it harder to sleep, and the others in my family felt the same way. But I would still return to this apartment in the future, because we loved everything else about the place.

Great Vacation

The condo was much nicer than expected! Jan got back to us on all of our questions and very quickly! The beds and the pillows were fantastic! My daughter loved the artwork and the decor of the condo. The view from the balcony was amazing! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone stayed in the Navarre Beach area! Had a wonderful vacation with my 31 year old daughter. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

Beautiful beach property

We had a great time staying in this condo. Everything was very clean and really felt like home....not at all like a hotel. There were so many features that we really appreciated having....board games, fully stocked kitchen, laundry machines and cozy furniture to lounge on. We will be back for certain and I would recommend others book this property as well.

Great location and view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very responsive and the condo was very pretty and clean. The only recommendation I have is please leave more towels. There was only one per person.

Anniversary

This property is the perfect place to stay. The layout is nice, comfortable bed and beautiful views. The owner of the property was very nice to work with. We didn’t expect to get caught in the middle of a hurricane and leave early but the time we did get to spend on the beach and in the condo we’re memorable to say the least! We will be staying here again!!

Simply The Best!

35 years ago we used to vacation at Navarre Beach regularly. On a whim and eager to escape Covid, we booked 508 Emerald Surf for a family get-away and to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. It was perfection! Jan’s pre-trip communication was instant and clear. Instructions for entering the condo (unlike some other rentals) worked like a charm. The condo’s living and dining area felt spacious and easily accommodated 4 of us. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing. We had coffee there every morning and lunch a few days. The original art and furnishings contributed to the charm of the condo. We are smitten and will definitely return!
