Gulf Front! Two Bedroom Two Bath Emerald Surf Condo.

Enjoy stunning views of the sugar-white sand and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico from Beach Therapy! This beachfront condo is a 2nd floor end unit in Emerald Surf, a small 45 unit condo complex on Navarre Beach with a heated pool (March through December).

The open floor plan includes a kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops and island seating for two. The adjacent dining area will seat 6 comfortably and opens into the spacious living room with a pull out couch for additional sleeping for two and a large flat screen tv. The highlight of the living area is a floor to ceiling window wall offering unobstructed views of the Gulf.

The large side balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying that morning cup of coffee or sunset dinner while watching the dolphins play in the surf, or just relaxing in one of the over-sized adirondack rockers and enjoying a book.

The primary suite features views of the gulf from your king sized bed, a flat screen tv, a walk-in closet with washer and dryer and en-suite bath. The guest bedroom includes a queen and twin sized bed. The hall bath is easily accessible and contains a full tub/shower.

Included in your rental is free beach set up (March 1- Oct 31) with 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella! Beach toys and extra chairs are available in the unit if you need additional seating.

Navarre Beach is centrally located, between Pensacola and Destin, with restaurants, shops, outlet malls and plenty of kid-friendly activities close by. Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels, is only 30 miles to the west. The Blues can be seen practicing over the Museum at NAS Pensacola most Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from March to November. Golf and tennis facilities are within easy driving distance, as is the Silver Sands Outlet Mall in Destin, only 30 miles to the east.

Covered parking is available on the ground level under the building. Four outdoor charcoal grills are ready for grilling.

Perfect all the way around! This was our first trip to Navarre and we loved it. The condo had everything we could possibly need and was so close to the beach. Communication with owner was great. We definitely will be back!!

Perfect location and amenities!

Stayed here with my 2 teenage daughters and a couple of their friends. The location was perfect and the beach chairs/ umbrella service was much appreciated!! Other than the crazy traffic on the weekend our stay was perfect!

Amazing Condo!

This condo at the Emerald Surf met all our expectations. The owner was helpful and responsive if we had any questions. Even after our stay the owner was available and helped after we left one of our belongings on site. The condo was clean and decorated to make our stay even more comfortable. The condo is very close to the beach, making treks easy for a family of five, especially with a small child. Highly recommend the Emerald Surf and particularly this condo.

The best 4 days!

We loved your place. Absolutely as described. FYI, we couldn’t get the volume on the tv remote to work. We were barely inside so it wasn’t a big deal.

A little piece of heaven

The condo was just perfectly decorated and had everything you need and then some to be comfortable and entertained. From board games to books your family will have a great time. You cannot beat the ocean view from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. My kids really enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys. This was one of our favorite condos yet! Thank you so much!

Wonderful Family Stay

The property had so much to offer. Everything we needed for the week, plus more. Books and toys for the kids, dvds for the teen, and tons of kitchen tools/dishes/cookware so we could make excellent meals. There were a couple small questions we had and our host was wonderful and quickly helped us. The condo is second floor, quick access to the beach, and easy for our family to go back and forth for meals and naps. Great stay and I would highly recommend this condo in Navarre :)

Emerald Surf 209

This property is amazing! Beautiful, well stocked, clean condo with gorgeous views of the ocean. Having beach toys in the condo was a nice bonus for my little boy. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could ever need. My little boy loved being able to watch YouTube TV in his bedroom and looking through the selection of kids books. It was a very short walk to the beach which was nice. We will definitely be back here!

Perfect Getaway

A girlfriend and I just came for a quick few days of beach time. This condo is just perfect. Beautifully decorated and very clean. And the views, of course, can’t be beat! We will be back for sure.

Almost perfect with a few fixes

Overall this was a great property and I would definitely recommend it to other guests. The complex: Located right on the beach, it was perfect for our family as we needed to be in and out of the room with the little ones. The pool was small, but was never busy, so we had plenty of room. While the building looks a little older, it’s very well maintained. The rinse hose from the beach had a hole in it one morning and was replaced before we went out for the afternoon. We had parking passes and pool passes in our room but no one seemed to monitor them. Never had a problem finding a place to relax or park. Highly recommend having your own car if you stay here, restaurants are about a mile away and no grocery store close by. Condo Beautiful and remodeled relatively recently. Well laid out. Kitchen was equipped with probably more serving dishes than I have in my own home. Coffee pot and a Keurig, so you have options. And even Tupperware, which is great for beach snacks. It’s a corner unit so your balcony doesn’t face the ocean directly, it’s off the side, but the picture window in the living room is lovely. A few complaints: doors have warped with the humidity and the hall bath and master bedroom door don’t close. I alerted the hosts so hopefully a quick fix. The living room couch could use a replacement - smells like too many wet people have been sleeping on it without sheets and there were no beach towels in the condo, which was disappointing. The chair and umbrella service is nice and we left a few kids beach toys behind when we left. Overall I’d say 4.5 stars and a true 5 star once the above problems are fixed.

This was perfect!

5th trip to Navarre with my family & this was by far the best property. Pictures are exactly the same as inside the unit. We are a family of 6. 4 kids age range 13 down to 6 months. The walk to the beach is one of the shortest out of all of the beach front properties we have stayed. Loved the beach chairs & sand toys at the condo. We decided to leave ours behind this year to save room in luggage & this condo did not disappoint with all of the fun beach toys. Plenty of dishes. Loved the canister of travel toiletries. Property manager communicated far & beyond expectations, thank you! When we head back to Navarre, we will look to book here first. If you’re interested in fishing, we found a new spot! The Santa Rosa sound over by the sea turtle conservation was a fantastic spot! (Just don’t forget to purchase your fishing license over at the bait & tackle store). We noticed once inside the unit, there is a pack n play for little ones. We had extremely windy weather while down in Navarre, with some thunderstorms, but this condo had amazing views to watch the storms from.
