Déjate sorprender por esta hermosamente restaurada mansión de Savannah mientras subes el corto tramo de escaleras hasta la entrada principal. Este espacioso apartamento estudio está ubicado en el tercer piso y cuenta con impresionantes vistas de la zona.

Ingrese su código de acceso individual para una entrada sin llave a su apartamento estudio. Amueblado con buen gusto con marcos de madera maciza y ricos textiles, The Park House es ideal para el viajero distinguido. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama tamaño Queen, con un rincón de lectura incorporado más cercano a la ventana. Las estadías prolongadas son muy sencillas con un armario de pie y una lavadora y secadora adyacentes.

El baño completo con ducha de pie está enfrente del dormitorio, con azulejos de cerámica hechos a mano y un montón de espacio de almacenamiento. A small space located in a desirable location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The third floor studio was located just steps from Forsyth park and no more than a 20 minute walk to the river. The unit was very clean. We walked everywhere since we were just minutes away from great restaurants and must-dos. We absolutely loved Artillery for drinks and Gallery Espresso for morning coffee and awesome scones. We absolutely loved the location of our studio. It was very quiet and in a lovely area right outside Monterey Square. It made our Savannah stay that much more enjoyable.

This was a great place for us to stay as first time Savannah visitors. Walking distance to most places. Clean. Comfortable bed. I was worried about parking but never had a problem getting a metered spot close by.

Spring break

This was a perfect rental for our first visit to Savannah. Location was perfect. Easy walkable access to all of Savannah. Loved being right on a square and Forsyth park is literally your backyard! Highly recommend!

I love this studio apartment, it is the perfect size for when it’s just me visiting. The location is my favorite thing about it, right on Montgomery Park, quiet and yet bustling at times to keep interest. The view from the three LARGE windows is fantastic, beautiful trees in the park and two different church towers!I use lucky Savannah every time I visit because they are so easy to work with and so quick to respond.

Great Location

Lovely apartment - light, airy & well equipped (although could have done with more coat hangers) Bit of a challenge to get luggage up multiple flights of stairs, so anyone for whom this might be an issue needs to bear that in mind. Pleasant stroll, through several of Savannah's delightful squares, to the riverfront area. The management company Lucky Savannah were very easy to deal with - friendly, helpful & accommodating

Located walking distance to good restaurants, near the hop 0n hop off trolley stop for distances too far to walk. Loved walking through many of the 22 mini parks located throughout Savannah. Especially enjoyed Forsthye Park. Don't miss the Prohibition Museum, the waterfront area and tour some of the many historic homes. The accommodations were clean, ac worked well, great location, easy to contact someone if a concern.

The location was perfect….close to Forsyth Park, good restaurants, pretty squares to stroll through and near several hop-on hop-off trolley stops to get to other parts of Savannah. Clean, nice view from third floor. No elevator so steps were a lot at the end of the day only because I have bad knees.

Across from the park, block away from Forsyth Park.Good location if you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep this will do. Mattress on the hard side. Con’s: Terrible Wi-Fi and it takes 5 min for the shower water to get hot. Stairwell has a musty smell.

Right on one of the many squares, that abound in this city.
