UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN ... A TRAVÉS DE LA CALLE DE GLAZE MEADOW POOL & SPORTS COMPLEX, AÚN MUY TRANQUILO Y PRIVADO EN 2 1/2 ACRES !!! ¡Uno de los lotes más grandes y los mejores lugares de Black Butte Ranch! Este 3000 SQ. PIE. El estilo de casa de campo de Northwest Contemporary con 2 Master Suites es perfecto para reuniones familiares, grupos de golf (7 camas individuales), fin de semana de chicas y perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes. Tenemos los mismos huéspedes que regresan cada año!

El largo camino privado te lleva a esta casa de estilo contemporáneo del noroeste. Hay varios lugares de estacionamiento para dar cabida a amigos y familiares. Esta casa es muy abierta y espaciosa en todas partes con habitaciones grandes. La gran sala tiene techos muy altos con una chimenea de piedra, abierta al comedor y la cocina. La cubierta es extra grande, perfecta para el entretenimiento!

El primer dormitorio principal (cama king size) está en el nivel principal y se abre hacia el lado privado de la cubierta. Cuenta con un baño remodelado con jacuzzi y ducha separada. También tiene un vestidor muy grande.

El segundo dormitorio está en el nivel principal cerca del dormitorio principal y también tiene una cama king size. Un baño completo se encuentra junto a este dormitorio.

El segundo Master Suite (una cama queen) se encuentra arriba con su propia área de loft privado. También tiene una cama doble escondida en un área de rincón, ¡perfecta para niños pequeños! El baño principal tiene una bañera y una ducha separada. Esta segunda suite principal en el tercer nivel se considera el tercer dormitorio.

El sótano de abajo es nuestra nueva adición. Añadimos un nuevo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y una litera (para 4 camas individuales). La sala de "vaqueros" está fuera de la sala de juegos y tiene un baño.
Cerca a. La sala de juegos está recién remodelada. Agregamos una chimenea, una alfombra nueva y una puerta deslizante en el patio grande. Esta habitación es perfecta para niños; juegos, tv, etc; Un gran lugar para que los niños pasen el rato cuando los padres están socializando arriba :)

La guarida se puede usar como una habitación con literas para adolescentes, ya que se encuentra fuera de la entrada de la habitación de barro. Esta es una habitación más pequeña con capacidad para 2 niños cómodamente. Esto se considera el quinto dormitorio.

Esta propiedad tiene revisiones limitadas porque está bajo nueva propiedad a partir del 10/18/2018. Anteriormente, había varias recomendaciones estelares en VRBO. Por favor, llame si tiene alguna pregunta. Se nuestros primeros invitados !!

Great house for a large group

This house was perfect for our large family including kids and grandkids. It was spacious, clean, well-stocked and in a great location. The hosts were very responsive and made sure all our needs were met. We are looking forward to staying there again in 2026!

Amazing Getaway at Deluxe Black Butte Ranch Home

This property was a perfect retreat for our family! The home was spacious, clean, and exactly as described online. The check-in process was smooth, and the property manager was incredibly responsive. The location is beautiful, surrounded by great scenery, making it ideal for a special family time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Wonderful Family Reunion

Great property in a convenient central location with plenty of room for our family. Lots of privacy, love the large deck and well supplied kitchen. The owner Dean always responded quickly when we had questions. We are repeat renters and have already booked for next summer!

Great location, large house

We've stayed at Black Butte Ranch many times, and this was one of our favorite homes thanks to its great location and spacious layout. We were a group of three families, six adults and six toddlers, and the house had more than enough room for everyone. The layout was toddler friendly and safe for kids as well.The home is in an ideal location right next to the Glaze Meadows pool, and the open garage and long driveway gave the kids a safe place to play and ride their bikes. There’s ample seating both inside and out on the deck, making mealtimes easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics needed for cooking.We had a few questions & issues during our stay, but the host was extremely responsive and helpful in getting things resolved quickly.The only downsides were that the bedding (pillows, sheets, etc) felt old/outdated and the price was a bit higher than similar properties, especially with the additional new BBR guest fee not included upfront unlike some other listings.Overall, this home worked really well for our group, and we'd happily stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable week at Black Butte.

We enjoyed the location of the house. We were close to the pool and the playground for the kids and we took advantage of the tennis and pickle ball courts. The kitchen was great for large family meals.

Fabulous home in Black Butte

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. Nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and towels for a week, lots of space to spread out, great deck space, and very easy to communicate with owners. Already planning our next trip back!

Great Family Retreat

A perfect setting for our family with a location across the street from the Glaze Meadow Pool complex a big plus! Plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck for evening meals. We’ve been coming to the ranch for many years and this home ranks near the top for us. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family week

This lovely home is in a great location. It has lots of beds and sleeping options. The kitchen is well- stocked with any items needed for meal prep for a large group. Great deck and outdoor seating.

Perfect location

This house was perfect for our family and the location was ideal. It is so close to Glaze Meadow pools, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course, and easy access to bike paths. The house is very well equipped to handle large families. The owners are great and responded promptly each time I contacted them. Black Butte Ranch is such a family friendly resort area and this house was perfect for our family.

Perfect house for multiple families, center Ranch

The house was perfect for our families. It feels like a private oasis despite being near the GMRC, and the golf course. Plenty of room for everybody to have their space and the kitchen was well appointed. The pantry was a really nice feature. Overall would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful family-oriented vacation home

This home was well equipped and sized for our large family. It facilitated family meals inside or outside and great interactions with kids, teens and adults. The living room and game room were big hits! We loved that it was close to the community pool and recreation center too! Our host was easy to communicate as questions arose. This was a welcome and memorable vacation. Very enjoyable.

Big Lot

This property is situated on a 2 1/2 acre lot, which provides much privacy. House was well-stocked with basic items. The house had 2 refrigerators, which is a BIG plus. (The owner needs to mention this in the write-up of the property). Also handy that there were 2 clothes dryers.

Great House!

My family of 11 enjoyed this very large, spacious house during our vacation. It feels very secluded despite being located minutes from the Glaze Meadow Rec Center. The “kids room” adjacent to the bunk room was fantastic for giving the kids a place to play and be loud, separate from the adults. We enjoyed watching the deer in the evening from the large deck. I definitely recommend this house to bigger families looking for a place to vacation together.

Excellent Black Butte rental

Excellent large house that worked well for our 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty of room for spreading out. Well stocked with many extras including firewood for the great living area fireplace; lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans and utensils; games and puzzles; many staples in the pantry; great soaps in the bathrooms. The hosts called us a couple of days prior to our stay to check in and give us some additional information and answer any questions we had which was very helpful. The house is located on a large lot and doesn't look out at any other houses so it feels very secluded. We had a wonderful time and it was a great place to have a fun family getaway and forget about Covid for a few days! We would definitely rent this property again.

Great location but fell short in terms of a Black Buttte Resort.

I have two pages of handwritten notes with issues we experienced here. The furnishings in this beautiful home are in disrepair or uncomfortable or noticeably unclean. A tear in a sheet, a filthy filter in the upstairs AC unit, mildew, cobwebs in can lights, distinct odor at the kitchen sink. We have rented at BBR for years. Certainly for the price, this house does not meet the standards of a rental at this resort.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stay in Black Butte Ranch twice a year and have been doing so for over 30 years. This home is a nice stay and the owners are wonderful. There are a few things I would caution other renters on. The bedrooms are a bit unique for younger kids. The bunk room is on the lower levels so a monitor will be needed. Another room is off the front door and separate from the home. Almost like an entry way mud room which took us forever to find. Good for an adult but not so great for kids. Over all the owners were lovely and communicated really great. I would return to this home for sure but would make sure to include monitors incase the little ones woke and didn't know there way around the house.

Spacious, Clean, Well Equipped in a Great Setting!

Our 3 generation family group enjoyed our stay! The proximity to Glaze Meadow rec area is a real plus. The house has a/c and window treatments for the hot afternoon sun. The foosball table was a hit!

Excellent house

Excellent home with ideal location for family vacation. The house sits across the street from the Glaze Meadow facility, which includes an indoor pool with a water slide, an outdoor pool, hot tub, shallow wading pool, locker rooms (with showers) small "cafe" with coffee/drinks/a few food items, gift shop, spa, bike rental facility, playground, and pickleball courts. Bike paths all around. House is back off the street and was very quiet. Well stocked house with all the equipment needed to make any meal (they even have a waffle maker). Beds were comfy. Washing machine was large and they have two dryers (the one in the garage works very well). Air conditioning worked well to give everyone a cool spot to rest in the middle of the day. Both adult movies and some Disney movie DVDs provided on the lower level. We used the DVD player and it worked well. The only flaw we noted was that one of the couches sinks a lot in the middle - but this turned into a fun moment watching a family member try to escape the couch! All in all, a wonderful house in a great location.

Perfect Getaway

Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. House was well stocked with great access to the rec center and bike paths. Plenty to do for all ages. Communication with property owner was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to for a place to rest and relax.

We started going to Black Butte Ranch several years ago really fell in love with it! We have stayed in a number of resorts elsewhere but none of those gave us the warm, family feeling like BBR! The amenities are first class yet the staff, the neighbors and guests are very down to earth!

We had always wanted a place that could comfortably handle the 8 adults and 7 children of our extended family. This home easily accommodates everyone with room to spare. The two gathering areas make it possible for separate activities while the large deck make it possible for the entire group to be together.
