Blue Surf 16A: Pasos a la playa y piscina

El complejo Blue Surf, con solo 26 unidades, ha sido el favorito de la familia durante varios años. Disfrutará de amplios terrenos, acceso cercano a la playa, exuberantes jardines tropicales, una piscina climatizada por temporada, cancha de tejo, y un cómodo acceso a restaurantes, tiendas, el centro comercial, campos de golf y otras actividades. Pompano Joe's, un famoso restaurante de mariscos en la playa, está a solo unos pasos.

Nuestra unidad 16A de 1 dormitorio recientemente pasó por una renovación importante. La unidad fue pintada en todas partes. Se agregó una nueva lavadora secadora apilada; se agregaron muebles nuevos, que incluyen una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio, un sofá nuevo y 2 televisores HD de pantalla plana nuevos en la sala de estar y el dormitorio.

La Unidad 16A tiene un servicio privado de Internet de alta velocidad de Cox Cable, que comparte con Blue Surf 16B. No debería tener problemas para obtener acceso a Internet o transmisión de medios a través de nuestro sistema wifi privado. Encontrará instrucciones para acceder a este servicio complementario (a diferencia del sistema complejo Blue Surf) en su carta de facturación.

La piscina climatizada de temporada está a pocos pasos de su patio privado. La playa está a 100 metros de distancia, con acceso a la playa directamente frente a la propiedad Blue Surf.

Desde mediados de marzo hasta octubre, ofrecemos servicio de playa diario de cortesía de dos sillas y una sombrilla de playa que se configura para usted en la playa. Para su comodidad, Blue Surf Unit 16A tiene un lugar designado para estacionamiento en la calle justo afuera de la puerta principal.

Weekend vacation

We loved staying at 16A at The Blue Surf. Beautiful place to stay, very clean and neat. Enjoyed the patio and high chairs to sit in and overlook the pool area. Close to lots of good places to eat close by and in walking distance. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Beaching made easy

We loved BlueSurf 16A. It was nicely decorated, clean, great location, beach service made spending time on the beach a breeze. We will definitely return during future stays to the Destin area.

Wonderful

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Blue surf is perfectly located for everything. Unit was nice and met some very nice people staying there. One couple also lived blue surf and we plan on vacationing there again. Beach service was also very nice. The weather didn't cooperate but was still a nice unit, host and stay.

This unit was perfect for us. We loved having the chairs and umbrella ready for us at the beach each morning. This was included with our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Close to beach. Cute decorations and bed was comfortable. Little bit of noise from upstairs but not too bad. Easy check in and check out. Linens were clean. Needed a little deep cleaning but we’d stay there again.

Great set up. Very convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants.

Loved where we stayed. Kitchen has everything you need. The bed was super comfortable and large. You just open the sliding glass door and there is the pool. The beach is just a short walk past that. Haveing beach chairs and umbrella service was so convenient, no need to worry about hailing around your own. We loved our stay and are already thinking about next year. Only real downside is parking, it's very tight with larger vehicle.

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed a week for our anniversary. Loved being across the street from the beach and used the beach umbrella/chair service every day. Appreciated being able to bring our dog. Kitchen was well stocked with items but there was no ice maker in the freezer or ice trays. Would have been nice to know to bring ice in advance.

The entire complex was very good. Your condo had everything accept a good internet. I appreciate the new toilet but whoever installed it didn't know what they were doing you may want to go by and look at it. You had new paint on the trim in the bathroom and it is pealing off.

Great Location!

We had everything we needed at this property! The king bed was so comfy and we had very well appointed appliances. We loved the dual vanities and very high shower head. An added bonus was having our beach umbrellas waiting every day for us! We had our pup pup with us and he enjoyed meeting the other four legged travelers. The location was very central although quite busy. It was so easy for us to explore the area! The owner, Michelle, was easy to communicate with and very responsive. There was information galore regarding activities and restaurants in the area included in the property binders. We were incredibly fortunate to have found this property. L

Owner Poor communication Skills

This condo was ok the location is not what I would choose in the future. I had a medical emergency prior to arriving and reached out to the owner to see if I could cancel based on that. She didn't respond back so i assumed that I could not and e mailed her that I was on my way with an ETA. I also left her two voicemails to which she did not respond back to. When I got there I had not been given an access code by the owner so had to call Harmony Mgt to get it. The owner responded back later saying that she had cancelled my reservation with no reason given and no refund. Not Good communication. I will not be renting through VRBO again based on this expewrience. You really need to screen the owners that you allow to rent through your agency.

Fits the bill!

The location is fantastic! Booking and check in was easy. The place is really nice, recently remodeled. There is a funky smell in the unit that seems to be coming from the air ducts. (Not the owners issue). Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay with some comments

1. The check in time was advertised at one time but the real check in time was an hour later. That is not good. 2. The TV needs to be a decent SMART TV with more channels. 3. The location was superb and close to the beach. 4. It was fantastic to finally have a pet-friendly location. That made the vacation much, much better. 5. Ms. Richardson is great. The management company could be a little nicer and more understanding

Incredible Accomodations

As always, my husband and I have a fantastic stay at Blue Surf. It is our third time renting at this location (different units each time) and it was nothing but perfection from start to finish. We wouldn't change a thing! We are looking forward to our next stay already!

Our family has traveled to Destin numerous times and have always stayed in the Miramar Beach area. We are from Louisville, KY and have owned a property management company for the past 25+ years. To now expand our business from Louisville to Destin FL is an honor.

Blue Surf is located in Miramar Beach and is in the perfect location for getting to so many different things while there, either on foot, by bike, or by car. You are only 100 yards to the beautiful white sand beaches and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf. The ever so popular beach hang out Pompano Joe's (a landmark seafood restaurant) is right across the street from Blue Surf. Kenny D's, Surf Hut, Whales Tail, Captain Dave's are all within walking distance as well. Grocery shopping (Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix, Whole Foods) is just a very short drive away, as well as the outlet mall. You can't go wrong with the Blue Surf location
