Bienvenido al mejor alquiler de vacaciones para familias en el complejo Summer Spell. Estamos ubicados en el primer piso al otro lado de la playa!
Nuestra unidad fue totalmente remodelada con baño nuevo, cama, sillón, estufa, mesa de cocina, colchón y máquina lavaplatos.

Sin escaleras y justo al lado de la piscina, el área de la barbacoa está a unos 15 pies del porche.
Muy fácil acceso a la playa !!!

Aparcarlo muy cerca de la puerta, lo que facilita la obtención de equipaje y la basura de su auto.

Great stay

Our family stayed here a little less than a week, and the location to the beach was perfect. We have 2 little ones, and needing a close walk to the beach without dealing with beach parking and having an outdoor shower to rinse off at made it a great option for us! Very clean when we came, and overall good experience.

As far as being clean, the condo was good, but there were three people we had three towels, one washcloth and one dish towel for the whole week. I went out and bought towels so that we would have enough for the week so I would not recommend this rental.

Not safe

We were not informed ahead of time that the building was not safe to occupy. The County posted a notice on the post and the building was condemned. We were scared that the roof would collapse on us. I have a pic of the notice and will be happy to share it with you.

Beach, please!

Overall great! Could use a detailed cleaning- but was fine for our stay. Construction on balconies- but we are early risers, so again no bother.

Wonderful week

Loved the unit...nicely decorated....upgraded kitchen and bath...very nice walk in shower.......loved being on first floor....20 steps to pool with nice large hot tub..nice view off deck of pool and ocean....5 minutes to beach directly across street from condo facility....very quiet and relaxing....host/owner very responsive and easy to contact...would stay here again...

Great location!

The location is great for the beach access, and is within walking distance of restaurants, the winery, and souvenir shops. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus, too. The kitchen could use some new pots and pans, but is well-stocked otherwise. We did have another issue that was addressed, so I won’t go into details. Hopefully it’s completely resolved soon.

We absolutely loved this property. Alex did a great job communicating promptly! They have plenty of beach chairs to use and the condo was supplied with everything we needed. We’ve already booked our stay for next summer!

We had a great time! Had a minor set back with the air but the owner was very easy to get in contact with and had it fixed very quickly. Will be back to stay here again!!!

Experience

We went down for a few days to attend a twirl camp at destin middle school. The condo was only 10 minutes away and super convenient. The condo was clean. We will definitely book again if/when we return.

A little get away

Very nice place.to stay. Met a lot of new people while here on vacation. Pool, hot tub and beach nearby made the stay even better. Will stay here again.

Great place

Great location in building-right outside from grill and pool-across street from beach. Perfect! Clean in condo and has everything I needed-including a crockpot! Owner had great communication and answered all questions I had.

Good place at a good location.

Over all it was a good place but a few things could have made it better. There was no pot holder and only one kitchen towel, a small coffee maker with no filters and the bed frame was too big for the room, we bruised our legs walking around it.

Awesome beach experience!

We booked a 4 night stay and had an awesome experience. Had a minor issue upon arriving, but reached out to the host who was very accommodating . A short walk across to the beach and the pool on the grounds was nice as well. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect for proximity to beach

Arrived early. Communication with property manager got us into the condo and a head start on relaxation. Being so close to the beach was amazing. Condo was clean and had the necessary goods. Wi-Fi unfortunately was an issue. I would have loved to not need it but with my work and the kids school, it was required. It was a shame that for more than 50% of the stay, Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations.

Family friendly and short walk to the beach

Condo was exactly as advertised. Property owner was responsive and helpful getting building management to research and resolve Wi-Fi issues on our first day. Condo was close to some favorite Destin area restaurants and many fun things to do nearby or a short drive away.

Nice Bathroom But That’s About It!

Pros: Renovated bathroom Close to pool Cons: No automatic ice maker-only two ice trays No rugs if any kind (except small shower rug) so floor was always sandy even though we swept several times a day Internet did not work. Reported it to owner. Was told it must be a full building issue. Never tried to troubleshoot it for us. Fridge wasn’t working properly initially when we got there. Owner did not send anyone to check it. Had to ‘play’ with it and it finally started cooking. OWNER DID NOT LET US KNOW ABOUT A SERIOUS AC UNIT LEAK. We heard it dripping when it got quiet the first night. Opened the unit door and found two plastic bowls sitting there to catch the water. One was overflowing and the the other was about to overflow. The condo would’ve had water all over the floor is we hadn’t kept dumping the water out of the bowls a few times every day. Owner asked me at one point (after I told him about the fridge) if we could be there to let the repairman in the next sometime between 11:00-3:00! Overall the condo was nice enough but I won’t rent it again due to no rugs to help catch the sand and the irresponsibility of owner in not letting us know about AC leak and not seeing about the fridge.
