COLIBRI is a large apartment with 2 bedrooms ideally located in the heart of the Golden Square a few seconds from the Promenade des Anglais.



Decorated in a contemporary way, you will appreciate the beautiful volume as well as the brightness of the rooms. Its quality furniture and its many amenities will bring you all the necessary comfort during your stay.



From the balcony, you get a side glimpse of the sea. In addition, the location of this apartment, in the center of Nice, is a strength for anyone who wants to enjoy both the city and stay close to the beach. Being entirely air-conditioned, it is the perfect apartment to spend the warm summers of Nice, while remaining very pleasant the rest of the year.



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator access as well as a free wifi internet connection.



Located in the heart of the Carré d'Or, you will be close to all shops and restaurants. A few minutes walk you will find the pedestrian street and all its restaurants, the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches, Place Masséna, rue Jean Médecin with all its shops, or the Old Town to taste all the specialties of Nice .



A few meters from the apartment, you will find a bus stop, allowing you to move easily in Nice and its surroundings. You will also be just a few minutes walk from the tram and the train station. Parking Palais de la Méditerranée nearby.

The apartment was close to the key collection point right around the corner. The pickup service from the airport was nice as we had been traveling for 20 hours at that point. Professional driver that was very helpful. The hosts were responsive to my questions and the apartment was amazing. Great location, clean, and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Best location

We spent 8 weeks in this wonderful apartment in Nice. The apartment is spacious with all conveniences required and Nestor and Jeeves are amazing to deal with. They respond immediately to all issues and are easy to deal with in English as well. I would highly recommend them for rental needs in Nice.

A balcony with sea view...

We - a middle aged couple - loved staying here for two weeks very much. The apartment is roomy, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The fabulous Armand bakery just around the corner is an huge extra plus 🥐. Everything else is nearby. The sea, the beach clubs, a good variety of interesting restaurants, super markets, Place Massena. Just a perfect location for our needs. We will definitely come back. Probably sooner than later. -

Great apartment

The apartment was well located near a lovely patisserie and the promenade and not far from the station and tourism office. It was spacious and very clean. The balcony is narrow to sit out and there is traffic noise but when the windows are closed the apartment was really quiet. Lovely shower room. The check in was easy as the office was close by. We loved staying there. Instructions on how to find the apartment. We had to ask a lady in the shop next door.

Wonderful modern apartment steps away from beach

Family (3) had an amazing stay in Nice in this apartment. It's steps from Prom de Anglais and shortly after arriving we were walking on the beach. Lots of restaurants steps away, a great pattiserie for our breakfast on the corner. Apartment was very clean, air conditioning in each room was wonderful (30C+ every day we were there), beds were comfortable. 2 showers and 1 toilet made things very convenient. We did not cook in apartment but it looked to be fully stocked. Check-in location / key pick-up and the Nestor and Jeeves App are very convenient. Key pick-up is 5 minutes away. Apartment is 10 - 15 min walk from Nice-Ville and we caught our train to Paris easily.

Great apartment, location central

We enjoyed the space of the apartment. The fact that everything that you need is available in the aprtment, is a big plus. The apartment was what we had expected. The big B-moll was realizing upon arrival that they were doing work on the building ( roof tiles being changed). The workmen were just outside the second bedroom window, which was not nice. This could have been mentioned to the client when confirming the reservation. I would also recommend the possibility for clients who rent for more than a week to have the linen changed. It is all good to have a washing machine in the apartment, but very difficult to have the big sheets dried.

Le Colibri est grand, lumineux et confortable.

L’appartement correspond bien à la description qui en est faite sur le site. Son aménagement nous a permis de recevoir confortablement des invités. Bien situé au cœur de la ville, des services de proximité abondants, près de la promenade des Anglais. Très bien placé. Appartement bien décoré, pièces très agréables. Lieu calme, à 100m de la plage et au pied d'un très bon quartier, des commerces et restaurants. Pas très loin du tram ni de la gare. Idéal pour un séjour même long ! Vérifiez svp que le ménage soit bien fait à l'arrivée.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé au coeur de Nice.
