Viviendas sencillas de un solo nivel, construidas con elegantes detalles, decoradas con buen gusto y ubicadas en un lote aterrazado que aprovecha las maravillosas vistas del océano y la costa de Kona. Te encantarán los techos abovedados de esta casa de la isla de 3 dormitorios / 3. 5 baños, magníficamente construida y con un mantenimiento inmaculado.
La gran terraza cubierta, con área de piscina y cubierta en el suelo, es un lugar perfecto para relajarse, nadar y hacer barbacoas mientras disfruta de la espectacular costa y puestas de sol de Kona.
Todos los 3 dormitorios son en suite! La casa ofrece un rey y dos reinas.
Hay un medio baño - tocador en el pasillo a la izquierda de la entrada a la casa.

The place was extremely nice. We enjoyed the pool and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Air conditioner was nice during the day when it was hot out.

Beautiful home and view. Within 20 minutes of many great restaurants, farmers markets, and beaches. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool was nice to cool down in. Would definitely come back to this home.

What an incredible home! The views are amazing. We stayed on the 4th of July and watched the fireworks from the house. The home was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with any utensils you may need. Would definitely recommend!

Anniversary vacation heaven

Best vacation rental ever! Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ammonites were top notch and had all the comforts of home. The house had everything you could want from items in the kitchen to pool and beach supplies. All the furniture was super comfortable and every bedroom was its own little escape. The views at sunrise and sunset were breathtaking! We had most meals on the patio and enjoyed the weather and views while building lifetime memories. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Fantastic for couples

We had the most beautiful accommodations placed in the most beautiful setting. The soundtrack is melodic birds and the 180 degree ocean view completed the picture. It was just what us 2 retired couples were looking for.

Beautiful home

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this luxury home. It was spacious and the pool was beautiful. The home is in a great location with easy access to grocery shopping and good restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking.

Spring break family trip

We had a wonderful stay. House and the views were gorgeous. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Even better was the garage with boogie boards, chairs, snorkeling equipment, which were all in great shape. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with endless ocean views. Master bath and bedroom were stunning. Short drive to a number of beautiful beaches. Would recommend Kua Bay beach and bring the boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for an amazing day riding the waves and swimming with tropical fish and turtles. Go early though as the parking gets filled up. Really quite convenient to and from KOA airport as well.

Amazing!

We had zero complaints with this beautiful home. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, high end appliances, and enough dishes to last a week! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with high quality furniture. The only complaint we could find was the lack of space in the 3rd bedroom as it has a vessel sink. You won’t be disappointed if you book his beautiful home! We will be back next time!

Spring Break on the Big Island

Keauhou Estates is an area just south of Kailua-Kona and just inland (up the hillside) from the ocean and keauhou harbor. The home is great with plenty of space for a group of 6. All the amenities works and are very nice. Kudos to the owners for their organization throughout the home, especially in the kitchen. Pool is clean (not heated) and the outdoor area has multiple options for time of day and rain/sun. The neighborhood is gated with evening quiet hours starting at 2100. If your plan is to enjoy late evenings outdoors with friends and family, this would not be a good spot for your group.

Kona trip

Beautiful home and wonderful of sunsets and the ocean. Central to getting around the island; excellent locations. The home was extremely clean and well kept; the only issue was that of gnats caring both sinks in master bedroom. Seems that they breed in the drain. Took several days to get under control but the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with that issue. We also noted little things…faulty blinds in second bedroom, broken coffee machine…..but the property managers were again very responsive. Overall, great place….beautifully landscaped and well kept. Thank you!! We’d certainly stay again. Rob
