Escápese al paraíso en esta pintoresca y tranquila escapada con vistas despejadas a la playa. ¡Disfruta de precios fuera de la playa con las comodidades y vistas de los alojamientos frente al golfo!

Nuestra unidad cuenta con un dormitorio principal, sala, comedor, cocina y baño. Cuenta con un balcón privado en el tercer piso con una VISTA ESPECTACULAR del Golfo de México. Disfrutará saboreando su café de la mañana mientras contempla el océano.

Cuando estés listo para hundir tus pies en la arena azucarada de las mejores playas del mundo, ¡todo lo que tienes que hacer es cruzar la calle y estarás allí! Pasee por la carretera de acceso para pasar un día relajante en la playa. Estás a solo unos pasos de las brillantes olas.

El complejo cuenta con una piscina climatizada con tumbonas y sombrillas, una bañera de hidromasaje y duchas para un retiro sin arena. Para terminar un día perfecto al sol, reúna a la familia alrededor de las mesas de picnic y parrillas de carbón para una comida al aire libre. O si no tiene ganas de cocinar, hay varios restaurantes galardonados a poca distancia. Este es uno de los pocos condominios en Destin con carácter y personalidad.

Nuestra unidad tiene una cama king size en el dormitorio principal, un sofá cama queen size en la sala de estar y dos literas en el pasillo. Dormirán cómodamente seis.

¡Los pisos están completamente alicatados! TV de pantalla plana y conexión inalámbrica a internet están incluidos.

This place is in need up a remodel! It was run down and looked terrible. The kitchen was not well stocked, the tub didn’t drain, no peep hole on the door and the door did not shut or lock easily. You are better off spending your money at a low budget motel! The only plus is the location! We have stayed in 4-5 different summer breeze rentals and this was by far the worst! Would not recommend!

This property was exactly what we needed for our long Beach weekend. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and our favorite spot, Pompano Joe’s! A wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. I would’ve liked there to be salt and pepper in the kitchen, and the curtains on the balcony doors to not be see through. Overall, a great property for what we needed. Thank you!

Great view of beach Hot tube quit working for a day. Healed pool was great. Bathroom door between the master bedroom and the bathroom squeaks terribly Need some blinds or shades on the glass door as the sun in the afternoon is blinding and cannot see the TVOne of the kitchen chairs leg is so loose that it’s not safe and we have not even sat in itIcemaker doesn’t work, turned it on, leaks water

Wonderful place to stay

This place was perfect. It was so clean, and right across the street from the beach. It was a 1 minute walk. Parking is perfect, the pool and hot tub were amazing. I highly recommend this condo. The property is well maintained, and great walking distance to shops, coffee and food.

We had a great stay here! The view was beautiful and amazing! It was nice to be able to walk just across the street to the beach! Would highly recommend!

The room was nothing like it was described. The bunk beds in the hallway were coming loose from the wall which made it unsafe for kids to be on. The top bunk had no railing so no one could sleep without the feeling they would fall off. The beds were very hard, like sleeping on a piece of wood. The flooring was all different and it looked like they ran out of tile and broke a couple of pieces to create the entryway flooring. The bathroom is very outdated with no space to put anything on the cabinet. The kitchen is not stocked with any pans to cook meals with either. They do not give enough towels if staying more than two days which makes you have to pay to do laundry. Advertising says laundry but says nothing about having to pay over 5 for a load. So staying 4 days like myself, I spent a lot of money doing laundry so my family had clean towels. The laundry basket was also broken which made it difficult to carry all the towels to the laundry room down 3 flights of stairs without falling. Oh, and some washers didn't even work.

This place was clean which to me is the most important thing! I would stay here again. The only thing I wish is that travelers knew about seagrassum before visiting Destin. That has nothing to do with this hotel though.

Nice location

The host was super nice and accommodating. The check in process was very simple and easy as well as checking out. The condo complex is nice. This Condo is on the 3rd floor so if you don’t like walking up several steps this is not the place for you. The view was spectacular! The condo needs a deep clean and a little updating. Overall this is a nice place and I would stay here again in the future.

It is in a great location directly across the road from the public beach access. The pool and hot tub were clean. Outside of building looked nice, our specific condo was in rough shape, especially the bathroom. It is not "newly remodeled". The floor is cracked in multiple places, walls are dirty and need repainting. Bathroom has multiple cracks in the walls, sink doesnt drain unless you hold the stopper up. The vanity was missing a nob and unlevel. Very rough shape.

Overall, our stay was good. But there were a few cons: The fridge continuesly leaked water on the floor, ther were little shards of glass in the hallway and in the living room where it appeared that someone broke a glass then attempted to sweep the glass all the way out the door, The floor in the bathroom felt very spoungie like you might fall through when using the restroom, and the chairs on the balcony felted like they needed to be tightened up so that you don't fall backwards in them. But, this place has a major pro which is Location, Location, Location. Miramar Beach is literally just across the street so you don't have to fight for the limited parking. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Balcony has a very nice view of the Gulf where we were able to view dolphins feeding. The check-in and check-out process was very easy as well.

Excellent view and location

Property was great considering location to the beach and on property pool. The property manager was quick to respond to texts concerning minor issues. Only "big" problem we had was every time tried to pre-heat/heat oven, it would start to smoke like the bottom had not been cleaned of the leftover food and grease. However, we were able to work around issue cooking food. Let manager know and she apologized. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, clean, clean!!!

I walk barefoot in the house. I didn't feel one speck of sand on the floors! View was great! Priximity to the beach was perfect! The ONLY thing that I could say that needs to be updated is the bathroom. It was very clean but you can only paint and caulk 1/4 round trim so many times before it looks crappy. The sink trim left a lot to be desired. But this is an easy fix!!

misrepresentation of property listing

on arrival we took shoes off at the front door and after walking through our feet were soiled. A power point was hanging out of the wall near dining table. The ice machine was turned on and it leaked water on the floor and did not make ice. The deadlock on the back door can not be used as the door is warped and does not line up. would I recommend this property no. For what we paid for the pleasure of staying in NO 305 I believe it was a complete rip off.

Wonderful Place!

This was my first time staying in this area and the first time my boyfriend had even been to the gulf. The condo was lovely and the view was fabulous even across from the street. I loved that the bed was king sized and it was very comfortable. Hot water was always plentiful which was really nice. The sofa was also extremely comfortable and I found myself napping some since the weather wasn’t great. There were plenty of towels and amenities as listed. The kitchen was very nice and had all sorts of utensils, cookware, plates, cups, etc. Also very nice that they had beach chairs, an umbrella, body board, float and other items for the beach! Check-in was a breeze. The AC worked flawlessly. We were close to lots of stuff, but it still was a very peaceful area which I loved. Pool and hot tub were nice as well as outside grills which we used. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for the two of us. Hope to get to stay here again one day!

Disappointing Stay

We visited for a birthday trip. While we understand some things are out of the owner's control there are many things that were. This is our rental experience. Despite a large cleaning fee, arrived to a filthy condo. There were food drippings on the stove, tub had hair, beds had sand/other in them, etc. There was an excessive amount of sand. When we reported this issue we were met with condescending comments like "You are at the beach, sand is expected". We have visited the beach dozens of times, never have we seen a unit with this much sand. We had to purchase cleaning materials and clean the unit ourselves. When we reported this issue, we received another rude response. We spent a lot of time in the unit as we are still practicing social distancing, only leaving to visit the beach across the street. We were told someone came by the unit to clean but no one came to our room. Besides we already had cleaned the unit ourselves. The condition of the unit was in abysmal shape. The bathroom door would not lock. The balcony was cracked, coming off the building, the railing was loose & severely slanted. When we asked about this we were told the building was "structurally sound" but it was dangerous. While other unit's windows were clear the previous mildew window comments ring true. We spent $5 on laundry machines that didn't work properly. Secondly, was noise. We were kept awake by other guest until 3:00am with extremely loud music, screaming, & kids shooting sling shots at the windows. They had 10 people in a 4 person hot tub. To this, we were told to "call the police", which our neighbors already did to no avail. Thirdly, is the parking. We had to park along the fence far from our room. Be prepared to walk across the property and up three flights of stairs to get to your unit. The peace disturbers previously mentioned had several cars parked that did not have parking passes. We were told only 1 car did not have a pass but we counted much more. There was no manager on property that we could locate. We are unsure if the property is managed at all because there was a lot of dead landscaping and building damage such as bricks/planks in the walkways. Pros: The check in process was easy/contact-less Convenient location Cons: The unit was not cleaned There was sand/ hair in the beds The noise Not enough parking Customer care is abysmal Obstructed view Poor structural safety Laundry machines do not work

In regards to the comments above: Quiet hours are observed from 11P to 8A. Our Property Manager called the Walton County Sheriff’s Department immediately upon being made aware that people were in the pool area past 11P. The sheriff activated extra patrols and this was not an issue for the remainder of this guest’s stay. In regards to parking, our Community Association Manager promptly inspected the lot and reported that only one car was without a pass. He spoke to the owner of that particular vehicle and notified their rental company. It was promptly taken care of. The HOA has had each of the balconies inspected for structural soundness. They are sound. The credit card-operated laundry machines are brand new and it was observed that the guest had overloaded the washer. Despite this, $5 was refunded to his credit card. The noise, parking, and laundry issues (all of which were out of our control) were immediately resolved. My Property Manager offered to come address the cleanliness of the unit on four separate occasions. Each time she was ignored. Finally she decided to come knock on the door. No one answered even though people could be heard inside the unit. Our neighbors observed seven young adults coming in and out of the condo. It was evident that this guest had misrepresented his group (I should have know when he requested multiple parking passes). When called to his attention, the guest threatened a negative review if I did not discount or offer a rebate for his stay. I would not host this gentleman again. Please know that we take our guest’s satisfaction very seriously and will do everything humanly possible to address each and every legitimate concern. Also rest assured that we have instructed our cleaning crew to provide additional deep cleaning for all our condos, after which our Property Manager meticulously inspects every unit. Each condo must pass a stringent twenty point check list before the next guest is allowed to check in. We strive for every family to enjoy their visit to our Emerald Coast.
