We stayed at the property for 4 nights in july. Myself/wife, 2 teenage boys (16/17) and pre teen daughter. The room was directly off the elevator and facing the ocean about 3 floors above the 6th floor recreation and outdoor pool area. The property was modern with high-end appliances and large balcony with a very nice/luxurious feeling. We found the room to be ideal. People watching of pool but also with ocean views and the other high rises at night is quite nice. We sat outside until late hours just enjoying this late at night.We mostly did the beach, and traveled to lauderdale, miami, and everglades, making this area central to us. It was a quieter area and we did like the area. We had a car and used valet. Valet was great but there is the fixed 40/day fee (and no need to tip). We found this absolutely necessary having a car, but we also planned to explore too. There is a small walk across the property and road to the beach. The 7/11 there has pretty much what you need for beach days. Coffee - i kinda went without. I used the pods in the room the first day bit they didnt seem to be designed for a full maker and i was too lazy some mornings to just go get a coffee before the family woke up. I would stay here again for sure. The only negative i can say is about the couch pullout in the living room - we needed for our teenage boy as another bed and it was slightly uncomfortable and a little beat up. Everything else though super exceeded expectations and
