Si usted está buscando un lugar para vegetar los fines de semana o durante la semana, este es el lugar para visitar. Nuestros tres dormitorios, tres baños en un cuarto de acre en el bosque Del Monte. Estamos ubicados en la zona "Sunbelt" de Pebble Beach, donde es cálido y acogedor.

Usted puede encontrar nuestro lugar tan pronto como entras en la puerta de la autopista 1 justo al lado de la unidad 17-Mile.

Al llegar abrir las persianas, yacía en el sofá de tres secciones y flotar. Es un lugar para relajarse, descansar y olvidar el mundo exterior.

We definitely would recommend this lovely home, located minutes from Pebble Beach golf course, 17 mile drive, and many excellent restaurants. Jonathan & Varetta are wonder hosts. This home has everything you need & more. It was perfect for the 5 of us and we look forward to another trip in the near future.

Great stay

The house and location could not have been better for us. The only issue we had was that the curtains were not heavy and the light bothered my wife some. The house was very clean and comfortable.

July 4th Weekend

Great location between Carmel and Monterey. Awesome to drive around Pebble Beach area too.Place was fairly clean, but the sofa bed was too dirty for use. Outdoor seating area was not usable due to dirtiness of cushions.

Wonderful dray in Pebble Beach

The home is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The primary en suite is gorgeous with lots of natural light. Nice off-street parking and terrific communication with the owner. The home is located near the 17 mile scenic drive and a shoet drive to Monterey, Carmel by the Sea and Pacific Grove.

Perfect Retreat

With much gratitude to the hosts. This property is amazing with tons of space to spread out. We were a group of 5 - my 82- year-old mother-in-law, two young adults, my husband and myself. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected per the detailed communications from the hosts. All appliances, etc. were in good working order. There is plenty of parking in the carport/driveway. Our three-night stay was very relaxing, and we would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful stay

My family and I visited to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. Overall we loved the home. It was peaceful and quiet! Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Jonathan was very responsive when we had a few issues. The master room was beautiful, however if you are sensitive to light, the shades do not block the morning light! All in all, we had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect to enjoy all the sites around!

Comfortable and clean but lacking in a couple areas

The house was clean, the beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen was small but functional. The owner communicated well with us. However there were a few challenges 1) we arrived after dark and the lockbox was really hard to see the numbers on. Took us 15 min to get the box open and get the keys and we were very tired. 2) The listing advertises a grill and there is not one - owner said there were insurance issues which is why he didn't have a gas grill which was confusing. No steaks for us this trip. 3) The furniture outside seemed kind of old and not very clean. sitting outside was something we would have liked to do but didn't. 4) The dishwasher seemed to have no power and was un-functional. 5) The showers are low flow and just suck if you've played golf all day and need a hot shower. 6) The next door neighbors have an old rusty truck parked in front of the house which is very unsightly. The property has potential. We would stay there again if these things were addressed.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a lovely time bringing our teen and young adult children for a holiday adventure. Jonathon's home was conveniently located between Monterey and Carmel, making it easy to enjoy both locations. Everything was spotless and cozy. Jonathon was always quick to respond and answer any questions that I had. The layout of bedrooms provided ample space for our party as did the living room for lots of family games. The back patio provided privacy to soak up the morning rays in peace and quiet. Thank you for sharing your lovely and cozy home. It was delightful.

Comfortable and Cozy

The property was clean, cozy and quiet. The primary bedroom is huge, has a firm bed and looks out at the backyard seating area. Not sure why there are comments about the shower being complicated, it’s literally just turn it to the right and wait until the hot water comes out. The shower door is a bit awkward, but not a big deal at all. The owner is extremely accommodating and very communicative. We’ve rented 3 other properties within 17 Mile and this was the first we’ve received a gate emblem to use the residence lane, which was very convenient. It’s a bit rustic, but quite comfortable and well appointed.

Just off 17-Mile Drive, and easy to find. Located on a 1/4-acre lot with green belt in the back yard to accentuate forest feel. Very quiet, relaxingl and serene.
