Perched on a hill with stunning ocean views, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is the perfect base for exploring the Monterey Peninsula. Just a mile from the beach, shops, and restaurants, it offers easy access to all Monterey Bay has to offer.

The home features two queen bedrooms and two smaller rooms with twin beds, all with smart TVs. The master bedroom includes an en suite with shower. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to cook a great meal.

Outside, enjoy a private backyard with a BBQ, ping-pong, seating for eight, a porch swing, and a shed filled with beach gear, cornhole, and outdoor toys. The fenced front yard adds security, and the driveway fits 2–3 cars, with ample street parking.

For families, we provide a highchair, pack ‘n play, and kids’ toys for all ages. Stocked with books, games, and all the comforts of home, this house has everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Could not have asked for more, from immaculate space, great location, all the imaginable amenities and fabulous concern and care from the hosts who went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs and wants.Would highly recommend this house for friends, family, couples.It has it all.Briana was so wonderful to us.

Wonderful place to stay for our family of 5 adults! Centrally located for all the activities Monterey Bay offers. Clean and well appointed, exactly as depicted in the listing pictures. So great to watch the sunset from the front yard on the evenings we weren’t on the beach. Highly recommend!

Excellent attention to detail

Our family is from the Midwest and we are avid travelers that enjoy renting homes to spend time together on vacation. This home exceeded our expectations. It is apparent that the owner works hard to bring a home element to their house by keeping it fully stocked. There are your usually coffee maker and fluffy towels, but they went above the minimum. Need a safety pin for a dress? Check the “junk” drawer in the kitchen. Forgot Q-tips? The main bathroom has you covered. If your family is like ours and likes to play games, the owners have included a shed full of outdoor activities and indoor board games. There is even a craft box full of colored rubber bands for a little 10 year old to make friendship bracelets! At one point our group decided to go hiking at Pinnacle National Park and this shed provided coolers so we could take food with us for a picnic. If you’re headed to the beach, there are sand toys and beach chairs. The owner has worked hard to provide for your every need. This home was a delight for our family get together and we would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Loved the house. Super spacious inside and out. very clean and cozy. Towels and other amenities amply supplied and in excellent condition. Kids had enough to entertain themselves with games inside and outside. BBQ worked well. We had a great time here and would rent again if we decide to vacation in the area. Neighborhood itself is quiet and rarely saw anyone outside. It definitely has it's share of homeless camping out in nearby streets. Had to walk to the taqueria around the corner to use the bathroom because we came a little bit early. Taqueria was good and food was delicious. Overall the neighborhood is older with apartments on nearby cross streets. I noticed people digging through trash cans. I grew up in similar areas, so it's not like I was scared or anything to that extent, but just something to be aware of. Batteries were out for fireplace and one TV remote, but received a prompt response from property owner and she dropped off batteries asap. No other issues. Short drive to stores (costco, target, Lucky's) and Sand City beach was a 4 min drive with a 3 hr parking along the end of a street. We went during the week and it was a little windy and overcast so not many people around. Overall one of the best stays we've had through VRBO. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting to vacation in the area.
