Este hermoso condominio frente al mar es la escapada familiar perfecta. La sala de estar tiene puertas que conducen al porche trasero que es perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana o una comida mientras escucha las olas. Unos pocos pasos desde la sala de estar lo llevan a una cocina y comedor completamente abiertos. Ascender nuevamente al nivel superior lo lleva al maestro y al segundo dormitorio. El maestro tiene incluso mejores vistas al océano que el nivel del suelo. La piscina comunitaria también está a solo unos pasos. Este es el tipo de unidad a la que querrá volver año tras año con sus seres queridos.

What a lovely appointed townhouse. So comfortable, and so well stocked with all you could need. It was a perfect location. We loved our stay on Amelia Island!!

Great location

Close to the beach that we did not have to lug a bunch of things. Small community with families and little kids so it was nice. Though mostly every rep to themselves.The pool was right opposite so it was very convenient. Not too far from downtown so we spent the day at the beach and evenings downtown trying out new restaurants each day.

Short Getaway

Excellent location right on the beach. Enjoyed sitting on deck in the evening listening to the waves crash and the full moon reflecting off of the ocean. Nice quiet location. Short walk to the beach.

Excellent!

The Condo is clean, the area is quiet and the location is perfect. We loved watching the sunsets from the beach. There are bike paths located just outside the condo complex that allow you to access much of the island. We rode our bikes all the way to Fort Clinch!I really can't say enough about the Condo. Everything about our stay was amazing.

Relaxation

Condo was super clean, super nice, and in a great location. Private parking which we loved. Beds were very comfortable and a great atmosphere there. Very laid back area where you can relax and enjoy your stay. Will definitely return!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at 95120 Sandpiper. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, right on the ocean and centrally located for other must see things on the island! I would highly recommend this unit if you are planning a trip to Amelia Island!

We enjoyed everything about this condo! The location was perfect! Everything was clean, neat, and well stocked! The only thing I would change is add a tv in the master bedroom. We will definitely be booking this condo again!

The Tortoise

This condo is an end unit with easy access to the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from patio and upper deck. Comfortable, relaxing and clean accommodations. In the negative side, there is not enough lighting behind the chair next to the TV. Also replace white rugs and include two beach chairs.

Absolutely stunning views and great location

We loved this spot, condo was nice, but not spectacular. I would definitely stay in this area again, but the dealbreakers in this particular condo is no TV in the Master and also no drapes or darkening shades in the Master either. Made for very bright mornings. Guest room ceiling fan was noisy and unusable. Place could probably use a deep clean. Kitchen was very nice and had all cooking needs and dishes etc. Ice maker worked great. Bedding was ok, beds were comfortable, but there were no extra pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closets so those were unusable. Definitely comfortable and loved the location. Would not rent this particular place again unless the few issues were addressed, but those items may not bother others.

Great Stay

Really nice stay at 95120 Sandpiper for my family and I. We were visiting family who live in Fernandina, and the proximity to the beach made our house a great base for the visit. Kids loved access to the house for breaks and food on long beach days. Would love to return to the house when we are back in the area.

Great week at Sandpiper 95120

The accommodations were just right for our family, which includes two teenage boys. Plenty of room for our family, lots of seating in the family room, along with a good size kitchen that was fairly well-stocked. We liked being able to pull right up to the front door of the unit and not deal with an elevator. The beds were relatively comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach and the easy access from the villa, although being close to the beach access at Peter's Point and having vehicles on the beach was an adjustment. (On the weekends and in the afternoons, the traffic on the beach increased significantly.) The lower patio was great for lunch and we enjoyed the upper deck in the evenings. We had an issue with the plumbing in the 2nd bathroom, so our sons had to use our shower, which posed a bit of an inconvenience. The property company was to look into that while we were there, but we never saw anyone or determined that the shower drain had been fixed. The other thing that would have been nice, but was not a deal breaker to us, would have been an outdoor shower coming off the beach, but each villa did have it's own hose to spray off sandy feet and chairs so that helped. Finally, the community pool is VERY small and in early August the water was hot and was hardly refreshing to get in, but at other times of the year I bet it would be a comfortable temperature to cool off. Overall, we had a great stay and loved our time on Amelia Island. We would definitely book Sandpiper 95120 again.
