Con una ubicación ideal, esta casa adosada está ubicada en un vecindario boscoso y se encuentra en uno de los senderos para bicicletas Sunriver, donde puedes acceder a 40 millas de senderos pavimentados con las cinco bicicletas de la casa. Great Place!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. Kitchen was well stocked to cook everything we needed to. Place was clean and well maintained, especially for allowing pets! Will definitely keep it in mind next time!

This home was just right for our family. good location, hot tub, near the trail and short distance to the observatory. Back yard is pretty small with the Recycle center right on the other side of the fence.

The couch pillows could've used some better pet hair cleaning. Also we didn't notice the backyard is fenced so there really isn't much of a view. It's a quite and private neighborhood with easy access to the bike path.

Nice Dog friendly home

We love Sunriver and all it has to offer. This house was great for two adults, two dogs and 4 teenagers. Great space. The neighborhood is nice and so close to Sharc and Village on bikes but kinda a bummer it is right by the recycling station. The house was clean but for a dog friendly home wish their would have been large dog water bowls. I would suggest buying some new fans that work as it does get very warm at night for not having AC in the home. Overall great house, neighborhood and Sunriver never disappoints. We will be back!

Was expecting a house and this is a condo. There is no AC so it is very hot upstairs in the evenings, the window AC barely works downstairs. The kitchen needed stocked with basics. The bikes were only for adults or tiny kids so we had to rent bikes for our 10 year olds. Stay was fine but was overpriced for what we got.

We do suggest for all guests if possible when a home has no A/C to open windows during the evening to help bring in the cooler air. We do hope the fans through out the home did help provide some comfort as well. We are passing along to our teams so we can better provide items to the kitchen for use. When bikes are present in a home we do guarantee at least 2 adult bikes, additional are provided by home owners so sizes do always vary. This was a fantastic stay. All of the construction, materials and even the furniture was very high quality. From solid wood cabinetry to the river-stone fireplaces to the saddle leather living room furniture. Even the doors were heavy and solid, providing increased privacy. This is a high quality, spacious, well maintained home that could easily accomodate multiple families. Or a family with kids plus friends.

Nice place except for the Recycle Center that runs 24hrs at day directly behind the unit.

If you can get over the duck tape on the old couches holding them together and the fact that a recycle center operates at all hours of the day and night that you can hear, it is a nice place. The large equipment with loud beeping noises and grinding sounds literally shakes the house, even on Christmas morning at 1 am. This is not a luxury rental. Old TV's with complicated, outdated equipment. The Netflix in the master bedroom never worked. Spa at 85 degrees is unusable. There was no additional instructions or care put into directions and conveniences of the house. The management company made no effort to get us in early, even after repeated requests. The cleaning staff did an adequate job but, bumping into them, she was a complete b... The fire places are nice and it was spacious enough to spread out and enjoy. I will come back to Sunriver but, will skip on this overpriced spot.

Unfortunately it's close to the recycling center and you hear trucks at 7:30 in the am! It was 90 degree weather so we missed having air conditioning or at least having the 4 portable fans work. Only 1 worked :( It was impossible to even get a pool time but that's a sign of the times we're in right now! But we enjoyed the hot tub a lot!

I really enjoyed staying here it was fun. I did rate the location a 3 due to the recycling center.

Being in the backyard. Although it wasn't a huge deal it was however noisy at times. I did have issues with the internet and Netflix on some of the TV's and there was not a way to cast to the TV either. I guess maybe next time I can just bring a fire stick or HDMI and laptop.

A Quiet Cabin Atmosphere

A lovely home nestled among Blue Spruce in a quiet neighborhood. Home was comfortable and clean. Just as pictured. Close to everything in Sunriver.

Beautiful and close to mountain

Beautiful property, Hot tub was super nice, 30 min drive from my bachelor. perfect place for our trip

Nice but noisy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was beautiful and had great features. However, there should be a disclaimer or a reduction in price given that it is directly behind the recycling facility. All mornings we were there we were woken up between 4:30-7 with the noise of trucks coming and going and backing up. Our kids weren’t disrupted upstairs but in the master suite there is no sleeping through it unless perhaps you bring earplugs. It was very unfortunate, otherwise we would say 5 stars, beautiful home, walkable to the village, great features like fireplaces, hot tub, games, Netflix. But know it will be noisy in the early morning, no real noticeable noise the rest of the time.
