Loved the pool, life guards a plus and they were very nice. Lots of construction going on this week due to storms which made the balcony impossible to sit on. Nails, debris, etc.

Good property for a great price.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous about my booking. However I was pleasantly surprised to find that many of those complaints were not founded. Yes, the condo was a little outdated but that is clearly reflected in the booking price. My only complaint is that the carpets in the bedroom were a little dirty and needed to be vacuumed. I found a vacuum in the closet and was able to fix that problem. Everything functioned well in the rental and it was great to have 3 separate bedrooms to fit all of my family. I would 100% stay again!

Holiday hills

it was terrible from the 1 day to the last day, my kids couldn't go swimming are do anything on the property cause the key card didn't work. The dishes was all burned up and the place wasn't clean at all

2 night stay in Branson

Easy check in and out. The condo was out dated and needed a lot of maintenance work. Nothing was plugged in, not even the modem for the Wi-Fi. It took us a day of trying to contact someone to get the Wi-Fi working. There were four televisions, one in each room and the living room, and not one of them worked. Every comforter had stains on them

Condo ok, needs TLC

It served its purpose, we knew we wouldn’t spend much time there. However, beware of the hide-a-bed, the mattress is disgusting with big stains on it. Bathrooms need TLC, upstairs bathroom needs to be recaulked around toilet and shower is loose and leaking. Mold in bathroom downstairs to the left of front door, was Furniture dirty. Thank goodness we’re only slept there. Location was great and close to Branson Landing.

⸻The condo is in serious need of a complete overhaul. There was a broken floor tile, and the shower faucet was literally pulling away from the wall. The green carpet looked like it was straight out of the 1970s—heavily stained and so worn we didn’t feel comfortable walking on it without shoes. The pillows were stained yellow and there were no extra pillowcases provided. The master shower was in terrible condition, with black buildup and rust on the floor and walls. To make matters worse, there were rodent droppings on the patio.We genuinely tried to find alternate accommodations, but everything was sold out due to events in town—and we had already purchased tickets to shows, so we couldn’t just leave. It was truly a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I did message the owner on VRBO to see if they had any other properties available and they never responded.

Noise complaint

We got multiple complaints on our noise level, and all we had was kids normal noise. My kids are extremely mindful, and they could barley walk across the floor without making noise because the walls were so thin. Made my stay un-enjoyable.

Nice stay

I would like to say that it was a nice stay. The property was in a nice area of Branson. The property was in good condition, a few minor issues came up but wasn't overly bad. I talked with a cashier at the grocery down the street and asked her about a hail storm that rolled through. She said that it came in a couple of weeks ago. It did some serious damage to the units on the vinyl siding and roofing. That is mother nature throwing a fit and not the fault of the property owners. Overall, however, I am satisfied with the stay. Everyone had a great time. The golf course view is very nice as well. My father in law who is a retired nursery business owner gave a very good review on how the grounds were kept up on the course and around the property.

Great Location but Dated, Wore Out, and Unclean Condo

First of all, we love Branson, MO and Holiday Hills Resort! We have been going to this resort for the last 6 years and this review is NOT a reflection on the resort. We have never rented condos through VRBO prior to this. The condo was a 3 bdr unit but only had seating in the living area for 3 people on a broken-down sofa. Cabinetry throughout was very dated and in disrepair. Drawers did not open and/or close very well if at all. Rugs were dirty and stained. This condo was not worth the nightly rate. Good thing it was located in a great area! Will not rent this unit again!!!

Priced too high

Outdated in every room. Showers dirty and shower heads needed to be cleaned bad. Outlets so outdated nothing would stay plugged in. Couch was filthy, loose tile, loose threshold by stairs and missing threshold to front bedroom with exposed tac board. We put a towel down so we didn’t get poked. Should have read reviews before purchasing. Won’t return.

Pay Attention to Reviews

When booking I ignored the recent stay reviews, but wish I would have taken them to heart. Going into one bedroom, you constantly got stabbed from the carpet nail strip poking through the carpet. The window heat/air unit didn’t put out heat making that room very cold. The beds were very hard and not comfortable. The shower heads were so corroded over and looked awful and limited the water flow. The loft bathroom wasn’t fully clean and had pubic hair in it. Yuck! The furnishings were outdated and very sparse. The location was great for our purpose, but we’ll not be a repeat customer. I’ve used Vrbo and Airbnb for years and this is the first bad review I have ever left.

Outdated

The property is definitely outdated. There were loose tiles as soon as you walk in the front door as well as a nail sticking up in the wooden border. One of the shower heads had a ton of water buildup and some paint was peeling around the tub. In the master bath, it looked as though some of the tiles around the jet tub were coming loose. Could definitely use a deep clean. The properly looked just like the photos but it could definitely be updated. It didn’t smell or anything.

Overall not bad

The size of the condo was perfect for our group of 6. Furnishings were very basic and outdated- but sufficient. A/c worked very well. We didn't have cable our first night but it was quickly resolved the next a.m. If you don't need the "fluff", then this is your place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great for family vacations

We rented the condo for a weekend family vacation and it had plenty of space for all of us. Each room had it's own bathroom and the views and property amenities were amazing. The only negative thing I have to say about this rental was the communication. The property managers and VRBO are not on one accord and often provide different information regarding payment and your reservation. It's almost impossible to get the rental company on the phone and they are not very responsive via email.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our recent Branson weekend getaway. It was made all the better by the location of our rental property. Quite location, yet minutes from the Landing. Will definitely be returning!

Our main idea was to spend a good time in a inclosed barbecue area and a indoor pool area

We got to the property security man he had no idea how to give me information on where the building was located for our stay.I was lost for about 1 hour went to 2 different buildings no one could tell me where to go.I was told inside pool area was open , barbecue area was open. When We asked about pool area and barbecue area we drove more than 10 minutes to get to a pool, Barbecue Area I was not able to find in the area We stayed at. Security staff not very informative at all. Well the whole purpose of my stay was an inside pool to go swimming and a covered barbecue area for my birthday wish. I was very specific about my plans for this stay at this place. I guess I was fooled by the pictures and false arrangements pool and barbecue not on sight. They are all in different places not in same area you stay in. Good luck finding all offered when you see the pictures on reservation after you make one!

The condo was as described but the bedframe was broke and the cable and WiFi wasn’t working.

We had a great trip but the condo needs more seats. 1 couch for 7 people was not ideal. Add a love seat or 2 recliners and more could hang out in the spacious living room.

The unit we stayed in was BADLY in need of updates. rug worn/dirty. floor terrible. beds awful.

The property is wonderful, I have stayed there with a friend who has a time share. This unit is very much in need of updates. Minimal furniture, not homey feeling or comfortable at all. Carpet is worn, cheap rough towels. Beds are worn. Decorations/furniture/flooring are obviously very cheap and worn
