This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
