Relaxing stay at beautiful community!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, and four kids stayed here the first week of July and we had a great experience. We were celebrating our anniversary, so they made us a sign, and provided desserts and bubbly to help us celebrate, a great touch. We rode the community bikes around the area, played the various games they offered and enjoyed the community bbq for the 4th and musicians they had on the weekend, it is a very well activated resort. The pool is huge and during this time of year, it is pretty well private. The best part of all was the team there, every interaction we had with them was very pleasant and they offered good recommendations when we asked. We hope to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with all the staff! The unit was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Close to shopping and stores. If I had to find something to improve on….the drinks at the pool bar could be slightly less expensive, it would bring much more business. $20 a drink including tip is a bit too much. There is a bit of work to be done on the balconies as the salt air is damaging. We loved it and will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were suppose to stay at Tranquility Bay but because of Helene a scheduled fumigation was delayed to over our vacation time. The property managers worked together to get us over to Marlin Bay. The condo was beautiful and the elevator was much appreciated instead of hauling my huge suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. There was a little bit of a learning curve to the elevator, but we did like it. It was have been nice if more food options were available, but it was very easy to go to Publix. Great communication with check in and out and the staff. Our garage code did not work one night after hours and my husband was able to find someone to help pretty quickly. Unfortunately the ice maker did not work. We did call and a maintenance person showed who was just delightful and upbeat. He also brought us multiple bags of ice which was so kind. We did notice a handful of outlets not working in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Also the dishwasher leaked oddly after it was run, not during and there was some damage to the surrounding wood. The pool and hot tub were great. A little view of the water from the pool would have been amazing. We appreciated the games. My only complaint is that when we showed up to the 1st time and went to the bar for a drink the bartender, who knew we were from MN, apologized to us for our Governor as he is in the running for VP, which I didn't really appreciate. Then went on to talk about her Trump shorts. Another guest suggested the bar was not a place to talk about politics.

Reviewer Comments: Nicely appointed three bedroom condo with 2 car garage, freezer in the garage, elevator, fridge/bar in the master bedroom, well stocked kitchen, every bedroom has ensuite bathroom and outside deck. Nice friendly staff. Pool and pool bar were nice, but no food service. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby. The marina has a fantastic view of the sunsets nightly.

Plus an elevator to get up and down the three floors with ease. Also had a big garage. Great layout with an ocean view on one side and pool view on the other. Balconies on each floor. Pool was large, clean and the grounds well maintained. Outside bar with good bartenders. Out by the marina on a walkway with a tower for viewing the ocean or table and chairs to sit and watch the sun go down! Beautiful place. I would highly recommend!!

Wonderful Property!!

We were a group of three couples, the house could not have been more perfect! Everyone had their own beautiful room with bathroom. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. We cooked in several nights. The grounds are great, view, workout room, pool, hot tub and pool bar. Perfect week!

Beautiful Property

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It really felt like home. The common area in the house was great for the whole family. The pool area, bar and games were very fun. We went biking and kayak/paddleboarding with the resorts equipment. We checked out table games for nights at home and played pool and cards in the clubhouse the one night it rained. It was an excellent vacation.

Very private location right on the gulf. Great house and great pool. Close to all of the great restaurants in Marathon. Wonderful experience.

Beautiful Property

We loved Marlin Bay! The pool is amazing, the unit was new, clean, spacious. We loved the amenities - the bar at the pool, the games, the grills out by the docks. We fed the fish at the docks and even saw a whole family of manatees there! Great location as a mid (ish) point between Miami and key west.

Property was awesome - loved everything about it. House was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need! Surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy but once in the complex you soon forgot about that! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From when we first booked our 7 day home at Marlin Bay to when we left the resort, the service was impeccable. Communication was on point at every applicable scenario. Everytime I thought of something I might have a question about, the staff seemed to read my mind with an extremely timely text update answering my exact question before I had a chance to ask it. The home was immaculate with a well stocked kitchen in perfectly organized order. If I could offer a couple suggestions to make it even more perfect, sunshades on the bedroom windows would be ideal for those mornings to sleep in when it wasn’t a boat day. The beds were a bit stiff for our liking along with some very thin pillows making for rigid sleeping. Aside from that everything was perfect. Location near the pool was private but close. Pool is amazing and pool bar with Scott at the helm is right on the money. Games were a big hit with the kids, especially the pool table. Scott was generous with his time to shoot a few games of 9 ball with our 16 year old son who later claimed it was one of the best “beach trips” he’s ever had. We would definitely stay here again the next time we have the chance to visit Marathon. Top notch.

Beautiful & Clean Furnished House

This 3 bedroom house was perfect for 3 couples to enjoy. The place was spotless, furnished kitchen made for making some meals along with our awesome memories. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The marina was a great place to grill and met some fun people staying there as well. Stunning sunsets. My only suggestion would be to let people leave their condiments in the fridge and seasonings in the cupboards when leaving. Would have loved to share them with the next guests.
