Nuestro condominio está perfectamente situado en la preciada esquina este, en el séptimo piso, directamente con vista al río lento en Phoenix Orange Beach con increíbles vistas panorámicas del golfo. ¡Evita los ascensores y estaciona en el mismo piso que el condominio! También tenemos una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. ¡Con más de 1,980 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler!



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio de Phoenix Orange Beach: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, Smart TV de pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar y una Smart TV de pantalla plana de 60" en el maestro, 2 y 3 dormitorios y un Smart TV de 55 "en el cuarto dormitorio, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora grandes. Hay una cama King en el Master, un King en el 2º dormitorio, un King en el 3º dormitorio, dos camas Queen en el 4º dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala para dormir hasta 12 personas.



Hay una impresionante piscina al aire libre de entrada cero con un tobogán de agua que se conecta a un río lento, una piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos grandes jacuzzis, un gimnasio de última generación con vista al Golfo, parrillas para barbacoa y una cancha de tenis en el piso 10.

Stayed from Thurs to Sunday Labor Day weekend for my 40th bday. If we were staying any longer, I would have requested to change units. FIRE THE CLEANING COMPANY! The unit was filthy. Unwashed coffee pot, dishes, we all had black feet from the floor, counters not wiped down and baby roaches constantly crawling on the kitchen counter. Overall, we made the best of it and had a good weekend. The unit was nice but unfortunately super dirty. Hate leaving bad reviews but a new cleaning company would fix this.

Reviewer Comments: The condo overall was good, but from my understanding, the condo is for sale so I felt like the owners has just not gonna spend any money on it and I understand that but at the same time we paid the same price as we were at the another condo like it, but when it came to the dryer we had to dry clothes four and five times to get them dry and the refrigerator. We put our drinks and our groceries in there on Saturday and it was Tuesday before the drinks was cold or somewhat cold. But the Phoenix Orange Beach is in a great location. It is a great place to stay. The pool area with a lazy river is great. The walk to the beach is not bad at all so would I recommend this place? Yes I would and I feel like when this particular condo is sold. The new owners will go in and replace the stuff and it will be a perfect place to stay!

There were a few details that could have checked by housekeeping before turnover - many light bulbs were out and one of the hair dryers didn't work.

Great Trip

We’ve stayed in this condo before. It’s perfect size for our family. You could tell it had a little more wear and tear since last time, but was still fine. Had an issue with the coffee pot and they brought a new one the next day. Would definitely stay again.

Very Enjoyable

The property was exactly as pictured. Abundance of room and having parking at the door entrance on our level was fantastic. It had everything we needed. The only thing I feel that could have been better was communication with the host. I had a couple of questions a few weeks before our stay. I messaged as indicated on the site. Messaged approximately 5 times over a week with no response. I contacted VRBO person and she was extremely helpful and connected me with the host. He indicated hosts do no ever check those messsges…which I thought was the purpose of having that messsge capability. I then had his number, via the VRBO assistant, if I needed him. I did think that was strange. Otherwise, the trip was excellent and the condo was perfect!

Needs improvement

I realize this review will not be what the manager or owner wants to hear, but I feel it’s one you need to hear. 1. Find a new cleaning service. Floors were filthy on arrival and there was no broom or mop in the unit. My daughters and I vacuumed ALL the floors because there was sand EVERYWHERE! I dare say the floors haven’t been mopped in quite awhile. All the children had “grocery store feet” just from playing in the condo before ever leaving the unit. I would love to share a picture of their feet with the owner upon request…it was shameful! The windows and mirrors had hand prints and filth on them as well. The furniture was dusty…long and short they are not cleaning your unit! 2. It’s time for mattresses and pillows to be replaced. My 18 year old son said he slept better on an air mattress. 3. The drier needs a new heating element and the door had to be propped closed for it to run. Each load of laundry had to run multiple times to get dry. 4. The unit needs a broom.We have made multiple trips to Orange Beach and we typically enjoy Phoenix Orange Beach but this unit was a big disappointment and it certainly wasn’t worth the money we paid for it. I would be happy to discuss my concerns in greater detail with the owner or property manager.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent the extra money for this room because all my children and grandchildren were coming with us. The rooms were dirty and dusty. Under the beds and window seals were very dusty. The coffee pot did not work. The dish washer didnt work. The dryer didnt dry. The skillets had food stuck on them and the nonstick was peeling off. Worst of all there was **** roaches everywhere. For the price it should have been more upscale. Ive stayed in cheap hotel rooms that was alot better and cleaner.

Great vacation!

We had a great time and the condo was perfect. We had a couple of little things that didn’t work or didn’t get cleaned great, but nothing that would ruin our stay. My family has already agreed this is where we want to stay next year. Hopefully that will be an option.

found the property to have food and waste in corners and under chairs and beds.the toilet in the master had to be flushed with two hands, one of the other baths you had to hold the handle down.just little stuff but should be addressed

Facility and location was great. Cleaning of the unit leaves a lot to be desired. Kitchen sink faucet is bad, we cleaned lights above the counter,ceiling light in kitchen is full of bugs, master bedroom shower has mold and toilet handle clunks very loudly. Custodians were rude.

Get away with best friends

Great location ! The layout of the condo is very nice ! But the condo was really dirty , dirty sheets , mold in one of the bathrooms . The floor had not been swept very very disappointing ! To bad because it’s a beautiful unit with a great location .

Ice maker runs all the time which kept up the guest on the sofa bed as well as No block out curtains! Cable was not working in 2 bedrooms. Lamp burned out other lamp no outlet! No hand towels and not even 1 towel per person! Trash can doesn’t work right and is dirty. Not enough chairs in eating area for all of us Maintenance was responsive.

My family enjoyed our stay. The ice maker is great! Beds are comfortable.Fridge isn't that big and is missing a shelf. The dryer needs to be replaced- it takes approximately 140 minutes to dry the unit towels...longer for beach towels.If you are bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella, you'll need to set up around 6:30am because the Ike beach rental guy starts his beach takeover around 7am He'll take up all oceanfront areas plus 3-4 rows in. A lot of those chairs never get rented and just take up space.Plenty of restaurants and shops near by.Overall a great place.

Great week at the beach

Great condo enough room for 10. Loved the following: close parking, separate ice maker, balcony view, layout of condo,Keurig, trash shoot across the hallway Add: more kitchen and bathroom towels, more Tupperware, better dryer, fix refrigerator shelf that was missing and broken patio chair, better toilet paper. Add chair and umbrella rental and Earlier check in. Close shopping is nice…go early in the morning for fully stocked shelves. We would stay here again.
