Nuestro condominio está perfectamente situado en la esquina oeste, sobre todos los complejos de al lado, con vistas desinhibidas, en el piso 19, directamente sobre el río Lazy en Phoenix Orange Beach, con increíbles vistas panorámicas del Golfo. También tenemos una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. ¡Con más de 1,980 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler!



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio de Phoenix Orange Beach: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar, 55" en el maestro y televisores inteligentes de 43 "en la segunda y tercera y 4 dormitorios, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Hay una cama King en el dormitorio principal, 2do y 3er dormitorios con dos camas Queen en el 4to dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala para dormir hasta 12.



Hay una impresionante piscina al aire libre con entrada cero y un tobogán de agua que se conecta a un río lento, una piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos grandes jacuzzis, un gimnasio de última generación con vista al Golfo, parrillas para barbacoa y una cancha de tenis en el piso 10.



Phoenix Orange Beach está perfectamente ubicado justo en el medio de Orange Beach. Convenientemente ubicado al otro lado de la calle hay tiendas de comestibles y varios restaurantes, como Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, metro, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen y muchos más.



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se aplicará sin reembolso por violación.

We had an outstanding stay at this beachfront property. The location is hard to beat because it is right on the beach with easy access, which made everything convenient, especially with kids.The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious, and well laid out for a group. The four bedroom setup gave everyone their own space while still having great common areas to spend time together.One of the highlights was the lazy river and pool area. It was a huge hit and made the stay feel like a resort experience. We spent just as much time there as we did on the beach.Everything we needed was provided, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. This is a place we would come back to and would recommend to families or groups looking for a beachfront getaway.

Great location near all the necessary amenities. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. The beach is phenomenal and the pool was nice on the cooler days. Amazing view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The communication was very timely via email and text, just as I like it. We visited in early November so there weren't any crowds.

Beautiful Getaway!

Property was immaculate and the view was spectacular! Enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue experienced was the very “limited”supply of paper products, which was fully disclosed: however, given several prior luxury VRBO vacations, we’ve never ran into this, actually quite the opposite.

Beautiful condo , amazing views

The stay would have been perfect but the fridge had leftover fish and the smell was horrible so we couldn’t use the refrigerator for a couple days . We put baking soda in the refrigerator and that helped but it took a couple days . The conda was beautiful, perfect location we did not want to leave . Highly recommend!

the condo was beautiful. a few things needed attention. the jet tub was filthy and when we turned jets on, black stuff came out. the smoke alarms kept chirping the entire time. even though i communicated (phone and email) with the host, this continued until night before we left. Other than those things, we really enjoyed our stay. it rained alot of our stay, but the inside pool offered something to do :)

Better than expected!

This condo was beautiful! So spacious with lots of privacy when needed. Gorgeous corner view! Windows around half the condo! The hot tubs were huge and clean. Indoor pool, outdoor lazy river and slide were fun! Beach access right there. Great place!

Spring Break 2025

Amazing condo in the perfect location! We took our 2 kids and their friends for Spring Break. The girls came and went as they pleased and the boys were old enough they walked to all the nearby places. We had everything we needed at our fingertips for the week and the beach couldn’t have been any better. My only suggestion is that with 4 teenage girls this place needs a full length mirror! Thanks for providing such a great experience!

Amazing Views!!

The views from all the windows were spectacular!!! We had our family of 6 and Grandma and Grandpa join us for our spring break. 8 total. The condo was the perfect layout, and just enough space for everyone to have their own area when needed. The teenagers had their own bathroom space. The kitchen was as described. The only negative would be the upholstery in the living room was visibly dirty and needs a good shampooing. We appreciated the active security officers walking around the pool area daily. Close to anything you wanted as far as necessities or food! Would definitely come back.

Maintenance

The dryer vent is extremely loud and needs cleaning, the jack and jill bath doesnt drain properly, the faucet in kitchen is loose and doesnt turn off easily. There was a blanket in closet that was folded with dried vomit and smelled rancid. We left it by entry door.

Phoenix Condo 1901

The location was great. The condos cleanliness was to be questioned. Floors were filthy, sand everywhere. Bathrooms were dirty. One of the blankets had dried throw up on it. Sheets on one of the beds was dirty with stains. The kitchen was not stocked and dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We bought a frying pan and griddle and left it for the next family to enjoy. The pool was closed the first night due to maintenance. The couches were very stained. Carpets were dirty as well. I found a vacuum to at least clean a little bit. Overall, as I stated great location. Condo was just very dirty. After spending 3K for 3 nights, we will go somewhere else next year.

This was an awesome amazing place to stay! Beautiful location. Most of all the parking deck made it an unbelievable for our family! We have 6 under 6 and 3 families. Easy check in , clean, and all items in the kitchen and the condo was perfect with a beautiful view!
