Our listings are located in Beautiful Wyoming, Oh. All of our units come equipped with a fully furnished 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, full kitchen, living room and dining area. We also offer parking, as well as a coin operated laundry area. We are in walking distance of Historical Homes located in this area, groceries stores, food market, butcher shops, bakery, a tailor, several bars and restaurant, etc. for your enjoyment and entertainment. We're also close to all major expressways, as well as major grocers, and retail shopping.

This summer was the fourth time we have rented an apartment from Darrick. He is an excellent host. He quickly responds and fulfills any request.The apartment is centrally located. It is in a quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to restaurants and stores. Darrick has replaced the air conditioners in all units to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen has working appliances and there is a comfortable eat in area.There is access to a washer and dryer in the basement. As a bonus, Darrick provides a variety of detergents and fabric softeners. Overall, the apartment met all our needs and we look forward to our next opportunity to rent.

Perfect value!!!!

Can’t beat this for the price!I was in town hiking the Buckeye Trail so I only had a 15 to 30 minute drive to my hike points.Afterwards I was able to relax in the cool quiet apartment each evening.

Good practical place to stay

Good value. All 1 bedroom apartments. 1 is first floor, 3&4 are second floor. Owner switched us to unit 1. Plenty of heat from radiators, had to open window to adjust.Fully equipped, except no hair dryer. Located in nice old residential neighborhood. Seemed very safe.Parking in back of street was plus. Heard train whistle evening and morning but didn’t wake us up. Very convenient access to I-75. No restaurants or shops close by (walking).

Great location

A basic one bedroom apartment. Clean, easy booking, owner is accessible and helpful. (Nice guy, too!)Nothing super fancy here, but very livable, nice neighborhood with easy access to major highways, plenty of amenities close by. Great value!

Overall we had a very good experience

Nice cozy little apartment. We were satisfied with our stay, especially for the price! It was a nice modest apartment, not super fancy, but we didn't want fancy. It was a perfect fit for what we were looking for and our budget. Communication with property manager was great. This was our first time getting a Vrbo and we will definitely do this again. And if we go back to Cincinnati we would definitely stay at this property again.

Quiet and cozy stay

I had a great time here. It had everything I needed for my trip. Building was quiet. Air conditioner in the bedroom was awesome for the hot days. Smart tv in the living room to watch movies on streaming. Full kitchen and dining table.

Apartment 4

This stay was our third year at the property; however, it was the first time we stayed in Apartment 4. We were extremely pleased with the dwelling. The apartment is exactly as advertised. The host is always available to expediently address any wants or needs. As referred to in the listing, this apartment is indeed a perfect, cozy get-away.

Clean, simple

The rental is a unit in a house converted into apartments. The house is not disability-accessible (not a knock, just noting for disabled folks). The location was pretty close to a number of restaurants and cafes, and also about a 15-20 min drive to downtown. A reasonable price for the few nights we stayed and no ridiculous clean up requirements upon checkout. Overall a decent place. Nothing fancy or upscale, but good enough to come back to after a busy day.

Affordable, clean, and roomy

friendly and responsive host

Darrick was a friendly and responsive host. The neighborhood is a quaint older neighborhood with cool vibes. The neighbors were quiet, but there are active trains nearby.

Sharonville Convention

The location was convenient for an annual convention held at the Sharonville Convention Center. The place was acceptable. It should be noted that cooling is provided my a single window A/C in the living room. I placed a fan in the kitchen to move cooled air to the kitchen and bedroom area and this was sufficient for the time I was there. The hot water heat will be pleasant in cooler times.

Great location in Wyoming. Cute and cozy had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with owner (Darrick) was great. And wonderful neighborhood to take a walk. Would definitely stay here again

Always a Great Stay

We travel to the area frequently to visit family and always stay in one of Darrick’s units if available. Great location, always clean and well stocked with everything you need to feel at home.
