Toilet was barely functional, required plunging several times. Entry stairs were dirty and stained with no lights at night. Minimal linen/towels supplied, had to request more TP upon arrival as there was very little. Well, it was cheap, but I wont say it was a good value.

My son and I stayed for the week while he was attending a day camp. The location was great and the space was perfect for what we needed. We did find dirty towels on the floor of one of the closets that must have been missed during cleaning. We were very hot at night with the only air conditioning in the kitchen, but once he delivered a fan it was much better. I also needed a plunger once and had to go to a different unit to get one. Overall, we were happy with our stay though.

It was great for myself vs staying in hotel. I was in town for an event at Sharonville event center. I will use this vrbo again.

Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property - My reservation was confirmed for a Friday-Sunday weekend in May. When I arrived on Friday I tried contacting Darrick 4 times via the number provided along with text messages with no response. I was forced to book a $300 hotel nearby (double the price of rental) The next morning Darrick called me saying he had never seen any of my calls (even though this was the same number I had called). He noted he would issue me a full refund, but after reaching out to him directly 3 times and reaching out to VRBO (where he told them he would issue a refund) I still am without any refund AND had to pay double the price of the booking for a last minute hotel. He has not responded to multiple text messages. I would NOT stay here. I would NOT book with Darrick unless you want to have the same experience as I did. (I would leave pictures of time stamped call log but out of respect to Darrick’s personal cell I did not.)

The apartment is indeed cozy and well kept. You gotta love trains though. Trains pass by all day and blow their horns.

Great place, great neighborhood!

Stayed here while on a business trip. The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. The neighborhood is so nice as well. Great if you walk/run any. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Great spot

This is a comfortable apartment with everything you need even for an extended stay. The neighborhood is lovely and great for walking plus convenient to Cincinnati. The host is wonderful, and very accommodating. I would definitely return again.

Decent place and location with a fair price price, on an affordable busget.

I've stayed twice on visits to see family. I can vouch the a/c works in September and the heat works in November. Easy access, good communication. You will hear any upstairs neighbors, but it's like that in the older homes, and just part of apartment life. Very fair price on a budget since I needed to make 2 trips from TX within 2 mos.
