Esta bellamente amueblada casa de playa de cinco dormitorios y tres baños promete una vida frente al mar fácil para doce personas. Ubicada en la comunidad de Royal Sands, la casa ofrece dos piscinas comunitarias compartidas y acceso directo a la playa por medio de un carrito de golf privado y un paseo marítimo. Relájese en una de las tres cubiertas traseras con vista al estanque y la bahía o en la cubierta frontal frente a una de las piscinas comunitarias. Libre, seguro, internet inalámbrico se proporciona, así como Direct TV.
La cocina abierta completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable se encuentra junto a la sala de estar con tres sofás. Great house for family and grand kids. Really enjoyed that the golf cart was included in the house rental cost. The house is nicely located across the street from the community pool. Boardwalk to the beach was very handy and close by. Great time!

Run down & dirty

The location of the property was fantastic, but the quality of the home was not up to par. The kitchen cabinets & drawers were dirty and there appeared to be droppings of sorts inside. Due to the sandy environment, we kept shoes at the door but our feet were all black which mean a very dirty floor. The property manager immediately sent a cleaning crew to address the issue, but sanitization should be a priority, especially in the current COVID environment. Additionally, the toilet seat in the main area was broken and came completely off. The beds were hard as cement. The quality for the amount of money was substandard.

Beautiful vacation home

Property was amazing !! Easy access to beach and literally right across from the pool. My favorite part had to be the balconies we had access to on each floor. Check in process was made very easy by the property management and we even got to check in early . I would definitely stay here again. Family loved it !!

Good location, needs maintenance

Good location, well-laid out house with good space but -desperate need of thorough cleaning (filthy carpets, musty smell, dirty kitchen cabinets, hand prints on walls, etc), -maintenance (rusted garage doors, pest control, chipped toilet seats) and -restocking of kitchen items (one plastic wine glass in a house that sleeps 10+, no working wine openers, etc). The 24 hour golf cart access was appreciated and very fun.

The House was fine. Nothing to fancy. The staircase leading up to the place was a little weak and could use some work and the carpet is dated. Good place for families that want to be outside enjoying the beach.

Really Great House, especially for families with children!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this house! We had 3 families with little kids. Each family had their own floor. My husband and baby stayed upstairs in the master and the closet was HUGE!! We were able to easily put our pack n play in there (honestly could have fit 2 or 3 pack n plays- it was so long). The house had an extra pack n play that we used as a make shift baby gate for the stairs that went to the first floor. The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. They also had 2 high chairs and plenty of kitchen seating. There were lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking. I'm pretty sure there was Roku for the TV. I liked sitting on the back patio which overlooked a little pond. The pool was right across from the front of the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were very happy overall with our whole experience! It came with a golf cart for free for the first 24 hours. No complaints other than the rule that you couldn't drive on the beach because of COVID. We had to get a little creative but thankfully were close enough to the boardwalk that we were able to just lug all our stuff to the beach rather than drive down there. Also I just can't say enough good things about Life in Paradise and my experience working with them! I called so many times with COVID related questions and had to reschedule my trip 3 times. They were so easy to work with and so easy to get a hold of which is hard to find with rental companies. So thank you for being so helpful! They also told me that I can save a good chunk of change by booking straight with them as opposed to booking through VRBO. VRBO charges a fee of like $140 but if you book straight through Life in Paradise you don't have to pay that. So I was really happy to hear that little tip! Thanks again!

Poorly managed nice house

We needed a large house for our family to stay. There are 11 of us so our choices were few. We had a trip to Hawaii cancelled and since everyone had the time off, we decided we wanted to do a beach house together. This house was great in size and floor plan. Its 3 levels accommodated us very well. The trouble with it, is the listing is very confusing and the reviews do not make you want to rent it. My husband and I decided based on the reviews we could clean if it would accommodate our family. So I took along cleaning products and we bought a swiffer to clean the floors. Unfortunately, we definitely needed the cleaning supplies in order to bring it up to acceptable before our family arrived. We didn't get the floors done before their arrival and my grandsons feet were black from the floors. It was disgusting! I had to wash the sheets from one of the beds, because the wrinkles were sleeping wrinkles, not folded wrinkles, clearly that bed was not changed. Now for the really bad stuff. My small (adult) daughter sat on the edge of the Master bedroom bed and it collapsed. When we looked under neath the braces across the frame were ALL broken and one of the box springs were busted up. She did not do that from barely sitting on the edge. There was a paint can holding up part of the broken boards from a prior break. We called and they traded out one of the box springs and put in 4 cross boards. (on a king size bed) That night when my husband and I slept in the bed, it sagged in the middle. They hadn't put in any floor braces. So 4 small cross boards was the only thing holding up 3 mattresses. We called the next morning and my husband told them what we needed to fix it. The master faucet on the bath tub doesn't work and the managing company said the owners wont fix it. Many light bulbs were burned out, a drawer was broken and not fixed and put back in, so the contents were put on the kitchen counter. The carpet on the stairs is EXTREMELY dirty. The front door was black from mold and hands. I spent the first bit cleaning the front. With COVID being a thing, this house is not clean for a regular stay let alone a little extra for the COVID times we live in. I would only stay here if you need a large house, close walk to the beach. Otherwise I would not recommend it. Its too bad because the neighborhood is very nice, its across from the pool and a short walk to the beach. I have to end by saying, our family is not a super picky!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I feel very compelled to leave some feedback about the home we rented. This home was filthy. I find it hard to believe that any “extra cleaning” due to Covid has been done, seeing as there was at least an inch of dust on every fan and return air vent and the top of the fridge. We’ve stayed in port Aransas every summer several times for the last 12 years. Several times in Royal Sands. It is a lovely neighborhood. The furnishings of this home do not measure up. There were no headboards on the beds in any of the rooms other than the master bedroom. The mattress was a double But the frame was a queen in the bottom level. My daughter scratched her leg on it every time she got in and out of the bed. Every shower head is disgusting. These are all small fixes that don’t cost a lot of money. I don’t feel that the nightly rate of this home reflects the poor furnishings. The floor plan is nice and the home shows potential with some small inexpensive fixes. But for $650 a night I expect a clean home at minimum. Also, I know it’s hard by the beach, but there were several roaches killed by us in the home. The couple who stayed in the master bedroom said there were crushed potato chips in the master closet when they arrived, that could be the reason for addition, the ceiling fan in the family room doesn't work, there was a broken drawer in the kitchen, the blinds in the master bedroom upstairs are broken and the linens and pillows are very uncomfortable.

Beach trip 2020

The house was beautiful and a great location. The house was clean except for the stairs going up to the 3 floor. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuum in a while. Otherwise everything was great!!!
