This custom professionally-decorated home with Hawaiian-inspired décor sits on a rare 0.57-acre fenced lot with panoramic beach and bay views and plenty of room to spread out. With only one other home in the development, you’ll enjoy exceptional privacy and a peaceful stretch of coast.
A paved street leads to a golf-cart-accessible boardwalk, making beach days quick and easy. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then unwind by the large private pool, located in a yard treated regularly with mosquito repellent for comfortable outdoor relaxation.
With approximately 2,900 sq. ft., the home sleeps up to 10 comfortably.

An oversized bunk room with separate entrance, kitchenette, and full bath. It feels like its own apartment and is ideal for teens, a second family, or grandparents.

We’ve put a lot of thought into creating a space where families and friends can gather, relax, and make lasting memories. From the elegant Hawaiian décor to the amenities, everything was chosen with our guests’ comfort in mind.

We chose this location because it offers something that’s increasingly rare in Port Aransas—space, privacy, and wide-open views. Mahalo Beach Home sits on an unusually large half-acre lot with very few neighboring homes, so the property feels peaceful and uncrowded.
From the house you can enjoy beautiful views in every direction. Look east toward the beach and west toward the bay across Highway 361 where you can see the Corpus Christi skyline. Sunrises and sunsets from the upper levels are especially spectacular.
The home is also conveniently located near Port Royal Ocean Resort and Conference Center, making it a perfect option if you’re attending an event or conference but prefer the comfort and privacy of a full beach house rather than staying in a busy resort.
Best of all, you’re still just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and everything Port Aransas has to offer, while enjoying a quieter setting away from the crowds.
