Una acogedora sala de estar cuenta con muebles modernos y una gran TV de pantalla plana QLED de 75 pulgadas. El comedor lanai presenta un generoso espacio de entretenimiento y sala de estar al aire libre y cuenta con una cocina al aire libre, una barbacoa incorporada y una mesa de comedor con asientos para cuatro.



La cocina está integrada en el área de estar y comedor de planta abierta y cuenta con electrodomésticos de alta gama, una barra de desayuno con cuatro taburetes y una mesa de comedor para cuatro.



La suite principal ofrece una cama king-size, un televisor de pantalla plana de 52 pulgadas y un amplio baño con una ba��era profunda, una cabina de ducha separada y dos lavamanos. El dormitorio de invitados ofrece dos camas matrimoniales, televisor de pantalla plana y está cerca del baño principal.  Hay un sofá cama en el salón.



También se incluye una lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, nevera, tablas de surf, sillas de playa, equipo de snorkel, toallas de playa, estacionamiento complementario en el garaje y WIFI gratuito.



Todos nuestros alquileres de vacaciones incluyen un suministro básico de: detergente para la ropa, bolsas de basura, esponja de cocina, jabón líquido, pastillas para lavavajillas, toallas de papel, papel higiénico, champú / acondicionador, jabón de barra pequeña. Una vez que se acaba el suministro de inicio, los invitados pueden comprar suministros adicionales si es necesario. No se suministran disolventes de limpieza.

It was lovely that the property was so close to the shopping center and we the pass to the Hilton poo was a great plusl!! The outdoor space was amazing. Great, quiet view of the golf course and the sunset and we loved the grill. All in all a very luxurious stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Property was great, nice location. However it was not properly prepared in my opinion. The ice dispenser was jammed with a judge frozen mass. We had to try and thaw it out and remove the iceberg.The sink in the Master bathroom would not drain.The Dishwasher did not clean well. Had to remove a huge wad of hair and clear the holes in the spinners, they were clogged with something.

Our favorite place to stay!

This property is our go-to when visiting the Big Island. We would rather stay here than with our own family because of all the amenities that are included with booking, the amount of space, a full kitchen, lanai with bbq range, living room, two full bathrooms and in unit laundry. The space is so beautiful, clean and spacious, it’s home away from home. The weather in Waikoloa is sunny and perfect 99% of the time. You’re walking distance to two shopping centers, multiple restaurants and a lil grocery store/market. We stayed in this particular home a few times and have loved every single time. We’ve referred our family and friends to book here and have never had any issues with checking in or out. Communication and customer service has always been a great experience. Thank you for sharing your space with us once again! We’ll be back!

Hawaii!!!

Had a great time. Second bedroom badly needs blackout blinds since outside the lights are on all night. Also, would be great if rentals only used Unscented laundry detergent. We didn't use anything but everything we brought smells like that gross detergent. Condo was otherwise great and in a good location. Try the Gypsea gelato in the Kimgs shops!!!

Wonderful birthday trip to the A-Bay area

Our unit was everything as advertised. Homey and comfortable with a beautiful view/lanai over the golf course and horizon. A nice quiet complex that’s very convenient to shopping and a short walk to Lava Lava Beach Club, and A bay for amazing sunsets. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The unit it lovely. The carpet is the worst part and it needs to be removed. Overall through, the unit is awesome. It’s large and felt comfortable for our family of five. I’d come back for sure.

Excellent place!

Great venue. The house is very clean. It seems like the VRBO has thought of everything you need to start your vacation immediately. Even the reusable ice packs were already frozen and ready to be added to the cooler! The view was nice and private overlooking the golf course. There is a lot of useful items in the garage and I LOVE the Hilton Pool Pass!

6 nights at the Waikoloa Beach Villas

This condo is in the beautiful Waikoloa Resort and is well located near shops and restaurants. The kitchen is large snd well stocked as is the garage with everything needed for beach outings. While it is moderately priced compared to other units in this area there were issues that impacted comfort. Unfortunately it was not a great fit for us for a few reasons. First, we were not able to sleep well in the bedroom with two beds in it because it was hot and the thermostat does not allow you to set it below 74 degrees, additionally the window faces the lit walkways to the front door and has blinds but no blackout curtain so the room does not get completely dark. Between the temperature and light coming in we did not get a good night sleep in that room. Also, we do not recommend this condo if you want to relax in the living room as the couches are very uncomfortable. They are old and the cushions and arm rests have no padding or support. Some new couches and curtains in the bedroom are very much needed.

Would stay here again

Great location and the condo came well equipped with almost everything we needed. The Hilton pool pass was a great bonus that everyone enjoyed. The only issue we had were the rooms would get warm at night since the AC seemed to go to sleep at night (or maybe because there weren’t any sensors in the rooms?). We did communicate this to the property managers and they did a reset of the thermostat, but we still noticed the air would only turn on if we were in the common areas moving around. But this was a minor issue and we would still recommend this place to our friends and family and would stay here again!

Perfect location in Waikoloa!

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for our family of 5. We could walk across the street in the morning and get coffee and breakfast. We were centrally located to the beaches and hikes nearby. We enjoyed the included Hilton Day Pass as well.

I felt very safe with our kids and everyone was so friendly. The Resortica staff was so helpful each time I reached out with a question. I always received prompt communication.

Incredible place

Really a stunning property in a stunning location. Beautiful views of the golf course, short walk to the beach, right next to all the shopping centers. We were so busy with everything else we never even got to use the pool pass! Only complaint would be that one of the shower drains was a little clogged. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. Having a full kitchen helped us cook and save a little money, there was a huge TV that was easy to stream or play music on, the staff was responsive, and the location really was perfect. Would love to stay again.

Perfect location

Everything about this condo was wonderful! We spent the evenings on the covered lanai barbecuing and the days at one of the many pools on property. Perfect size and set up for my husband and I as well as one of his co workers. The pool pass to the Hilton was fabulous!!!

Gorgeous top-floor unit in fantastic WBV with HILTON POOL PASSES!

We have stayed at Waikoloa Beach Villas multiple times and always love our time there. The condo complex is extremely conveniently located across the street from one shopping complex and a block away from a second one. The pools and hottubs within the complex are great, and you also have easy walkable / bikeable access to the beach at A-Bay and to the extraordinary Hilton Waikoloa Resort (particularly fun for kids). The included Hilton Pool Passes make this unit more expensive but are ABSOLUTELY worth it if you have children who are interested in playing on the slides and pools at the Hilton. Highly recommended.

I would suggest replacing the master bedroom mattress sometime in the future And replacing the fogged glass in the right patio door. I was surprised by the lack of start up supplies. We had no coffee filters or any spices besides salt and sugar. We were brought some coffee filters but we had already purchased some, and some cooking spray. Condos are great because usually you have some basic supplies. Other than that the condo was excellent. Mahalo Pleasant
