Dos Strand Bedroom Apt. con A / C y la azotea cubierta

Esta hermosa 2 dormitorios, uno y medio por unidad de baño es de dos niveles con pisos de madera, mostradores de granito y increíbles vistas al mar desde la sala de estar y dos dormitorios. Hay una cocina (barra de desayuno con capacidad para tres - no hay mesa de comedor), sala de estar y sala de polvo en el primer nivel. La L / R tiene un televisor 54 "de plasma con sonido envolvente y reproductor de DVD. El segundo nivel contiene dos dormitorios (uno con una cama de matrimonio y una con un sofá-cama doble y una cama nido doble) un cuarto de baño con ducha y la lavadora / secadora privado. No hay televisores en las habitaciones. Además, hay una 'cama en una caja' en cada habitación, que es básicamente una cuna muy bien escondido. Las habitaciones son un poco lleno cuando las camas en una caja se abren por lo que no se recomienda contar con ellos para su uso sobre una base regular.

Desde el segundo nivel se sube a una increíble terraza privada en la azotea con una mesa de teca y cuatro sillas, así como dos sillas vapor de teca. Hay WIFI gratuito, así como conexiones de Internet CAT5 y servicio telefónico. No se designa aparcamiento en la calle para un coche.

Hermosa playa con arena canchas de voleibol directamente en frente de la unidad. Surf, buceo, vela, kayak pesca deportiva, patinar, andar en bicicleta y skate. Carril bici de veinte millas que se extiende desde Redondo a Venice Beach y Santa Mónica.

Ofrecemos ropa de cama y toallas de playa y están dispuestos a dejar que usted pide prestado nuestras tablas de surf, sillas de playa y sombrilla de playa. Lo sentimos, no hay bicicletas o barbacoa.

Terrific place on the Strand

We spent a terrific month here. Perfect for walking, jogging, biking, beach volleyball and beach tennis—right out your door! Amazing sunsets and beach views. We hope to be back.

Amazing location

If you want a great beach experience, this is a great value in an amazing spot on the world famous Strand. The rooftop deck was an awesome bonus. The place comes with a parking spot and extra bed in the master, if needed. Super easy check in & check out too!

Weekend getaway

We came in town for a concert in LA. We love Hermosa Beach and you can’t ask for a better place to stay than here. Susan and her husband are amazing hosts and the property was perfect! Hard to beat the location, right on the beach and short walks to everything! We will definitely come back.

Beach Bliss

2 months of Hermosa Beach bliss in this cozy cottage along the infamous strand. It doesn’t get any better. A healthy, fun, beautiful stay in a setting so classic Southern California, it’s difficult to head back home to the east coast.

Fantastic Stay in Hermosa

Hermosa Beach is one of our favorite beach towns & this was our favorite visits yet. The townhome is steps off the beach, quick walk to the pier, it was super clean, with comfortable beds. Its just like its pictured but better. We loved having beach chairs to take out at sunset. The hosts couldn't be nicer. Thank you!

Awesome week on the strand

It was great to return to Hermosa Beach area. The accommodations were excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was perfect for us. Susan was a great host and accessible and responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely return and would love to stay here again! It is a perfect location for a family or couples! You can rent buys a few blocks away. The rooftop deck was perfect in the mornings and to wait the sunset.

Couldn’t be more perfect

This unit and this location are just amazing. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating throughout the eight day stay. Views are even better than pictures indicate and location is perfect! Walking distance to anything you could need. Apartment had everything you could need and the Murphy bed turning into a desk was great for two great work spaces for remote work, although good luck focusing while sitting at those bay windows looking at the ocean. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Holiday Weekend Stay

The great owner met us at the door when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The property has three levels. The first level has a small breakfast bar area with windows looking out to the strand and beach. In addition, there is a small half bath, kitchen and small living area including a small couch and a few chairs. The second level had two bedrooms and the only full bathroom. We had four in our party and we had to plan getting ready with this slight bottleneck, but it worked out fine with some planning. One of the rooms has a television and a comfortable Murphy bed. In the other bedroom, there are two twin beds which can be combined to make a king bed. We went with the king bed option, and it was very nice. My only criticism is the lack of a small television in this room, but it wasn’t a major issue. The bed was very comfortable for us. There is also a washer dryer combo on this level. Then to my favorite part - the rooftop deck. There are amazing views of the strand, beach, and ocean with great people watching and you can even catch a few relatively competitive sand volleyball matches. Overall, the property was excellent and checked all the boxes. It was close to the Hermosa pier shopping area, close to Redondo beach, had ample beach volleyball courts and amazing sand for the lazy beach days. I think this area has less traffic than the properties slightly north, which made it nice given the fun but hectic Festival Hermosa happening that weekend.

Best rental in Hermosa Beach

We have rented in Hermosa for years. This was the most wonderful experience we have ever had. The accommodations were spectacular, comfortable and roomy, just steps away from the beach. I highly recommend this apartment. The location is right on the Strand, you could hear the ocean while in the apartment. The owner was gracious and super attentive. Best price, best accommodations and premium location.

Girls Getaway

Beach fun and sun, walking to restaurants and shops, running on the Strand and even a "home town fair" to buy keepsakes -- my girlfriends and I couldn't have asked for a more complete getaway! Susan was an amazing hostess, helping us navigate everything from dining to dolphin watching-- a perfect extended weekend escape :)

I stayed here recently with my wife and adult daughter. We had an amazing time. The beach is literally ten steps away, the neighbors were kind and accommodating and the area was so relaxed and enjoyable. A perfect getaway place.

Best location in LA

Hermosa beach is by far my favorite location to be in LA. This lodging was absolutely amazing; beautiful place, very spacious and up to date, right on the boardwalk/beach. The owner, Susan, is such a sweetheart and is extremely helpful for recommendations, ensuring we had everything we needed, and was so accommodating. She is also very friendly so definitely introduced yourself if possible! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

Great location, house and host

I loved this house and loved everything about my stay. The apartment is right on the Strand and has amazing views and very easy access to the ocean because it is literally across the sidewalk. The house is clean and comfortable, has everything you need and was actually bigger than I thought from the pictures. The rooftop deck is such a great benefit and I spent a lot of time enjoying the views. Susan was a wonderful host, very responsive to all of my questions and very welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Tuscan Villa In The Sand

My family had a marvellous vacation at this beautifully appointed apartment right on the sand with unbeatable ocean views. This apartment is perfect for couples or families with comfy beds featured in both the master bedroom and a versatile 2nd bedroom that can work as a bunk room for children or accommodate a second couple. A full and well stocked kitchen, beautiful work space/coffee bar overlooking the beach make an ideal spot to enjoy the South Bay. Susan is a thoughtful and welcoming host. We will definitely be back! I can’t recommend this property and host enough!
