Great having Nisha here. She was thoughtful and quiet. Too bad VRBO has not paid me for her stay! Not her fault. VRBO's fault! Airbnb is a better option!

Michelle never stayed in my place. I was never contacted from VRBO that she booked when I clearly told VRBO that I was booked until March 5th. Michelle is one of those guests I am really glad I never had. I am very particular about who rents my place so if you are smart you will avoid her.

I need to set the record straight about the comments made by my last renter. This is the only negative review my rental has ever received. Many visitors return year after year- including from outside the country. She booked this for the month of August in April of this year. I contacted her the same day. She did not return my call but sent me an email asking me several questions regarding: the address, was there a TV in the bedroom (there is), Where are the air conditioners (one in the bedroom as described on VRBO), where is the parking ( described on VRBO) and are there beach towels ( yes, also on VRBO). The next time I heard from her was in July when she asked me about stairs because her son had driven by and thought he saw stairs (pictures on VRBO of stairs as well as a description that the Cottage is above the garage.). I said there were and told her that there are pictures as well as a description of the property which said it is above the garage. Even though she was not entitled to a refund I offered to have her son come, look at the property and decide if she (77) and her 85 year old boyfriend could handle them and if he decided it was too much for them I would refund their payment. No one showed up at the appointed time and no one called.. I received another email before her arrival for help with her luggage- multiple people were there to help. She was 4 hours late. Almost every day she called me needing something. She couldn’t get the TVs, or the wifi or the microwave (1 year old) or the barbecue to work. The living room furniture is exactly as shown in the pictures on VRBO. Folks love it. The TVs are Smart TV’s with Direct TV, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. The A/C is a window air conditioner (bedroom) for sleeping- great cross breeze. Most rentals at the beach have no A/C. It is top of the line -2 years old. The couch is a futon that is used for guests and couch- many pillows for comfort. All of their complaints I addressed immediately including allowing them the time to find another place if the stairs were too much. They were very unpleasant renters and really should be staying in a hotel where they can call the front desk or the concierge and get their needs met or change their rooms! Throughout the stay I felt like a concierge. I have never had complaints like this. Again many return guests. Please read all my other reviews.
