Situado a sólo 450 pies de la arena y el Strand y 2 cuadras de Hermosa Pier hacen de esta propiedad el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de todo lo que las hermosas playas de la bahía sur de Los Ángeles tienen que ofrecer! Hay tantas actividades en la playa y en función de la hora de su visita se puede disfrutar de conciertos en la playa, voleibol o torneos de surf, la vida silvestre local y un montón de tiendas y restaurantes finos o casual. Se trata de un baño dos de tres dormitorios con cocina gourmet y balcón privado. También tiene acceso a la terraza de la azotea amueblada compartida de arriba. También existe la opción de alquilar el 2 dormitorios y 3 baños más baja con cocina independiente cuando la disponibilidad lo permita. El número listado para la unidad inferior es # 410924. First of all, let me say that the accuracy of the listing is not showing all the amazingness of it meaning I wanna give it 10 stars for location and comfort and all that and where it’s located.Our 17-year-old, especially enjoyed the elevator which I never saw on the listing. I would say I only gave it a four star for child friendliness because if you have toddlers, the stairs are pretty steep inside the apartment but anyone over that age is fine three and up totally fine

We stayed slightly over a week at this lovely property. Super close to the beach and great location. House is stocked with all the beach fun stuff you could need. The kitchen is spacious and great for making meals.

Kirk is a great host. He was super friendly and helpful. The location is in a great spot for the beach and local down town Hermosa. The home was clean, roomy and Kirk has it stocked better than any VRBO location I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend this location!

Our host was the best, very understanding and gracious. Hermosa Beach is one of the better beaches in Southern California. The location of the rental to the beach was ideal. The rental has a relaxing atmosphere, clean with great patios. Our hosts thought of everything to make our stay very accommodating. There’s no need to bring your beach stuff because our hosts had it all, bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, etc. And you don’t have to worry about parking!

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and beautiful house. The bedrooms were very nice, and there was plenty of room overall.Our host Kirk was very kind, gave us a tour of the house, and shared helpful tips about the neighborhood. We were also allowed to use things like beach chairs, a cooler, and bicycles, which was a great bonus.The location is fantastic, just a short walk to a beautiful beach.The only small downside was that on some of the hotter days, without air conditioning, the house could stay warm in the evenings and mornings, even with the windows open. This sometimes made sleeping a little uncomfortable, but it only happened during the higher temperatures.All in all, a wonderful villa and highly recommended!

Great home. Amazing location. Perfect host

We spent two wonderful months at Kirk's place. The home is comfy and clean. The primary bedroom has a great walk in closet. The bed is really comfortable and the bed linens are lovely. I cook a lot, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The washer and dryer are so convenient and spotless. Kirk is the perfect host. We look so forward to our return visit in October.

Nice place at Hermosa Beach

Place is awesome. Can’t say enough about his place. Great hosts. Has everything you would want and need. Especially like having the bikes to cycle on the Strand. Would stay again if visiting Hermosa Beach.

Hermosa Hangout!

Had a fantastic month in Hermosa beach. The property listing was very accurate as were the great reviews that led us to book Kirk and Mary Jo’s place. Communication was fantastic with both hosts and we really felt well taken care of. The place is equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful beach vacation. I also was able to work remotely easily with the high speed internet and even got to bring the laptop to the rooftop deck and put in some hours in the sun. Beach is less than a block away. Wish we had more of an opportunity to use all the beach toys and bikes - next time! Thanks for a fantastic stay and a chance to make some memories with our family.

Amazing

This was our absolute favorite beach rental. It has everything you need and more to make it a fantastic stay. Steps from the beach and restaurants, large fully stocked kitchen, great interior, comfortable beds, a garage full of bikes and gear for guests. We couldn’t have asked for more and it was hard to leave after a wonderful month in Hermosa Beach. Mary Jo and Kirk are very kind and friendly, we are looking forward to coming back to this gem.

Look no further, Book this place!! It’s perfect! 5 Stars!

Everything about our stay here was nothing but amazing ! We stayed over 30 days! Kirk and Maryjo are amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home. It has everything you need. They provide many beach chairs, many bikes, beach towels, a full kitchen with amazing cookware! Fresh clean lines and towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer, grill… I could go on and on with all they provided. And talk about LOCATION! It is perfect. Right in the heart of Hermosa Beach. A few steps away from the stand and the beach. I barely needed a car. I love it so much here! I can not wait to come back again next year, if not sooner! I got so lucky when I found Kirk's and Maryjo’s rental on VRBO! It is a gem! I can not say enough of how happy and how much fun my family and I had during our stay here. I’ll truly miss it! But I’ll be back! 5 stars for sure!!!

Amazing month!

Kirk and Mary Jo are fantastic hosts. The house has everything you could ask for including cruiser bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. Conveniently located just a couple blocks north of Hermosa Pier. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more!

Pleasant warm month away from snowy Michigan

Was a wonderful location. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and could walk everywhere,. Most important was being able to walk to our daughters house and seeing our grandchildren.

Spacious Townhouse Steps to Beach!!!

We just spent a month at this perfectly located, extra spacious townhouse. Fully stocked HUGE kitchen. New stainless steel appliances, bbq grill on private deck, and another on the shared upper deck. Electric fireplace for cool mornings and evenings. Even has a private elevator to move luggage and people between floors. Only steps to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Everything provided for a fun time ... generous selection of beach bikes, surfboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, sports equipment, beach towels. The hosts, Kirk and Mary Jo, are fantastic! Super accommodating and available if needed. We will definitely be back next year!

Hermosa gem

Wow! What a nice property!! Kirk was an amazing host. He gave us a full run through of the features of the house and neighborhood. The fun equipment available made it really easy. Several bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and surf boards. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck. The beds were very comfortable. We couldnt have had a nicer stay!!

The perfect Beach House

Everything about our Hermosa Beach House experience was perfect! We leased the property for a month and we were not ready to leave when our time was up! The owners/managers of the property were top notch. Couldn’t of asked for better! Home is less than a block from the beach and just a few blocks from restaurants, bars and the market for groceries. We enjoyed all of the activities! Beach Volleyball, beach tennis, boogie boarding, surfing, biking, running and walking on the Strand. Thank you Ayers for having us enjoy your beautiful Beach House, would love to make it back out again sometime in the near future!

Perfection

I can't even describe how wonderful our two month stay was. Kirk and Mary Jo were amazing and treated us like we had lived there forever and we were all just good friends living in the same complex. Everything about the place is incredible: the location, the kitchen, garage full of any beach need possible. It is just an amazing place, and we feel so lucky to have found dates available for us to experience it, and I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Great Rental in Fantastic Location in Hermosa Beach

We had a wonderful experience here. The location is ideal as you are steps from the beach and right by all the shops and restaurants at the Hermosa Pier. The house itself is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a great beach stay — towels, bikes, surf boards, beach chairs, volleyballs, sand toys, etc. WiFi worked well and kitchen was well stocked for a longer stay. The outdoor balcony and rooftop are great places to catch some sunshine and relax. Kirk and Mary Jo were great to deal with and we’re so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Mary Jo and Kirk are incredible hosts! The place was perfect but if we needed anything they are always available to help! It was so clean especially during Covid. We absolutely loved it, didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!! Thanks for the best trip!!

Summer Fun

The accommodations were great? The only downfalll was the construction of a hotel going on across the street. Usually stopped by 4:00 so sitting on the lovely patio was great in the afternoon and evening. The location made it Easy to walk or ride your bike to everywhere. Definitely would stay here again The owners were great and very accommodating

It is the greatest place on earth, in our opinion. We enjoy all the time we are able to spend here, and we are excited to share it with others!
