Island Home w/ Pool, covered deck outdoor dining,15min walk to beach, desk

Welcome to Island Life! This home is an open floor plan, 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath home featuring a family room, formal living room, breakfast nook, power reclining sofa and loveseat, 2 car garage and our most favorite spot - the pool and outdoor dining area. The master bedroom has a large (and I do mean large) walk in closet, nice open master bath with a soaking tub and stand up shower and there is an entrance doorway directly to the outdoor lounging area from the bedroom. The two smaller bedrooms each have a queen size bed.

Let's talk about the kitchen and dining areas. There is a formal dining room with seating for six and just off the kitchen is a breakfast nook area that seats 4. The kitchen features a lot of little extras including a Keurig Duo (you can choose coffee pods or a standard drip coffee), air fryer, lots of coffee cups, a great spice rack, plenty of wine glasses and lots of storage containers for leftovers. The outdoor dining area has a really neat teak table that expands to seat 10 and yes, there are 10 chairs for it.

The family room and formal living room are great areas for gathering. The formal living room is really nice for conversation featuring a sofa and two swivel chairs - perfect for quiet conversation, reading or just relaxing. The family room has a sofa and loveseat both equipped with power reclining features and 65" smart TV. There is also a fireplace in the family room.

And then we come to the glorious outdoor area. A gorgeous heated pool, lots of lounging seating and a storage box with pool noodles etc. You will find yourself drawn to this area even if it is raining because the dining area is covered. It is simply a great area to gather and have a great time swimming, lounging, floating, conversing, playing or reading.
