Summary:
Welcome to Sandy Cheeks House- A gorgeous newly renovated home with heated pool located just off of West Gulf Drive on a private lagoon setting just seconds from the beach, with included bikes. This 3/2 home features everything that a guest could possibly desire in a high end vacation rental, from a fully equipped gourmet kitchen to fenced in pool and high speed wifi. The location of On the Rocks is the icing on the cake- Less than a five minute walk to the beach or 2-3 minute bike ride, guests can roll out of bed onto the beach with their favorite drink in hand.
The Space:
This home is configured across a single elevated level, with three bedrooms featuring king, queen, and full (with single pull out trundle) beds. There are two bathrooms- The master bathroom is located en-suite within the master bedroom and features dual vanities and a walk in shower. The guest bathroom features a single vanity and shower/tub combo and is located between the guest rooms. The dining room features service for up to six guests and the kitchen is fully equipped and ready to take on the most involved of meals. There is a beautiful Florida room located off of the dining area that is light filled and overlooks the pool and lagoon. Off of the Florida room is an expansive deck with gas grill that also overlooks the pool and lagoon. The heated pool is fenced and perfect for lounging with friends and family.
Please note this property is pet friendly with owner approval and requires a fee of $150 per pet per stay.
