Considere nuestra hermosa casa ubicada en Oceanside Village (OSV) en Surfside Beach, Carolina del Sur. Oceanside Village es una comunidad cerrada las 24 horas que ofrece valores adicionales mientras disfruta de sus vacaciones. Hay una piscina cubierta climatizada abierta todo el año, junto con una piscina infantil Y al aire libre abierta durante el verano.

We have stayed in this village many years and this by far was the best house we’ve stayed in!!!

Everything was super super clean , organized and totally ready for us at check in ! Everything we needed was there and it’s so close to the ocean! A must stay !

Home was very spacious, and had all the comforts of home. The golf cart made beach trips so convenient. Beach was also a short 2 minute walk across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Great multi generation experience

The owners made sure we had the best experience with their attention to every detail with the booking and the home. The proximity to the beach and the community pool with the access to the golf cart made this stay easy to navigate. Thanks for being such great hosts.

Comfortable rental

Linda and Paul's place is very comfortable and homey. Linda is very responsive and the place is very equipped with everything needed. Can't wait to go back, next best thing to being at home!

Excellent Location to the Beach

The home was in an excellent location only 2 streets from beach. Loved the convenience of the golf cart , the private parking lot and the beach was not crowded. Linda was very easy to work with and answered all our questions.

Great home close to the beach

I don’t think you can find a place so well taken care of and affordable. This was our 2nd yr staying with the Crawford’s. We have been pleased both times. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place close to the beach. The amenities offered at Oceanside are great. The kids love the pools and playground.

Nice vacation in Ocean Village

Great location, calm, friendly people around, walking distance from the beach (and the beach is amazing), short driving distance from supermarkets. The golf cart is very convenient. All appliances in the house were working. Comfortable beds. Great communication with the owner. We would definitely go back.

Nice emplacement

Very nice property, larger than it appears on the photos. A lot of appliances in the kitchen, towel, beach things, everything you need. Walk distance yo the beach. Golf cart include, nice to go to the pool. The pool is beautiful on the vacation site. The owner answered quickly everything and we very responsible and resolved problems quickly.

Great Stay for my Family!!

I was so happy I was able to find a place to relax with my family and make special memories. Linda was soo helpful in answering all of my questions. The experience of checking in and out was so easy. The beach and the pools were literally 2 minutes from the house which made my life easier since I had 2 little ones. The gulf cart was such a bonus as my son thought it was soo cool. He will never forget our gulf cart rides to the pool and the beach. The home was decorated with a beach theme which I loved. There were all types of stores close by which made our get away stress free.

A Wonderful Week

What a great week! The house was exactly as listed and was really comfortable. Felt like it was my home. It had everything needed for a week at the beach. Speaking of the beach, way closer than expected. The golf cart made it a fun short ride to the private parking lot and made it easy to carry the chairs and umbrella (from the storage room in the house) to the beach. Linda and Paul were super nice and super helpful. Would recommend this wonderful experience to anyone.

Great owners, perfect for young family

My husband and I stayed with our son and two of his friends ages 18-19. Great location. Golf cart was great. We had a minor issue with a bad battery on the golf cart that was addressed that same day and fixed by 8 the next morning. House is well stocked. Glad they had foil because I forgot mine. The layout was not best for parents with older children. The master does not offer privacy because it connects to the large room in the back. Although I think it would be perfect for parents with young children. We could just hear the kids all night playing their video games. That was our only issue. For it being the end of season, house was pretty clean and no bugs! If looking to update anything in the future, enclosing the outdoor shower would be a great addition! It was a little awkward standing out there on the platform in the middle of all the houses washing off. But it was no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Linda for opening your house to us. We certainly will recommend it to others!

Close to everything!

We loved our stay! Close to everything we needed especially the beach! Minutes away! The golf cart was a plus! We also enjoyed all of the amenities that came with staying in the community. Great location (within ginormous gated beach cottage condo community) wonderful and responsive host. Free use of a golf cart. Very close to the beach -5 min walk or 3 min in a golf cart. A lot of amenities. Had Ac problem that was fixed within a day.

Linda the home owner was great. She was very attentive and helpful. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Including beach chairs and coolers. Loved the screened in porch for late night or early morning . We will be renting from her again.

This was the best vacation I had in Years. Linda and Paul, the owners, were great. Easy to reach by phone. checked on us at least twice to make sure everything was good. nice beach house a short block from the beach. house was exactly as pictured. golf cart included. Community was quiet and super clean. I will rent again. Can't think of 1 single thing to complain about. Rent it. You wont regret it.

Great getaway

Location is everything. We were so close to the beach area. It was so awesome! And the pool and splash pad area wasn't too far either. We enjoyed our week in the sun. I wish I had read more clearly that we were responsible for cleaning the home before we left. Upon arrival one of the bathrooms was not to my standard of cleanliness. We also had to shake sand off of the mattress protector before making our beds. On day 3 we saw a couple "palmetto bugs" which raised concern. The last date for pest control had been in April. The owner was great and responded quickly to any concerns. And again location is everything. This location was so perfect!

Rental had everything you need, from toaster to beach chairs. Ver clean and great location, owners very accommodating. I can see how this rental goes fast during the summer
