Great family getaway!

Our family had a great time at the flip flop zone. Tammy reached out before our arrival to give us a heads up on a minor issue. We appreciated the communication. The Oceanside Village area was close to everything you might want to do on vacation. The house was clean, and cute with thoughtful beach decor throughout. The kitchen was so well stocked-we were able to cook each day and had everything we needed. Several grocery stores near by. Our family loves the ocean, and the golf cart made the trip to and from so nice and easy. We spent a day at Huntington Beach State Park, which was so worth the short drive! We played mini golf, and overall just really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend that upon arrival you stop at the office to pick up the key card that gives you access in and out of the beach parking/beach access area, and acces back into OSV. You have to pay 30 bucks for it, but you get 10 dollars back if you return the card. Don't think twice about booking this place!!

We had a great stay and would definitely return. Everything was easily accessible within the community and access to the beach and Conch Cafe via golf cart was a nice feature! We look forward to coming back in the future!

Great Beach House!

My husband and I loved this community and house! The complimentary golf cart was amazing going to and from the beach! The house was very well stocked as well. The beds are a little uncomfortable and small but overall we would stay again!

Great weekend!!

This property was great. Very clean and as pictured. The fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs. This is probably one of the best places we’ve stayed as far as cooking appliances, utensils and dishes. It was so nice to have all linens furnished as well. Both beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Family beach getaway

Loved the community and the amenities. Even with the rain, we still was able to go swimming. Enjoyed golf cart rides around and found a swan nest and many turtles. The house was very clean and the dogs loved the fenced in yard.

Very pet-friendly property with good location

Property was located in Oceanside Village, a gated community that has great amenities. Property is pretty close to the beach—a short golf cart ride. And the golf cart is included with the rental, a nice plus. The house is pretty spacious, though the living room is on the small side. Nice screened-in porch and fenced backyard, which my dogs loved! Fenced-in back and side yards are a major plus of the property for pet owners. Kitchen was nicely appointed, and the house had lots of nice amenities overall—beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cooler, etc. The host was very easy to communicate with and was very solicitous. Two of the three beds weren’t very comfortable. Overall, a nice property and a good experience.

Great experience

We had a wonderful stay at Flip Flop Zone. We had a hiccup in the beginning but was taken care of rather quickly. The place was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the front porch very much. Our two dogs loved the dog park and getting lots of walks and rides on the golf cart (which was a great add on). We enjoyed that very much. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

We loved the flip flop zone! The owner has really thought about every little thing you may need while staying here. The home is comfortable and spacious love the private, fenced in outdoor area. Oceanside village is great for families and couples the amenities are fantastic.

Cozy and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here, cozy little spot for family of 4 and our 2 golden retrievers ..great location in a gated community..everything you need is there including toilet paper, paper towels , extra bath/ beach towels and beach chairs etc .. also having the golf cart was definitely an added bonus to get to the private beach parking and the pools ! Although it rained most of the time, we enjoyed our stay at the flip flop zone !

Super cute place with access to oceanfront parking and fenced yard for dogs!!!

We had a great time staying at Flip Flop Zone. It’s was super cute and a great place for our family and fur babies! The fenced yard and access to oceanfront parking for the neighborhood were icing on the cake! The host is great and was very quick to respond to my questions and updates. Highly recommend!

This property was purchased in 2021. Both my sister, Tammy, and I own the property with our husbands. We use it for family vacations and holidays and also have a second property located 2 doors away (VRBO Prop ID: 2495208). With a large family of 10, we needed 2 houses to accommodate our time together.

The home is very cozy/ bright and comfortable and we are excited to share it with you. The screened porch is perfect for morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails.
