Our family has stayed in other Condos over the years and felt that Kevin’s luxury condo is very special. It had everything you could think of at your fingertips plus some!! The beds were very comfy and it’s beautifully decorated. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay at his condo again.

Very nice condo!

Very clean property! Loved everything about the condo. Clean, great location, great communication with the owner, and very spacious! Highly recommend this property and this specific condo. We had 9 of us traveling and the condo was big enough for us all. Right on the beach. Great patio furniture and view from the balcony!

Family with adult children and in-laws. Perfect setup!

Our family has been to this building before but never for July 4th. We also tried a four bedroom. What a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed. The larger balcony/veranda was awesome, a great place to hang in the evening. Being on the beach for the 4th with fireworks up and down the coast was magical. Great stay - awesome condo!

Great family vacation

Easiest vacation we ever planned. Our host Kevin was the best with any questions. It puts your mind at ease to know you can get a quick reply if needed. The property was spotless. I prefer rentals that I know the owner's themselves vacation in. So well stocked with every day necessities. Comfortable beds and amazing showers and not just the master! There were 4 elevators, never had to wait. Loved how the indoor pool opened to the outdoor pool. Lazy river and 2 hot tubs too. Tiki bar on site. My kind of music playing daily! Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Thanks again Kevin, we will be back.

Fabulous condo! Lovely decor, walking distance to restaurants and easy to cook in. 3 pools for the kids as well as the beach and tiki bar a plus. Great place for families.

Multi-generational Party of 7

This VRBO was an incredible find for our family. We stayed during the week of July 4th and saw fireworks from the porch every night. The pools were wonderful and the beach was pristine. The furniture is attractive and comfortable. The kids loved being able to find their favorite shows easily on the Roku TVs. The kitchen appliances and tools were fun to use and we had absolutely everything we needed. Even the washer and dryer were very efficient. I loved that the building had 4 elevators so we never waited more than a moment for a ride up or down, and having an easily accessible trash chute made disposing of waste very easy. North Myrtle Beach is a beautiful vacation spot for families and we loved every minute of ours staying here. Kevin is probably the most gracious and accommodating host I’ve ever met. He anticipated all of our needs ahead of our trip and provided detailed instructions that made check in, check out, parking, and clean up really quick and simple. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful Week

We made many lasting memories and celebrated Isabella’s graduation. The condo was perfect for the six of us. It was clean, well equipped, decorated fabulous and we felt right at home. Enjoyed our stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo, just wish the week would have lasted a little longer! From the initial booking, communication with the owners before, during and after our stay, everything was wonderful!! The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there are big screen tv's in all the bedrooms and living room. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms which is a plus, the porch and porch furniture were amazing. I spent the evening and most of the night on the porch. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. My family loved it as well and we hope to stay again in the future!!

Beautiful luxury condo!

This is a beautifully furnished, decorated and immaculately maintained condo that three generations of my family enjoyed for our annual family vacation at the beach! The condo is gorgeous and well-equipped; the deck is huge with a marvelous view of the ocean, and the property has spectacular amenities. There were staff cleaning and maintaining the pools and building nonstop during our time there, and the tiki hut/bar had excellent food and drinks that were so convenient while at the pools, lazy river, hot tub and beach. This was by far our favorite condo and place we have ever stayed in Myrtle Beach! The property managers went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay!

Exceeded Expectations

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautiful, very well stocked, spacious, and a very family-friendly location. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked everyday, usually multiple times a day. We had 9 total guests, including 3 children. There was ample room for us all to be comfortable, including the spacious balcony with seating for 8. It never felt crowded. Lots of thoughtful touches (functional ottoman with extra seating, games, tvs in all the bedrooms, etc). The beach was clean, family-friendly and never felt overly crowded. The pools provided a nice option to take a break from the beach and still enjoy the day into the evening. Communication with the owner was great. He was proactive reaching out to us for check in and during our stay. Overall, this property far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in North Myrtle Beach.

Our Family has owned vacation homes on the Grand Strand since the 1960's. We believe in sharing our vacation home so families and couples can enjoy what our area has to offer. Our condo is only rented from May through August so its lightly used. From the beaches, sunning, golfing, fishing, dining, and shopping there is a never ending opportunity to do something, or nothing. Whatever your heart desires. Our home is warm and welcoming and available to you when we are not enjoying it. We hope that you will come and try it out and are sure you'll come back.

We used to own a house and decided to "move on up". Sitting on the ninth floor and looking out over the broad view of ocean, beach, boulevard, and city view is a different perspective than we are used to. It's pretty cool that we actually view our old house of 35 years. Very peaceful as well.

Our building and condo is not a party destination. It does not tolerate large, loud, crowds or "parties". It is an upscale, very strictly operated luxury vacation property. We invite you and your family and friends to leisure and relax to take in the beach, sun, nature, local venues, excellent pools and work out facility. Come to our property to enjoy the best of the Grand Strand. You are welcome to call your host Kevin to discuss any questions or inquiry into our property or the area. Kevin has extensive contacts up and down the beach and is happy to be of service to help plan your stay here or elsewhere on the beach. 704.363.6222

Great parking (4 level parking garagebelow 10 floors of Condo Residences), 4 high speed elevators, conditioned hallways, electronic access, fully sprinkled and equipped with a life safety system, fitness facility, seasonal Tiki Hut with food and drinks, in house beauty salon by appointment, 24 hour on site building maintenance and supervision of building rules, pools, hot tubs, lazy river, and much more... The view from our 9th. floor west facing balcony offers the most spectacular sunset views, as well as ocean, boulevard, and city views for miles.
