Suite 6: condominio de una habitación en el corazón de Traverse City. No es necesario encontrar estacionamiento durante la época más ocupada del año y solo a unas cuadras de lo que está sucediendo. Traverse City fue nombrada entre las cinco principales ciudades gastronómicas dos años seguidos por la revista Midwest Living. Tenemos tantos GRANDES restaurantes para elegir. Muchos a la vuelta de la esquina. Sin mencionar nuestras excelentes bodegas, cervecerías y tabernas.

Estamos remodelando justo antes del 21 de mayo de 2019 con pintura y muebles nuevos. Aunque el espacio será el mismo, espere un nuevo aspecto para 2019.

This property was in a great location and close to all the spots downtown, so we were able to walk everywhere easily. The parking garage was close and the condo had everything we needed. The entire living space was exceptionally clean and made for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the city.

I love staying at Lisa’s property! This is my second time renting. It’s in the perfect location in town within walking distance to Front Street, Clinch Park, the Farmer’s Market and more. Her condo is clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Great place!

What a perfect little spot, close to downtown, and perfect for a get away! We didn’t have to drive anywhere and really loved the homey feel. Thanks for a cozy stay!

Beautiful town

We enjoy Traverse City, and frequent the area, but have never stayed at a property that close to town. We will certainly do this again. Great location, only a few blocks walk to town, and the property was in excellent condition. Lisa was very easy to work with!!!

Clean, cute, great location

We had a lovely time! The place was cute, spotless and the location is great. The only suggestions I would make would be to be more up front about parking and give us clueless tourists a few more identifying landmarks to find the property upon arrival into town. It is not the easiest to locate. Thank you!

Great trip!

Our stay was great! We loved the location as it was close to everything downtown and very close to the Boardman Lake trail. Because we brought our bikes, not having a close parking spot was not a big deal for us. We parked a block over so just a short walk to get the car when needed. The only cons, there was no bathroom rug and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. If you’re with someone who gets in/out of bed several times a night, you will fell and hear it. Overall, cute place, everything you need and great location.

Cute Little Condo and Great Location!

Super cute little condo in the heart of downtown. It was a great location and within walking distance of so many places. It was very clean and as described in the listing. As it states, there isn’t a designated parking spot. I parked on the next block up or at the meters outside the condo as needed. (They’re 2 hour meters and monitored 8A-6P, so in the evening I’d just park there, take a photo of my spot number, and then jump on the app at 8A to buy parking until I was ready to leave for the day ha.) If I knew I’d just be walking, I’d park on 9th street and it was no problem. I’d definitely recommend to others!

TC stay

Location is excellent. Walking distance to downtown. Parking is not convenient being have to walk one block to parking garage. Also, toilet was not clean upon arrival. Every view out every window is a wall. Literally have to bend over and look up out the window to see the sky. Another bothersome item is there is no local news channel on the tv. Made it difficult to check the weather. Otherwise it was nice.

Location is good but not very cozy & only has the basic necessities

Overall, good location within walking distance to Front st., condo has the basic necessities (nothing more) and the bed isn't very comfortable so we did not sleep well. When I say basic necessities, this is what the condo was lacking: a rug & coffee table (felt super cold), basic cable (terribly old tv with basically no channels & it would always go in/out of service), a much cozier bed/bed frame, no towel rack or toilet paper holder... for around 1k this place could be SO much better! Also, parking: I would not listen to any directions or advice the owner provides - it was soo confusing and hard to find. We drove in circles for about 10mins. Just GPS it and plan to park on a side street for free just a block or two away (-5 min walk). We wouldn't stay here again but it is a good price for a downtown location.

Just enough space for a family of 4

We stayed with two adults and two children (4 and 7). The place was VERY clean and it was really nice that there was a washer and dryer with detergent. We discovered after the fact that there was also tooth paste which we were running low on. Those are little conveniences that really make a difference. The complex felt safe and quiet and was walking distance to downtown and the lake (although, a bit far with all your stuff!). This is a one bedroom but the listing says it sleeps 4. Before I booked I asked what the other sleep situation was - a blow up mattress. We ended up setting that up in the one bedroom and that worked better for our situation so we could stay up and hang out while the kids slept. I would recommend to the owner to install a toilet paper holder and a nice touch would to make available a small cooler to use. Also a few rugs would make the place feel a little cozier BUT this unit was more on the lower price for this area so I assume that, that is part of the reason why perhaps there were no rugs. Happy we stayed here and i would recommend if this works for your family!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was beautiful and the hosts were so easy to work with. Location is great...we were able to walk to downtown Traverse City. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect TC stay close to shops, restaurants

This was the prefect place to stay for our trip to Traverse City. The space was cute, clean and quiet. Very close to some restaurants and bars if you want a quick bite to eat. We really enjoyed The Parlor which had live music most nights. Right across the street is the Old Town Playhouse - they were performing Chicago while we were there, but we didn’t get the chance to go. Still very cool! Not a long walk to Front Street with more restaurants and shops. The Bay is just about a block further. Parking was free about a block from the unit and we had no problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Close to everything

Enjoyed being super close to everything downtown. The space is small but worked great for two people. Parking was a pain because we found out after booking that they could not provide a pass even though it said one was included in the listing. We had to juggle public parking schedules a bit and ended up paying for a short time in the garage nearby. No issues other than that!
