Summary:
Looking to be immersed in the heart of Traverse City? Look no further than this conveniently located studio apartment.

The Space:
Guaranteed one parking spot, upon arrival you will take one flight of stairs to locate Suite 8. Using the smart lock with your unique door code you will walk into this beautiful one-bedroom studio. This room features a queen size bed and a large smart TV. While this condo doesn't have a full kitchen you will still find it equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, a Keurig, and some K-cups to get your trip started on the right foot. There is also a small dining room table you can take meetings from or enjoy take-out from one of the many delicious restaurants nearby. This suite also has its own ensuite bathroom that has a luxury tile shower.



Front Street Suites are right off of Front Street at the beginning of downtown Traverse City, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars TC has to offer.

I really wanted to give this place a five star rating and with a couple of easy fixes it could be a five star. The positives-there were many. The price was probably the best you can get for the location, in Traverse City. You can walk anywhere in town and is also about a 20 minute drive to most of the area wineries. The unit was clean inside and all the basics were met. The bathroom was outstanding with a large updated tile shower and a rainfall shower head. There was a nice dispenser in the shower stocked shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. (A) for that. Some easy fixes. The outside of the building is a little rough looking. There was box full of vinyl siding right in front of the door that we had to step over everytime we left. Inside, there's not much area to put clothes...there was a closet but it only had one hanger? So, we pretty much had to keep our clothes in our bags on the floor. There was a very nice mini fridge in the updated mini kitchen area....However, it was not leveled properly and every time we opened it would shift to one side and things would roll in it. Lastly, we had gone downtown to watch the first half of the Michigan v. MSU football game and had planned to come back to the room to watch the second half. When we got back to the room the remote didn't work for the television. (Probably a dead battery?) Very disappointing, but I did watch it on my computer.Overall a few cheap and easy fixes would make it a 5 star. I would stay here again!

Perfect lake getaway!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved walking downtown each morning for coffee at the Outpost and evenings walking along the beach with Moomers ice cream. We ended up going to Little Fleet every day. The location was perfect for all of the activities we wanted to do, including walking to Clinch Park beach. We will be back!

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend when you don't want to pay the cost of the expensive hotels nearby. We had everything we needed and loved how close it was to downtown, found some great nearby restaurants/bars, and was able to easily walk to the lake. We loved the updated utilities, the waterfall shower was impressive, and the bed was comfortable! We just needed some extra explanation to finding the front door. If more details could be added in terms of direction when you book the place, but that's the only thing I have in terms of areas of growth!

Traverse weekend

Older property updated with all your needs. Clean, bed was comfortable. Basic needs. Best was the close walk downtown. Felt safe. Would stay again. Bubbas to eat was great. Little fleet brewery was real good and right next door. .

Great Location

We selected this rental b/c of the location and price. Both were excellent. The rental was just as described and picture. Clean other than dust under the bed and a little bit of dried shampoo on the shower door. The bed was very comfortable. Nice size TV. The shower was excellent..rain head with very hot water. The only thing that could have been a disappointment was the "refridgerator" is actually a wine fridge with 40F as its coldest setting. No freezer section if you're planning on ice or re-freezing cooler blocks. We'd happily stay again for the price.

We stayed here to visit the Cherry Festival. What an awesome location and comfortable residence. The room was just as described. The owner was quick to respond with our questions. This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Traverse City.

Cozy room in a great location

I stayed for 4 nights during the week. Perfect location for where i needed to go. Included a free parking space which isn't included at all places in TC. Loved having the kitchenette to have quick meals and snacks so didn't have to eat for each meal. They also offer to cover fees for having groceries delivered before you arrive. If I booked earlier, I would have taken advantage of this service. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

Very quiet place to stay. Clean and comfortable. I loved the shower. I would have liked to has a toaster. Good location up town. I felt safe.

Great Location

Spent a weekend away with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. This condo was clean, had everything we needed and is in a great location for all TC activities. Would recommend to anyone.
