Este condominio de vacaciones familiares se encuentra directamente en la playa en el corazón de Panama City Beach. Nuestro condominio bien equipado está ubicado en The Regency Tower en el décimo piso, lo que permite una puesta de sol sin obstáculos e impresionantes vistas a la playa.
Nuestro condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, recientemente decorado, cuenta con un plano de planta abierto, una cocina totalmente equipada de tamaño completo, una cómoda combinación de comedor / sala de estar abierta con un sofá cama Queen y 2 baños de tamaño completo con ducha / bañera.
Las ventanas del piso al techo en las salas de estar permiten vistas panorámicas de las playas de arena blanca y las aguas azul verdosas del Golfo de México. Una puerta corredera en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal conecta la sala de estar interior a su balcón privado, donde puede ver todo lo que la playa tiene para ofrecer mientras se relaja en una silla cómoda o descansa en la cama tomando una bebida helada o tal vez una buena bebida café en la mañana
Justo afuera de su puerta, en nuestra playa privada de azúcar blanca hay infinitas opciones sobre cómo pasar el día. Date un chapuzón en una de las 2 grandes piscinas de agua salada frente a la playa (1 climatizada en los meses de invierno), deja que tus hijos jueguen en la piscina para niños, relájate en nuestra bañera de hidromasaje cubierta, juega al tenis o al billar, haz ejercicio en nuestro gimnasio, o cocinar algo de barbacoa en la piscina. También tenemos Bikini Bobs Tiki Hut donde puedes pedir algo para comer y beber. También puede pasear por la costa virgen, chapotear en las cálidas aguas verde esmeralda, construir un castillo de arena o lanzar un frisbee. Alojarse en nuestro resort ofrece acceso a muchas actividades de playa y deportes acuáticos. Nuestra ubicación perfecta está a poca distancia de algunos de los mejores restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento de la playa. Paradise on the Beach

Breath taking view! Clean, spacious, kitchen well stocked, and easy access to the beach! Perfect location and quieter end on Thomas Drive. Treasure Island Condos are clean and Suzie is a terrific host and quickly responds to any questions you might have! Oh and it’s located between Schooners and Patches!!!

This is the 3-4 time we’ve stayed here and we love it!

We have stayed at all of Suzies properties at Treasure Island, this was our first time on the 4th floor. It was nice. View right over the pool, still beautiful views of the Gulf. Condo was clean and inviting when we got there. Plenty of bath towels provided for our family of 5.

Repeat Stay - Excellent Accommodations & View!

This is our second stay and couldn't be happier with the accommodations, view, and property overall. Owner is very responsive - just had one minor question and resolved immediately. Property is well maintained by on-site maintenance staff. Comfortable sleeping, large dining and kitchen, too. The pool and beach access - along with the view - can't be beat! We will definitely come back.

Mojito Treasure was the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of towels and washcloths provided, the kids really liked the idea of the bunks in the kitchen area. Plenty of dishes, nice updated appliances, absolutely no complaints whatsoever! They even have all of the screws on the light switches and receptacles turned the same way! Very nice place.

Love this condo. Always love coming back each year. So clean, so simple, so fun with all of the colored utensils and dishware. So beachy, and Homie at the same time!! go to the beach, do the fun activities in PCB, wonderful resort with gated entrance and security. Watch dolphins right off of your deck!

Nice place in a nice environment

Nice condo in a nice building. People are very friendly and the building is well taken care of. The kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of pots and pans, plenty of counter space. Nice TVs. Beautiful view of the beach and sunsets. The dishwasher would need to be replaced though, and the washer and dryer are very noisy. The swimming pool was heated and very clean. The hot tub was also very nice. We were there for two months in winter and we enjoyed our stay. Overall I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good time at the beach.

Awesome week!!

Our experience at Susie’s condo was wonderful! Check in was easy and the keyless entry worked out great!! From the time you first opened the door the cleanliness was evident! The smell of a freshly cleaned condo was met on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Bedding was nice and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were updated and nice. View was beautiful from the balcony. Susie was able to be contacted easily and quick to respond with questions! Only con was on arrival on Saturday, everyone is coming in and there are only 3 elevators, so there were waits or you had to walk 10 flights of steps, with kids this was a little difficult. Overall it was a great experience and I would book with Susie again at her beautiful condo!!

Fall Adventure

You definitely want to stay at Mojito Treasure 2. From initial booking to check out everything was a smooth process. Suzi has made it a point to try and think of every detail you may need all the way down to plenty of towel racks and hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. The condo itself is lovely with gorgeous ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. We cooked several meals and had every gadget we needed to make a complete meal including Thanksgiving dinner with homemade pies. We really enjoyed hanging out on the expansive balcony to play games or watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The beds were comfortable including the pull out couch so everyone was able to get a good nights rest and be ready for the next days adventure. The fitness center was nice to have onsite as well as the heated pool and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the fact there are a few restaurants within walking distance and many others close by. We especially enjoyed Sombreros Taco's & Bar next door. Suzi is a great host and was available immediately the couple of times I had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Home Away From Home… Already Booked For Next Year!

Mojito Towers is truly a PCB vacationer’s dream condo. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is stocked with any possible appliance or cooking tool you will need. We were able to stream our cable service on all three of the flatscreen tv’s and had amazing wireless service. The keyless entry was nice… no keys or cards to keep up with. Suzie was wonderful to communicate with - she always responds the same day. We can’t wait until next year!

Loved our state here!!

We just got home from a fun filled week here! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. They had everything you can really need to enjoy your stay including extra TP(brought my own just in case), shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, dish soap/pods, hair dryer and pretty much any appliance or pan you would need! It made the stay extremely easy and comfortable. The check in was a breeze and the elevator was never an issue. The only thing I did not care for was the karaoke down at the pools. Not my thing. Especially when it seems like it's right outside my bedroom window! But I only remember that 1 night and it calmed down by 10. Definitely did not impact my stay! The door was easy to unlock, the washer and dryer in the room was a lifesaver for sure! When we arrived one of the fans was making a terrible noise and after looking at it, the glass was cracked. I notified Suzie of it and within a day or so someone was there to replace it! I highly recommend renting this condo!!! Hopefully we will return in the future!
