The Space
The open floor plan gives guests plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is stocked for morning coffee, snacks, or full meals, and the living area is a comfortable spot for movie nights or downtime with your group.
Step out onto the balcony to enjoy oceanfront views and the Gulf breeze.

Property is beautiful. Property management company is terrible. Within the first few hours of our stay, the guest toilet seal needed to be replaced, causing for raw sewage to overflow in the bathroom and in the adjoining room. While maintenance did come within an hour, the sewage smell lingered for over twenty four hours. While we understand things happen that are beyond our control, the manager of the property management company did not offer much regarding attempting to compensate for our inconvenience. Maintenance and cleaning had to come back a second day, so we had folks in and out of our space and endured having a fowl sewage smell from linger for a full day. We were only there for four full days, so an inconvenience compensation was certainly warranted whether it be the cleaning fee or comping a nights stay. Again, place is beautiful. The property management company isn’t the best.

Hi, Taylor, We want to note that we did everything humanly possible to resolve your complaints and did so in a timely manner. We do want to correct that while the unforeseen issue with the toilet did cause water to leak, there was no raw sewage that leaked into the bathroom. We also did send housekeeping out to sanitize the same day of the repair. When you were displeased that the cleaners did not use bleach specifically (as guests can have sensitivity to bleach), we did send out housekeeping a second time to clean the majority of the condo with your preferred cleaning products to your specific instructions as well as have rugs removed as requested. When our maintenance tech came to remove the bedroom rug less than 24 hours after the repair, they reported no odor in the condo. We did not feel it was warranted to refund you the $1000 that you were suggesting, as the entire situation was resolved in less than 24 hours, with each request being addressed within 2 hours. We did, however, still give compensation for the inconvenience caused. You asked for the cleaning fee to be refunded as well as half of your stay when the total duration of the situation was less than 24 hours and the you admittedly had no issue with the cleanliness of the condo upon your arrival. While unforeseen issues like the toilet leak do arise, we always strive to address every issue with urgency to accomplish a complete resolution in a timely manner, which we did in this case.
