Muy bien remodelada casa de campo de un dormitorio y un baño en la zona de River Road de Eugene, cerca del carril bici, The Whit y 5th Street Public Market. Esta casa está ubicada en una tranquila calle residencial. Camino de entrada tiene espacio para 2 coches y un montón de aparcamiento en la calle. Con capacidad para 4 personas, el sofá puede convertirse en una cama. La cocina es pequeña pero tiene todo lo que necesitas para cenar. La casa tiene T. V. sin cable, pero tiene wifi y reproductor de DVD. Esta casa se encuentra a 15 min. del aeropuerto. Que tengas un buen sueño antes de un vuelo temprano. Esta casa admite mascotas.

Located in a quiet neighborhood. I loved the beautiful garden views and watching the hummingbirds in the flowers while I had my morning tea. What an oasis!

Everything about the cottage was very nice. We did not take advantage of the laundry. There's a nice park close by to walk the dog. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful! Highly recommend! Convenient, clean, comfortable furnishings and bed, safe well kept neighborhood, quiet, parking right next to door way off the street, welcome lights on upon arrival (including cute outdoor holiday lights), bottled water, snacks, coffee pods provided. It’s so incredibly refreshing to stay at a rental where the home is so obviously cared for and well maintained.

Was nice to have my dog with me, but he found used tissues in the cans (yuck). Was advertised to have A/C and there was not and was told to use a fan or set up the A/C which is not proper business. Found cigarettes and used on the patio. Just felt it was not clean or set up according per advertisement which shouldn't of cost me so much. Yes, it's nice to be detached but i will be staying at another location in the future, unfortunately. May work for others but for the cost, i have certain expectations which i brought and were addressed which the hosts kindly checked in on me to resolve and i appreciate that. Oh, another nice thing was that the location is far away from River Rd which is a busy road so no noise.

It was an amazing stay I would stay here again! So cozy and perfect for vacation! It is a little far from Portland and other places. Still decent place, and price! Will recommend it to other people thank you for having us!

What a great stay! We loved the ease of check in and every amenity was JUST as they described! This cottage is perfectly nestled in a great SAFE neighborhood and we immediately felt at home. The five days we stayed there were great and we will assuredly book this location again.

Piccolo Cottage was perfect for our stay! The cottage is lovely, pet-friendly (thank you!!), and has a welcoming entrance and yard. It is a great location, with convenient access to Eugene and the University; it is a nice neighborhood and even has a park nearby. These were good for walking our dog. The Hosts are very responsive, prompt with information and helpful. We were very comfortable and will stay again when in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Piccolo Cottage. I especially appreciated the directions Linda sent to get to the house since maps sometimes steer people to the wrong location.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the flower garden in front of the cottage is bright and cheery.
